@RogersHelps I am having major issues with my Rogers cell service. 5 times today my phone has gone to emergency calls only. Then it works but I only get <5 Mbps. At other times I get over 150 Mbps. The service is so inconsistent my phone has become unusable for work.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS my refund has been on going for 15 days. You promised a call back in 48 hours 72 hours ago. Of this is customer service I think @Rogers might have several new customers.

@RogersHelps Tbh, I’ve totally given up and when I get a clear moment to deal with switching service providers etc, I will. A relationship that has existed since 1994 is about to end (wifi, phones, tv)

@ckcho_na @Rogers A deflection bot gets graded on how many callers it keeps off a live rep. Closing your request was never what it optimized for. A long-time business account walking is a QA miss, and nobody on that floor ever got scored against it.

@bavedikian @Rogers you need to follow this example. You allowed @FedEx to facilitate a theft of a brand new IPhone. Now you are charging the person who never received it a monthly fee and not holding FedEx responsible even though they gave to a random person.

@larx999 @Rogers where are you from? I'm having the same issues the last week or two

@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers Write the CEO a strongly worded letter of complaint. Address it as personal & confidential. I did it after almost two years of terrible service delivery. Good chance you will be referred to a specialist group. Worked for me. Service delivery is good now.

@Autumblues @Rogers I asked the Rogers tech support lady she said it's not my equipment, but I don't think I believe her

@RogersHelps It’s Easier to telus and change providers than get service.
