    @CityofVancouver I got a parking ticket the day of the big @Rogers outage because I couldn’t connect and who has coins? I called to dispute and I still have to pay it, despite having a screenshot showing I tried paying. As usual, the parking bylaws in this city are a JOKE

    @Rogers I've never received worse customer service in my entire life. I've been on hold all day and when I get a call back the rep ends the call. All I'm trying to do is find out why my monthly bill is $50.00 more than usual.

    @Rogers wow Rogers way to lie.. I’ve been a loyal customer for years…months ago @TELUS offered me to come back but I stayed with you after a perk of $10/month data for Apple Watch for 24 months but I was billed for it then told it was an error from employee so I must pay goodbye

    @Denteen8 @Rogers I've been tweeting them for years, they call every other day, if not 3 times a day then 2 the next. I don't think they have a vendetta, I'm not insane, everyone I pay them & have a agent telling me too "pay rogers before buying my family groceries". The outage was enough.
