    @RogersHelps Just dialled 911 on my mobile phone and hung up, the call went through. Even with the network down 911 still works. Why isn't there a back-up phone service for "all" numbers and back-up "data" service for an outage?

    @HEMIvik That’s my point! Its sad when you find out through a 3rd party as Rogers didn’t advice their customers, leaving many people calling customer service and being placed on hold for hrs. Not a good look for @Rogers being a “communication” based company! 😬🙄🙄

    @RogersHelps I’m wrong...phone shows cell service but nothing is working. Tried loading a web page and it failed as well as a speed test (also failed).
