    Oh, @RogersHelps. You charge exorbitant fees. Your help pages are circular. Your service has been down 3 times in the last three weeks. Your customer service placates us with zero solutions. Time to go elsewhere.

    @RogersHelps spent over 2 hours trying to get my data bonus added back on to my account to make it 30 GB they said they'd change my plan, never did. Said I would have my bonus data for the next 24 months not at all true because I have to call in every single month to get it fixed

    @Rogers your service is pathetic! Our entire street has been having issues with their internet since Friday. We have opened several tickets to have the issue resolved, you have done nothing to fix this. When will this get resolved??

    7 phone calls on my cell so far today from Latvia, Turkey, Niger, Madagascar & Albania. Rings once, then gone. Pretty sure my phone number is being used to reroute some kind of criminal activity. @Rogers has no fix, so how about it #CRTC?

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Hahaha.. first learn to provide uninterrupted service in Toronto then decide to go out of city area…. After countless efforts to solve internet issue with Rogers pathetic internet connection, Rogers.. your service is no longer required.
