    @RogersHelps @Rogers Ive had Rogers a long time this is the first major issue ive had in a long time. Its expensive but to be honest it always works well. Sucks it happened but what can ya do

    3:30 PM and still not a single useful communication from @Rogers / @RogersHelps . This is a disgrace. No ETA for resumption, no solution for compensation when you inquire. Yet their stock is up $1 per share today, so.... Rogers has the most reliable network?? Hell, no!!

    @RogersHelps 12 years Rogers customer,I understand these things happen. But today is the worst day it could, trying to find out results online since I can't get calls 😷. Nothing works, my data works one second and then it doesn't. Maybe time to move on to better cheaper packages elsewhere😔

    @RogersHelps @Chaosden666 There is no information about the outages. We all want an update telling us the service is down is not an update. I am done with rogers as soon as my contract is over. 12 hours and no explanation.

    So I assume all @Rogers @Fidomobile customers will see an automatic adjustment on our bills this month for interruption of service @CRTCeng. Can't pay for something we can't use... This type of adjustment should be automatic and law.
