@RogersHelps #Rogers Dollar Store Internet is DOWN again in Markham on April 23rd in the middle of @NHL Playoff Overtime Games! @Rogers is a total joke! They are incapable of providing a reliable service, the only thing they are good at, is ripping off customers! 🖕

@Rogers STOP calling your customers every day from 833-430-6500. As a mobile service provider, you should know who originates these calls.

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@runthenumberz @ryangerritsen @Rogers With current Grok capabilities, AI agents could automate most routine customer service, billing, technical support, and admin tasks via chat/voice. Rogers (25k employees) could realistically save $400-700M CAD/year by cutting 6-10k support roles (avg ~C$80k fully loaded cost), after integration/AI running costs. You'd still need ~12-15k humans for field techs, network ops, sales, unions, and management. Full replacement isn't there yet—agents augment fast.

@Rogers Communications Just had internet issues and called tech support—only to be told the system they use to check connections is also down. So… nobody can actually check anything right now? Feels like the blind leading the deaf.
