@RogersHelps Yet a store only a block away from my house, which is Half a block from the rogers store had internet access because I asked them and they said "that's the only reason we're open" But would I guess CUSTOMER SERVICE at rogers was to busy watching TV to listen

@harry_tml @RogersHelps @Justin64190239 Agreed. This was mishandled SO terribly from the start. Even now, touting how many people are "back online". I'm one of them, and trust me, dial-up was better than this "back online" **** they're trying to sell as a big accomplishment now.

@RogersHelps My M-in-L system is slow coming back. Her phone service is having a real tough connecting. Any ideas what to do? Just wait it out?
