    @Rogers Can you guys go at least a calendar year without having constant service outage problems? Half of Ontario is currently experiencing outage issues and it is also impacting providers who piggyback off your lines like mine.

    @wchay3 @G_l_i_t_c_h_e_d @Rogers Yes you read that right... they want me to keep a plan for a non existent phone in order to get a credit that I can't do anything with because I will no longer be using their service.

    @Rogers please cancel internet services for my account 903312643. I have been on call to speak to someone for an hour but can’t get through. Pathetic customer service. At least share an email where I can send my request to cancel internet services.

    My theory is that there's nobody working at @Rogers customer service. They put you on hold hoping you'll eventually try.
