𝓝𝓸𝓼𝓯𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓽𝓾 (@ActualNosferatu) reportedWhy on Earth is the wait for tech support nearly an hour. INEXCUSABLE. @rogers

For NL (@ForNL6) reportedFck it’s unreal how useless cell coverage is in NL. @TonyWakehamNL the amount of money wasted by certainly federal and maybe provincial towards @Bell and @Rogers while we have garbage service is mental. High cost phones and bills but utterly useless service …
-
Dave Dickson (@Dkcdickson) reported@RogersHelps Meanwhile bell is offering me triple the bandwidth for 40% less money…. But I need to get internet back today so that’s a topic for after you FIX my service
-
DJ2026 (@DarrenOrvis) reportedDear Rogers. Unfortunately, as a customer for 15+ years with all services including tv, internet, security, 4 cells, and a tab account is not good enough to answer the phone and waste 3.5 hours of my day. Sadly, I am now looking elsewhere. You need to do better. @Rogers

Col_in_hellifax (@Col_In_Hellifax) reported@RogersHelps Yes I'm sure its my number. I upgraded my phone since i left the company and had no issues. I did call the business support team first and guess what? they didn't know what was going on and suggested I phone customer care. Everyone I talk to just passes the buck to someone else.

djlennywhelan (@djlennywhelan) reported@RogersHelps @CanadasLeafs Yeah, he’s a complete idiot who never thought that new batteries might solve his problem. Just pick up the ******* phone and help people with their issues with your ****** equipment…..
-
Michael Gallo (@galloots1313) reported@cityofluv2020 @RogersHelps @Rogers Had to cancel. Going back to bell. Rinse and repeat.
-
Michael (@michaelpagano71) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Switched over to Bell several years ago & have never looked back. Rogers comes by a couple times a year with their latest offers for me to switch back. I wouldn’t go back to them if they offered me their services for free As the saying goes…”the best ability is availability.”

Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps After another 3 hours in chat we got about 15 minutes of service before it blew up again
