@RogersHelps called Rogers and spent an hour on hold and spoke to a customer service rep for an additional hour. They can’t explain to our satisfaction why our cable bill went up by $42.76... not the first time so off to Bell Fiber we go!!!

@Craner123 @RogersHelps I switched off of cable after 2 outages in a month that took 3+ days to fix. Is there any other service available in your area? Fibre? Phone system? I say switch.

Just curious. Anyone watching Shrek on @CBC and noticing issues with broadcast ? That it’s choppy? I mean it might be a @Rogers cable issue? But this is second day a movie being broadcast on #CBC seems to have issues.

@Rogers Not true, we had that service and you guys kept throttling our internet and dropping our internet. #1 reason why we terminated your service and went to another provider.

@RogersHelps Tried to reboot Nextbox again this morning and same problem. Cannot see any channels. We can see the guide and are able to view shows on Crave. Would appreciate some assistance.

@RogersHelps They both have their own separate accounts/billing. Mom in fact was just moved over from @Bell. Orders both placed last Sunday, Mom (new account/customer) was the only one that received Airpods

@timandsid would I give $150m of @Rogers money* to George Springer over 5 years? I'm a fan. no doubt in my mind what I'd do. sign him. *a sizeable chunk of this comes from my mobile, cable and (previous) landline accounts over the past 17-yrs as a loyal customer.

@Rogers : had a issue with internet . Charged wrong amount . Chats saved where agent confirmed no extra charges will levied. But till now struggling with the issue. Have called customer service and no solution till date!!!

Hey @RogersHelps Do you guys still service lobby building cameras that runs on the lobby watch channel? If so, who can I talk to about sending someone to repair my building's lobby camera? Customer service hasn't been helpful. Thanks in advance
