@RogersHelps Rogers should be prorating the internet bill for such long outages. At the very least don’t charge for cellular data today as that’s the only way I am able to connect to the internet today. At this point we’re literally paying for no service and also losing money in the process.

@xaymacan28 @RogersHelps I'm also in Whitby and my internet is down. Thankfully my work mobile phone is Bell so I can still partially work. What is happening to Rogers internet? It is not reliable.

@RogersHelps so I have a s22 ultra and have had 5g everywhere up until last week . I've reset my network settings and still looses connections I'm sick and tired of paying over $180 for 1 phone and barely getting service.
