    Can't believe how laughably bad the @rogers cable PVR interface is compared to the open source MythTV interface. I guess when you have a near monopoly you dish the consumer the near minimum.

    @Canucks @Rogers Hamonic was a problem. So this is nice but not in any way gamechanging. But see earlier tweet re not making the playoffs this year. Trade some players to restock for next year and beyond.

    @Rogers installed internet and phone for my in-laws on Friday. Doesn’t work. Number ported over from another provider, now somewhere in limbo (?) so they can’t receive phone calls. Modem can’t be added to account. No internet. No updates. No estimated time or date for fix. Awful.

    Nearly an hour ago, the @Rogers support line assured me I wouldn’t lose my spot in the queue, and I should hear back from an agent within “11 to 16 minutes”
