@RogersHelps Thanks for the reply. I don't believe my question requires any personal details. My connection is otherwise fine, it's only @YouTube with issues. So I'm assuming that either Rogers or YouTube is throttling at these times. And I'm just curious if it's Rogers.

Really @rogers ? I send a DM and nobody take the time to reply, my internet service is super slow and I have an ONLY TEST in less than 20 minutes! What a disgusting service

Check your @Rogers bills folks, they tend to grossly charge incorrectly, claim to credit when you call in to complain - but do not in fact, so the call-in cycle repeats. Shocking customer service. Seriously considering switching to another carrier, too many poor experiences.
