    @RogersHelps I emphasized there would be at least a $500 penalty. He totally lead me down the garden path. I switched mobile service that very evening.

    @RogersHelps Technical staff is useless. I wouldn't be tweeting this if they had resolved the issue. It's been going on for a week.

    @RogersHelps - No phone, email or internet service since 3:01am this morning in SE Calgary. What a lousy start to a Monday. I’m sure you’ll be pro-rating everyone’s bill the eta for services being restored is 10pm? Right?

    I called to speak to a supervisor, I flat out hung up on when I questioned the fact there were no supervisors on Sunday. I called back, I get an AI, So, @Rogers is across board shut down on Sundays, on top of having false advertising in your stores? @CRTC

    I don't know why @rogers is so terrible here in northern Alberta. At least once a week, my internet and phone will both become effectively unusable in spite of having strong 5G signal on both devices. I can make this post but it'll take several minutes, and I can't even watch TV.
