@hometownhockey_ @Rogers It is painful to watch now. Too regular of a segment. Too "Mr. Roger's Neighborhood". And Maclean is awful, we turn the channel if he is on the screen or heaven forbid, opens his mouth to talk.

@Rogers, your tech staff tells me to call Customer Service & ask for bulk credit due to the high # of calls I've had to make. Customer Service was rude, says they aren't familiar w that term and that I should call tech support back for a discount. Passing the buck! @RogersHelps

If you're a sports fan and moving to Toronto, DO NOT CHOOSE @Rogers! My Leafs and Raptors channels haven't worked since mid November. They cant fix it and lie incessantly about what the issue is. The tech staff is incompetent. Awful customer service, sky high rates. Go elsewhere

@RogersHelps My internet service is down since noon today. I called technical support, they said they have issues on their side and asked me to wait. 5 hrs passed, I still have no internet connection. Are you still working on it? I’m living in Scarborough(Midland and Steeles).
