@RogersHelps Funny that I didn't receive one communication informing me of this and I have spoken to several Rogers representatives (including the person who sold it to me, and the one I asked about how I could reduce my phone bill) and was never once informed of this!

Like Netflix and everything but speed tests sometimes give me inconsistent results or higher ping when we pay for high speeds. Any word as to when the network /service rebuild for My neighborhood will be done and when network congestion will clear up? @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Roger I live on Brantwood Court and learned I could have internet issues for the next days . Apparently it's some kind of scheduled outage but there was no notification about this . Please get internet restored tonight

@Rogers Your staff advises me that being on hold over 2 hours is the current standard @Rogers as I was told twice and I had no idea to be honest with you that “there is a pandemic going on”. That’s a bad answer but we don’t have much choice in Canada, you or Bell. It’s not much choice.
