When I called yesterday they said we weren't in contract and have to pay the overdue bill before they can cancel again. Do you keep records of all phone calls so I can get them to check December?

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps Itβs fine to empower your customers, but itβs extremely poor Customer Service when they cannot reach anyone on the phone without being on hold for an hour. There is no excuse for that. We are paying very high prices for the services you provide in Canada.
