My old S8 phone running Android 9 has no problems with the RXSA. This problem was fixed, now it's an issue again?

When we need help to resolve an (ongoing) issue they contact @Rogers. I call Monday & have to wait 4 Wednesday am but .@Rogers reschedule 4 Weds pm & then reschedule on Wed noon 4 Friday but no-one tells customers.
