@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Lip service. Nothing but lip service. You do not care one iota for anything unless it reaches into your pockets. I for one will be leaving your service as soon as possible.

@sushileaf @hopechancemix @RogersHelps I think you can understand automated billing and still find it kinda gross that you have no service but are still being asked to shell out

The internet is a "web" of servers; redundancy is built into the design. Server A connects to servers B and C; B connects to C. If A to B fails, A can get to B via C. Makes zero sense @Rogers had complete outages, especially 9-1-1 infrastructure. It should all have fail-over.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Nah we pay for a service for 365 days a year it should work. Just like you expect to be paid everytime you walk into work.

@birgitomo @Rogers Just order a sim card from the US if its such a nightmare for you. Its not hard. Even Canada Post has non-rogers sim cards you can buy for $20 to make you phone work again. Your problem is not my problem.

Here's a question that has probably been asked already, how was it that @Rogers was able to tweet yesterday while they had this huge outage of service? What network or service were you using? Obviously not Rogers, you just rather have all your customers suffer.
