Les Williams (@leswilliams2) reported@RogersHelps I’m a hospital patient who is having internet and wifi issues with my iPhone. I need to speak with a real person who can help me. Not a AI bot !!!!
-
Paul Sant (@YouPulseX) reported@tobi @Rogers If a carrier update can kill tethering in traffic, the rollout needs an owner and a rollback path, not a support ticket.
-
Paul 🇨🇦 🇺🇸 (@CoachPaul_07) reported@rogershelps Internet currently down in Ottawa and so is your webpage to very service outages!
-
Scammer Defence (@ScammerDefence) reported@andrewinereview @Rogers @rcmpgrcpolice STIR/SHAKEN does not catch these because the calls come in over offshore VoIP that bypasses Canadian carrier attestation. A DNS blocker on the home router catches the follow-up step: when the caller texts a link to a fake Service Canada page, the page refuses to load.

s_hughes815 (@s_hughes815) reported@Rogers ChatGPT has pointed out another available ISP that is cheaper than your ridiculous $145.50/month (150gb). to "keep me satisfied" & keep me as a customer, match $45/month (equipment included) for unlimited 120gb wifi & lock-in the rate for 5 years, or else i bolt 🏇

Poppins 🇨🇦 (@Poppins1971) reported@RogersHelps @suresh__cp When several people say they are in Ottawa are having issues, maybe it’s not our problem, but a Roger’s issue. Yes, I have restated my modem. No, it didn’t help. Thank you.

Repenix (@Repenix) reported@RogersHelps i don't have internet, according to your outage map it should be working and there's no way for me to report the outage as there's a high volume of people already calling in.
