@lilicandifornia @RogersHelps I’m in Etobicoke too. In the middle of sending an important business document. No internet or cable. Tried DM -no reply. One hour wait on tech support. No report of outage on the Rogers Helps page. Do better please.

Is there anything I can do before I go back to @rogers? The wifi strength on the HH3000 is so much worse than my old ASUS router that I used with Rogers. I might as well not even be paying for fibre if it's this bad.

@Rogers Helps me move right over to another service provider because @Rogers is too lazy to dial 10 digits. Customer service is a lost art & @Rogers lost it for me a very long time ago.

@Rogers Another look at what? The internet was down for 4 days , was a 5 minute fix for the technician, as a company need to look at your work scheduling and sort it out on that side! We only had it for two hours and it was down again for the remainder of the day! Nothing to see here 🤬
