Thanks @Rogers.... Once again, I'm having constant issues with my connection going down, often requiring a modem reboot to get back online. Tonight, I am out of town and trying to get work done, and I can't because my modem needs a reboot AGAIN for the THIRD time today!

So, power goes out @Yonge and Eglinton, Toronto Hydro restores service in 20 minutes, an hour later still no internet or tv on @rogers. Strangely my cell service with @bellcanada works fine. Thanks again guys, it’s getting real boring. #rogers

@RogersHelps for two weeks I’ve been trying to talk to customer service and today I stayed on the line for an hour and 15 minutes. If y’all don’t wanna pay people to answer calls find another way to deal with customers because there’s just no way that on a Saturday morning

Rogers never fails to screw up. 9 hours of calls to downspin and then instead of changing the cell plan they killed the whole line! Agent says a few mins and takes over an hour to do nothing. @RogersHelps your service is disgraceful
