@birgitomo @Rogers Just order a sim card from the US if its such a nightmare for you. Its not hard. Even Canada Post has non-rogers sim cards you can buy for $20 to make you phone work again. Your problem is not my problem.

@RogersHelps People lost time, money and their loves due to your outage. The fact I couldn't even call 911 when we needed too is proof alone you owe people for your screw up

@itsajadams @Rogers Because we are a somewhat complacent and compliant bunch and only respond to issues when they hit us in the face.

@RogersHelps about to spend the day chasing down my customers for payments from yesterday. we're appointment based, but so booked up we can't reschedule... so we basically worked for free yesterday and we cross our fingers for e-transfers, etc today.

@frambrady33 @Rogers @RogersHelps You have my pity. 911, ATMs, Debit Card Services Down? The great land of Canada. Land of the monopoly. Did they patch it back together with some superglue and duct tape yet?

@RogersHelps I was at my house with the internet down. My son came down and asked me “Dad, is Logers a fraud company?” I had to say yes. I could not lie. My son has now been crying in his room for 8 hours. No more Logers for me. Now I will be switching to Bell. A REAL internet provider!
