    @RogersHelps When are we getting service back?? I've just lost my phone and can't call it now because of this, I can't use find my iPhone to locate it, is rogers going to replace my device? If this outage didn't happen I'd at least know where my phone is rn.

    @RogersHelps After a month and a half, Rogers still hasn't fixed the problems on my account, despite about 8+ times promising it would be fixed in 24-48 hours. Now this? I really have to question if the hassle is worth it. Rogers communication has been worsening on all fronts.
