    @roseofeversong @RogersHelps @Rogershelps Why do you want people to send you a private message ? So you can hide how messed up your internet service. Everyday my internet goes out for min 15 minutes. Maximum is infinity.

Whenever I think of Crave, I think of an awful lecture during my Masters where the institution/professor was bribed into letting a Bell exec shill to us about Crave TV for over an hour...

    @Rogers after days of contacting your @RogersHelps team, still unable to have your winback team to contact me. I am done. You have lost a customer of 19 years. 6 wireless lines, tv and internet. I will take my money elsewhere.

    @rogers mass outage. Which means no tv, home phone or internet. Thankfully I have a decent data package & don’t have to work from home, but I know several ppl in my area that do & the fact that the outage started around 11 and they didn’t start on the issue until 3 is appalling.

    @RogersHelps my wife has been spending three months trying to resolve an issue on a phone number and was assured last week all was good and today @Rogers did an “oops” we gave the number away but we’ll use it as a coachable moment. Unreal. #Rogers

    @fiede @Rogers I think the point of eSIM was mostly to make it easier to support dual-SIM capabilities in phones, portability, and getting rid of all that plastic, but they somehow bungled it and made it worse
