    @RogersHelps Roger's needs to do better. Internet stopped working so I called and wait was too long but automated message said use AI Anna. I tried but didn't get anywhere, she is useless. Finally connected to chat support but was disconnected immediately due to high volumes.

    @RogersHelps I only have 1 system for TV. It is not a recent event, the channel always has been poor quality video.

    @Poppins1971 @RogersHelps @suresh__cp Yeah and the link they provided doesn't work. Definitely an issue right now in Ottawa. It dropped at 1140am and hasn't come back up since

    @RogersHelps For the first year RF signal from C8689 was rock solid - 4 bars on various phones, Nokia last mile, etc. Now RF signal fluctuates about every 10 minutes. I have clear LOS to tower about 1 km away. Neighbours reporting the same problem

    @RogersHelps Ontario. We are still on hold. Our remote broke and just need to order a new one. This is ridiculous. I spent 15 minutes in line at corporate store for them to tell me I have to call. We are almost at an hour wait on the phone. Horrible service.

    @RogersHelps Extremely disappointed with the customer service trail at Rogers Business- Ordeal started on Apr 23, May 14, 15th & today seems never-ending. Pls check DM.
