    Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers Been on hold 4 hours & 20 minutes with a Tier 1 person waiting for a Tier 2 person to solve a potential email hack issue. She told me it would be maximum 2 hour wait! Terrible customer service when no one can help! Held for 2 hours last night too. Help!

    @maej43 @Rogers I remember trying to go from the no frills to the jysk and just seeing people park their cars on the crossing paths and drive like they had never seen a car before. My husband said 'Scarborough parking lots'. Forever going to be mt reference point for poor parking lot driving

    @RogersHelps I did and for the 4th time got oh, congestion on the network. It's been escalated. I'm at 4 months of getting no resolution. #fail #servicefail paying for a service I'm not getting. #ShameOnYou

    @Rogers canx in November, charged in December. Spoke to 5ppl who said they would credit my account but no one has and now you threaten collections. Fix it now.

    @RogersMediaPR @RogersBiz I think it’s crazy to be sending emails for service surveys in the midst of a service outage. That’s weird if you ask me. Get it together.
