@RogersHelps Your definition of intermittent and mine are polar opposites. No service for hours for millions of people is not intermittent.

  • ITGuy66 Geof Charlebois 🇨🇦 (@ITGuy66) reported

@JasonRodgers_13 @AboutRogers @Rogers Will be their standard calculation of '$monthly fee/# of days affected' So about $3 to $4 ... for each customer who calls and reports the issue after waiting 3hrs or more on hold .

  • bigbroup2date the other one (@bigbroup2date) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Sorry this is confusing, is it resolved? Because I still don’t have service....

I wonder how much this @Rogers Service outage is going to cost @ericsson, if it does prove to be a software update problem. #rogersdown

@ve6dpa @RogersHelps 10Some wireless customers are experiencing an intermittent service interruption for wireless voice and data services. Our team is working quickly to restore services as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to provide regular updates.

@ReplicatorUnit @Poppidyscoop @RogersHelps Oh hell no... I have their gigabit plan and I usually Get 500 down 20 up

  • realsebasn Film Crab (@realsebasn) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers I need my phone for my job. I cannot have a brick in my pocket. If the service is not up today I'm ****** tomorrow. Do you morons even understand that people need something so simple as cellular service? We pay an arm and a leg for it is it too much to ask for the actual service?

  • PrateepNayak Prateep Kumar Nayak (@PrateepNayak) reported

Over the past months @Rogers has charged me roughly $300 for a few KB/MB data overuse by mistake because the phone kept automatically switching away from my home modem to cellular data. Instead of helping fix the problem @RogersHelps basically told me that they did not care.
