    @RogersHelps @ReaperOfBurgers I am curious as to how many service tickets I need to put in. This will be the 4th one. They refuse to actually come to the site and yet won't take my screenshots as proof of low speeds...."We found no problem" is the mantra.

    @Rogers As a customer, I'm alarmed by the lack of service & tech support with your Ignite internet. Try compensating your customers for a year of bad internet and lack of solutions who are paying the price of Bell. #worstserviceprovider

    Ah. @Rogers I warned you that if you slipped up, I'd be sending you an invoice that can go to collections. As such you internet is currently down, you will be invoiced for 1 full day of failure to provide services. Thank you.

    17 years I’m finally leaving @TELUS @RogersHelps made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Damn shame Telus didn’t appreciate my over paying bills every month and loyalty.

    @Rogers I understand that there is an employment shortage everywhere but it shouldn’t take almost 4 hours and yes I said 4 hours to upgrade a plan and 2 phones. WTF. #customerservice
