    @RogersHelps It’s in your records I am super frustrated with the level of customer service. At one instance one of the agents even advised me to cancel my account:

    1) I had severe network issues. The connection would just drop. Getting a replacement from Google was not possible as it was purchased through a carrier (@Rogers) in my case. They made me hustle between @uBreakiFix. But they don't seem to have an agreement for phones in Canada.

    @Rogers @YMCAGTA I have this on going chat with myself. Why do they call different shades of Brown people Black? Really they are various browns. I guess just saying Brown doesn't sound mean enough. You gotta say Black. Even though it's stupid. I'm different shades of colours, really not White.

    @Rogers Shame on Rogers there was a black out Feb 8th which cause damage to Roger boxes in a LTC facility and Rogers still hasn't activated the boxes leaving residents without their only source of entertainment.

    @chasosak @Rogers Fido is even worse. (Owned by Rodgers). Says supervisor will call back... never happens... unexplained charges. Never go Fido!

    @RogersHelps has been suspending my account once a month or more, resulting in hours of my time wasted, costing on average almost $100 extra in fees per month even tho I was up to date on my payment plan. Fantastic customer service, Rogers. We've been loyal customers for 10 yrs

    @Fidomobile, I've been a customer since you began. Just had the WORST customer service experience ever WITH A SUPERVISOR. Misleading sales agents and website info. Will be looking for other options after 28 years. @FidoSolutions @Rogers #fidomobile #fidosolutions
