    @CCTS_CPRST @Rogers is keeping too wide service appointment windows for a job that can be completed in 15 minutes and they charge 75 for rescheduling. Do they expect people to be available for 5 hours and keep waiting for their technicians.

    @RogersHelps I am moving and need to set up a service transfer. I was on hold twice this week for over 2 hours before a forced disconnection. Today, not even allowed to enter the queue. Live agents can't help me, your local stores can't help me. What am I supposed to do?

    Every person I dealt with at BMO today, on the phone or in person knew nothing of respect or customer service. Felt like I was talking to @Rogers

    @SteveD29 @RogersHelps Keep fighting. They tried charging me for a service I never received and I kept calling and refusing. Eventually they gave up.

    Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps , your service is terrible, the technician you guys sent didn't do anything. The call wait times are insane and the online support is useless. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers They’re ******* atrocious. Sat on hold for an hour yesterday to address an internet issue, no one ever picked up. It’s bullshit….
