@Not_an_ebug @Rogers had this happen twice waiting 1hr 1/2 i just hung up went to rogers store with my issue and they contacted customer service direct and bang 2 minutes resolved my issue ..

@RogersHelps @Rogers no shame in their game. They steal money for a service that is given to a 3rd party. That 3rd party can justify not aiding their customer based off a list that details what they allow for Proof of Address. Both parties blame it on the customer. Genius.
