    @RogersHelps @Rogers Your Customer Support representative clearly told me that the extra $80.40 CAD charge, supposedly related to a “dishonoured cheque,” would be disputed and removed. I checked my bank transactions for the past 6 months and there has been no bounced or returned payment.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Been with Rogers for over 20 years. Never seen it this bad. It’s sad and pathetic. Been trying for 3 days to speak directly to a customer service rep to go over a few things on my account. This AI agent system is a joke. I want to cancel my service!

    Did you know that your calls get cut with @Rogers support when they go over 5 hours long? Going on 9 hours with @Rogers support over the last 2 days.

    While most of our work is in network related threats, a reminder.. phone scams keep rising.. and unfortunately, lots of them are south asian based.. if you get a call from say @rogers or @Fidomobile with a heavy accent.. it's now probably a scam. Call them out.. 'Oh, hey a call from one of those India based scam outfits..' then hang up, and block the number.. (They like swearing)

    @RogersHelps Like I said there was an issue last month and now there is an issue this month. I am trying to call you guys and you guys never answer the phone so now I am waiting in a live chat queue. It is not my responsibility to contact you guys every month to fix this. I am extremely mad

    @MacDoug1 So wow, just poor customer service! So what can you do against the collection agency?? Never again using @Rogers internet or mobile. Bad enough using satellite Although they have improved the picture quality.
