.@RogersHelps are there any explanations for the random outages? This is like the 3rd time this month. I don't like having to use my hotspot on my phone to get internet. A quick "is it down" check says it's not just me, btw.

@scottsimmie @RogersHelps I just called and they have an automated recording that they are aware of the black screen issue and are trying to fix it. No details on how long it may take though.
