You know what’s not cool? @RogersBiz @RogersHelps when a tech support person arrives at my business to hopefully solve internet issues and calls me (the female business owner) “sweetie” & proceeds to tell me “I wouldn’t understand “ and treats my male employee like the boss.

Im soo happy Im switching from @Rogers next week. Internet on and off all week and their twitter is filled with people saying the same and they still have the confidence to tell you their are no issues in your area. Garbage service, cannot wait for next week

@Rogers No thanks. Never staying with this conpany again. You pay premium prices for sub par service with minimal effort to resolve an issue, even for a customer who has been with you for 20+ years and not even to offer a credit for months of issues. Thanks but no thanks

@RogersHelps my neighbour recently had fibre service installed and the tech ran the line above ground from my home into theirs without notifying me. I now have to limbo when I go to my backyard.. Can someone please reach out of me to resolve this ASAP!
