    @Rogers you need to upgrade your upload speed. telus can go up 10GB Up And Down and you can only do 200MB up like you seriously need to make your upload speed faster. i chose rogers because its more reliable than telus.

    @RogersHelps I received a second Xfinity set box. I went through the setup and got error 12. Internet says the box serial may not haven tied to my account and to call support.

    @RogersHelps Under Cellular Network there is nothing to choose from or select. I have an android and mine says Rogers 5G Roaming

    @RogersHelps we have no service in Aurora. Is this due to a downed line from the storm? Site only says Eta is 7pm. I have branches fall on my rogers line into a house. The line still seems connected. I removed the branches from the line

    @MactelecomN @Rogers That's actually considered a tripping hazard, tech should of booked it in as special request order to direct bury, if direct bury can not be done then they are usually required to direct bore a duct under the paved areas or concrete if they don't want to cut it. The Op manager for that area likely doesn't care or want to budget for it, the local contractors won't touch it or put it in the ground until the orders are given and $ given out by corp. Realistically they should of denied service to this home until one of those things could be done, unless it was to replace an existing working service line that is. I worked for Eastlink in the Martimes for almost 15 years, we had some strict standards on this sorta thing.
