    @RogersHelps Thanks @RogersHelps for all the help in resolving this. I would request you to please take necessary steps to avoid such issues in the future. I was out of service for 17 hours. This could have been avoided if the store employees showed a little ownership. All good now. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps is there an outage in L3x3l7? Last few weeks internet has been extremely spotty high latency and frequent loss of service. Today alone it’s dropped 5 times and is down right now.

    @RogersHelps I have been facing intermittent outage since June 6, reported many time but got no concrete reply. Restarting modem multiple time a day but still same. Here is my ticket # CT25402497 please let me know when my service will be restored fully without interruption?
