@RogersHelps Hi. I’ve been on hold for nearly an hour and a half and my call has yet to be answered. I require technical support to address an issue with my home internet connection.

@RogersHelps #1 The scaling on the app for acceisbility purposes means that screen presses do not register well/accurately (and mine is only 15% zoomed in.) Android specificly #2 'Billing" currently crashes the app, so that doesn't help anything.

THREAD 1/2 Hey @Rogers , I’ve been dealing with constant Wi-Fi disconnects and speed drops despite having a high-speed plan. I’ve tried calling customer service multiple times, but I’m left on hold for over an hour every time without reaching anyone.

@tim_whitey @JohnnyGiunta_ @Rogers This guy actively wants to **** the home run dragon, and he’s a corporate shill? Are you braindead?

My internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by a third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

@RogersHelps On hold now 1:40 minutes that is one hour and a half much more than proper customer service. 2 weeks! I got cut off twice yesterday.

@provincesports In this column I hope Mr. Taylor is only criticizing Toronto & not all of SW Ontario. K-W is a top 12 media market in Canada & we're angry with @Rogers as they shut down our only local news talk station.

@RogersHelps @rogers clearly you can’t read! I have to use my @Starlink to call. I want someone to answer you DAMN PHONE!! I’M STILL ON HOLD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’M WELL OVER 2HOURS!!

@RogersHelps No, because you don't offer options for customers who just want to buy a phone while keeping their current plan. Your customer service agents always push us to change our plans to get a new device."
