    @RogersHelps I'm talking to yet another representative in chat and so far they haven't been able to help me. I've never in my life had so many issues getting a new phone!!! This is absolutely ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers the Rep refused to help me unless I stayed sitting on the phone listening to silence. So I waited just to get told she can't help me and I'm transferred to someone else and now sitting on hold. THIS IS SO STUPID.

    @RogersHelps I recently interacted with someone from Rogers regarding a bill payment issue. I have received my updated bank statement and it appears there wasn't any issue at all. Everything has been resolved just like that. Thank you again for your assistance.

    And here we go again @Rogers another day trying to work from home and the wifi is not working .. Can someone please try to resolve this without 8 hour gaps between responding.
