    @sterzo2424 @RogersHelps I have no home phone since Sunday and my tv and internet go off and on at times. Two technicians said it is an area outage and Rogers is working on it but they don't know how long it will take to repair.

    @Rogers your customer service is THE worst. An Indian person answered and HUNG UP. I'd love to get that individual fired. You guys are ******* things up all the time. HOW ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS? 20+ times we have called you between Sept till now. The incompetence is insane.

    @RogersHelps Thank you for the response. I reboot it regularly. Power cycle Poe and modem, reset to factory. All the things I’ve learned from tech support over the past 6 months.

    @RogersHelps we have ignite and thr holiday count down was working fine up to a couple days ago. Now it says it can't launch the app and gives a generic error code. We have unpluged everything and plugged it back in. Is there an issue with it?

    @Vishal31640738 @RogersBiz @RogersHelps Rogers’ such a large entity, redundancy is surely everywhere. That’s why I don’t even get them to fix our problems anymore. They just keep wasting my time going in circles.
