    @B2BNewsNetwork Of course there isn't. Goddess forbid that the Poors - who were arguably most affected by the latest outage - be able to see the reason why @Rogers constantly screws up.

    So @Bell_Policy says network already segmented; however, segments likely have huge numbers of custs. @Rogers is going to segment. Still so little talk of how to better train to recover quickly. Was the anger at #RogersOutage the scale or the length to recover? I think latter.

    @SardonicCanuck @Rogers They never delete the line of code that sends out the bill payment reminder. And bills always seem to go up. 🤔🤔

    @RogersHelps @SamJarvisEsq Lol. The #sportsnetnow app has been awful for years. If you haven’t fixed it by now, my hopes aren’t high for the future. Frustrating to have to uninstall and reinstall the app nearly every night in order to watch the @BlueJays

    Woke up obscenely early again. Used that time to get all my bills paid. To my shock I see @Rogers has not in fact credited my account for all the down time. Shocked I say! Shocked 😲

    Stephen and I finally found some time to catch up on #SuccessionHBO. Too bad S3 Ep1 is only available in French on Crave Thanks @rogers, always so glad I pay for this service. 🙄
