    The change to Infinite plans are pretty terrible for those of us with multiple lines and bonus data on ShareEverything. After many loyal years I will be leaving @Rogers

    @RogersHelps I received a bill for a canceled account from my old address, went to a Rogers store, they can't help because they can only sell, not cancel (why aren't stores full service), 35 minutes wait on chat with no answer, now approaching 30 minutes on phone hold. Do better

    @RogersHelps @EdwardSRogers a fraud happened on account on 30 July 2022. Since then i have been dealing with bill issues on your end every month & resolution which I get is that it would corrected next month. How is this a good service? As a customer i am dealing with it mentally

    @Rogers I called your support line to cancel my services and they told me to pay 580 $ as a cancelation fee. NO CONTRACT WAS SIGNED, no email nothing and your representative says its verbal. Help me out if you can.

    @RogersHelps No DM necessary, just hire humans to answer calls, who can direct those calls to the appropriate dept, instead of the 18 choices online, the crappy chat bot. Also, enable your store fronts to do more than sell sell sell. Worst customer service hurdles in Canada.

    @RogersHelps I just spoke with a very nice man at Corus. He said it's probably an "Edge Case" Rogers problem. Maybe the set top box communication with the adapter is the issue. Not the adapter or TV. Nothing in my place for a technician to find. He is checking internally just in case.

    @RogersHelps Services have not been restored. I've been without internet since 5am today. I've tried every possible fix with nothing working. I woke to two Tech's and had someone else I know within Rogers escalate and was told the issue is ongoing. No tech til Wed. What should I do?
