    @RogersHelps There’s no point it goes absolutely nowhere. The ignite box is just for lack of a better word ****. One device for all your internet bandwidth is stupid! We’ve done all the troubleshooting, and had multiple technicians out here, it does nothing.

    @Jules2berries @RogersHelps Right?? No statement made by Rogers (when they've done it before in way shorter outage periods). This was literally a full working day. Almost 9 to 5. Internet came back on around 5:45, hope yours is good now too!
