I have not received a call from a service technician who I actually saw parked outside my building. What a waste of my time.

Can I get my services up and running today. It’s been 4 days now without internet. Cannot afford more downtime. Worst internet experience.

John Ziraldo (@ZiraldoJohn) reported@RogersHelps I have made several calls to the Rogers support line. I got no there with level 1 support. Tried again insisting on talking to level 2. Levell 2 claimed they had no way to renew my IPv6 address to something different, and the periodic automatic system refresh generally return one to the same address. They refused to open a problem ticket because they said they could not address my request. They also claimed they had no way of conversing with Akamai about why they are blocking my address.
