    Good morning, @Rogers my elderly parents still don't have access to the internet or wireless service. It's been 10 days. 10. I'd like to call them on the phone you bend them over for. Let me know when you plan on giving a ****, and I'll send a carrier pigeon to let them know.

    @RogersHelps I pay my bills online. I guess I should have gone someplace with a competitor's ISP to pay my Rogers bill during the outage to avoid a late charge. This is absolutely rich. You take me to court for that $5, and maybe we'll take you for the losses we incurred.

    @RogersHelps YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! On hold for 45 minutes only to speak to someone for 15 seconds, on hold for an additional 15 minutes and then you HANG UP?!? #downwithrogers

    I swear if @rogers craps out tonight during stream I am gonna freak out. Their tech fought me this morning trying to swap out the modem before even checking for an infrastructure issue in the area. When he did, he found an issue then told me a week to fix it! #KanataNorth

    Ever since the @Rogers outage my iPhone 11 Pro Max lives on 3G And let me tell you….its ****….. just like rogers 🙄

    @RogersHelps Not enough for the damage you have done You could give more then that 5 Day is not enough to the pain and suffering you put people throw I expected One month free service And I shouldn't have to wait a month too see it. It should be right away
