@RogersHelps So called preauthorized plan gives to Rogers ability to withdraw money from client account without client contest or charge validation from his side. In any case of disagreement customer may face uncontrolled actions from Rogers. That is something what people would better avoid.

Many angry phone calls to Rogers over the last many months, because this seems to be my daily internet response. Excuses are creative and varied. @RogersHelps It has been over a month and issue still not has been fixed. Opened numerous ticket and calling every week to get an update but I am being told rogers is working on the issue since early May and yet I am paying full cost of non functioning internet.
