    @RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; they offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow hime phone service; if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need)

    @RogersHelps The tutorial you have online says that I should be able to do it without visiting a store. Old phone won't respond to to one... eSIMs are convenient at first but this is garbage trying to change to a new phone.

    @RogersHelps Absolutely inexcusable service. Canada has the highest cell bills in the world and hands down the worst service . I’ll cancel my payment and you Roger’s can chase me down for payment. my recommendation is NEVER SIGN UP WITH ROGERS nightmare

    For a "communications" company you are very bad at communications.I need to have my services moved to a new address.I have called 12 times this week and can't get through.I can't contact anyone through the web site and when I called the closest store he was very rude. @Rogers

    @Rogers You have fired hundreds of employees and changed your agents with an ai unable to help with my issues, for 3 days i have called to resolve a phone number transfer issue and your ai system keeps hanging up. I would like help with your nonsensical service before I cancel.
