    Though I haven't used @TELUS since the early ClearNET days, as a @Rogers customer, I feel your pain, folks. Don't forget to call in tomorrow to haggle for a retention reward (don't take their unsolicited offer).

  • robg485 Rob Gilreath (@robg485) reported

    @ghostinthenet @Rogers I always laugh when I read a tweet about Rogers… company I work for has them as an ISP and the sales rep was also Roger. Never failed to make me giggle. And yeah… that’s absolute crap to make that change to resolve an outage

  • joekool59 Break80 (@joekool59) reported

    @RogersHelps having issues with my set too box using Ignite TV. I have two TVs. One tends to experience intermittent issues with Netflix only. I get “ you are entering a third party app” then it reverts back to cable tv. It isn’t a Netflix issue because on TV works. Can you help

    @gmbutts @Rogers Bell sucks too.

  • cagg123 Susannecaggianello (@cagg123) reported

    @Rogers you were eager to offer your customers the service while arriving in a different country although you charged them anyway when your customers didn’t activate the option #i want my refund

  • ed_maste Ed Maste (@ed_maste) reported

    On hold with @Rogers trying to figure out how to get IPv6 enabled on my business internet connection. I figured this would be a solved problem in 2021.

    My Rogers is getting me mad over 2 months now and my internet is still not working right seriously @Rogers I hope you know I am not paying my bills on time this month @RogersHelps

    @Rogers Very unhappy about 29% increase internet for same service. Canadians have most expensive internet and cell services on planet Earth. Please fix this @JustinTrudeau #ripoff #crtc @JustinTrudeau

  • ghostinthenet Jody Lemoine 🇨🇦 (@ghostinthenet) reported

    Well done @Rogers. If you need to replace CPE at a customer’s remote location, you do •not• change the assigned static address and call the job done. That’s not restoring the service. That’s •changing• the service. Big difference.

  • lolomic03 Maybe: lauri (@lolomic03) reported

    I bought @Sportsnet Now on my iPhone and now I can’t connect it to any devices and I’ve been waiting two hours for support so great waste of $20 thanks again @RogersHelps for garbage customer service all day
