@Rogers Thank you for noting it but if this service is not improved by the next NHL season by allowing the viewers the ability to watch the broadcast of their team, I will not be purchasing it again. Should have left well enough a lone and not changed anything in the NHL Live service.

And 2 weeks later… @RogersHelps fails yet again at customer service. Returned my upfront edge to Rogers via THERE prepaid shipping bill… phone is lost in tracking and they decide to charge me $1000+…. Horrible service; take ownership for your process and mistakes #frustrated

@RogersHelps I switched to IgniteTV Jan 31 and you haven’t been able to get my account working properly. No service half the time and 30 hours spent on phone (check my account) Endless open tickets and now going into 3rd straight day with no service at all. No help from Rogers.

@Rogers Any reason why I should still pay my bill for 4 cellular lines if I’m no longer receiving service? Is a massive downgrade in service (can no longer use my phone in and around my neighbourhood) part of the contract that I’m locked into?

@Rogers @RogersHelps every friggin' day, for the last two weeks, between 1:30 pm and 5 pm, the internet goes down. Like clockwork. This is 💩 service, especially when working and teaching remotely.
