@Zach_Fleisher @SamsungCanada @RogersHelps Phones are effectively the same globally. Usable lifetime also depends in large part of the individual and the use of the phone. For example my wife has used phones for 3-4 years without issue

@Rogers Why can't I get anyone to help me with a warranty repair on my phone. All I need is a loaner phone so I can work while they repair it. Called three agents and 10 stores. They recommend I pay $400 and use my device protection instead....can anyone help me on twitter?
