@RogersHelps Some? SOME?! How many people rely on your network for work, communications etc. With vaccine notifications going out via text in most instances, how many people missed their chance today? This is literally life and death. Absolutely inexcusable failure.

@RogersHelps are we going to fix this outage? Your customers pay a pretty penny for our service and currently we can’t curb side pick up our groceries, medications, etc. God forbid we need to call 911. I also can’t get called into work to make a living as long as this goes on

@MeanMrWolf @RogersHelps @RogersBiz Unbelievable. We had a power outage a few weeks ago and cell service didn't work either. Makes me wonder about Rogers infrastructure. May be time to switch. Losing the ability to call for long periods can be dangerous these days.
