I’m not getting any updates .. nobody even bother to call to tell me of the status .. what made it worst your bloody IVR sucks … no one answer on the other end and after 2 hours of waiting it just hung up .. and it’s the same with the chat feature on your bloody web or chat … I’ve been without my phone access for almost a week now … and @HedyFry this is what we have to go through with @rogerrwireless

A death that started about 25 years ago with automation. And then mergers. Radio is dead or dying. I say this sadly as someone who was in the biz years ago and loved it.

I can get to your courier provider in 4 days.” Next Day another call: “You owe us $1000 for the equipment you haven’t returned.” Day after That: “When are you paying us for the equipment you haven’t returned?” Day after that: “We haven’t received the equipment, can you arrange payment?” While Driving to return the Equipment: “If you don’t return the equipment we will charge you” None of your people could access notes on the file from the previous call. Now bye.

He didn't know his job and what the supposed offer was either. He called his supervisor who let the call Drop. before explaining Do better!!!! Disgusted with your Brown service.

Now it just says they are experiencing higher calling volumes and it hangs up on me. Bell will have a new client I think.
