    @RogersHelps When it comes to charge and fees you are always on time, you don't even waste one second. But it has been more than 12 hours, no network, we are suffering, and you just say sorry. Thats it, I'm done with Rogers, I'll find another provider.

    @rogers @rogershelps Why is everyone complaining? We don't need chat or telephone support when Rogers has already conveyed there is no service. My phone CLEARLY says "no service" in the upper left corner, ...why would I expect service when it says "no service". lol.

    @RogersHelps compensate for this mess. I switched from other carrier where I was $60/month. Now I am paying $104/month to get this awful service.

    @RogersHelps Hey, are you going to provide an ETA on this issue or at the very least communicate the issue? This is incredibly frustrating and to be completely left in the dark just increases that frustration.
