    @Rogers you suck. I have ignite and internet service goes down every 5-10 minutes when only 2 people are us8ng zoom. People are trying to work, and go to class, from home. Fix your ****. Also, spend some of the ******* money you're robbing from your customers on the jays.

    @RogersHelps Rogers not able to help me unlock my old IPhone 5s saying im not the original owner? Can't get in touch with that person. Phone is paid for and works. Im not with rogers. Its a Iphone 5s which makes it almost worthless going through the third party unlocking service.

    @RogersHelps Primus customer on your lines! No internet working right now, 24-48 hours for resolution. 3 adults and 5 kids cant work or go to school!!!!!!

    @RogersHelps is there an issue with service today— CNN sound off and on and freeze up of display every 2 minutes...for the last hour. Postal code is M5T area.

    @RogersHelps Do u think after setting up Ignite it’s acceptable to not have the account activated for over 3 days? Home phone not working. No one will solve the issue. How long do I have to wait?Still sitting on the line over 30 minutes.About to drop your services completely.
