Hey @rogers I got centre ice....two blacked out games and now I can only watch on my phone....sitting waiting for support for 15 minutes now watching on my phone what gives?

@RogersHelps Every time I use Rogers Anyplace TV to watch sports, the connection lags every couple of minutes, I refresh my browser, and repeat. This largely only happens with sports (and only with this service). Please add some servers / capacity. Really frustrated.

@RogersHelps 3 tech visits, a box wrongly deactivated, new box picked up and being a brick, given wrong rental price, replacement not showing time properly. Told we have to replace the box again, no other option. Glad you care so much to keep a long time customer happy. Awful 😡
