    @RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile carriets throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • inqubusman BISHOP (@inqubusman) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers @Rogers knows is a credit is not going to help them. They are about to lose a lot of money. Not having a dedicated 911 or failsafes for their services will move customers elseware. I feel bad for their customer service reps who will be doing a lot of heavy lifting.

  • Zhopither Lolitta (@Zhopither) reported

    @RogersHelps It was not only the outage but the fact that there was NO transparent communication from Rogers questions their credibility @RogersHelps

  • Nadia57529865 Nadia (@Nadia57529865) reported

    @RogersHelps My wifi still down

  • lucko1979 lucky (@lucko1979) reported

    @RogersHelps Pathetic you charge ridiculous rates and are the worst provider. Keep buying all this companies up and forcing Canadians to go with your garbage. Just waiting for a big US one to come me in and run your out

  • gemma_gomba Gemma Gomba (@gemma_gomba) reported

  • christyvdw1 christyhaeus (@christyvdw1) reported

    @RogersHelps Partial service here in Whitby. No tv yet and no wifi. Cellular data is working.

  • legin1984 Leginfrom1984 (@legin1984) reported

    @RogersHelps charging 55$ a month for 0.55$ Service… thanks but no thanks.

  • chanpatr Patrick Chan (陳偉雄) (@chanpatr) reported

    @BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps Rogers will issue refunds based on the duration of the outage. But how can Rogers be held accountable for what you do with their service? You’ll need to prove you lost income as a direct result of the outage. If Internet is so critical, why didn’t you have a contingency plan.

  • WeenRdogs WeenRdogs (@WeenRdogs) reported

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Brampton Dixie and Bovaird internet is still down.

  • JustinBoegel Justin (@JustinBoegel) reported

    @AboutRogers I will be canx as soon as possible. @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with your company for cell services since 2006 and never would expect such horrible interruption twice in the last 2 years and little to no communication, compensation, etc. You left us in the dark. Now ur turn.
