Rather this than some measly discount.

Was getting 200-250mbps down on a Saturday night back in February or March ish.... Even better on Sunday nights like 400mbps now this.... Only 50 down... On an medal 200 ft cell tower with rogers/telus etc on it with in 15 ft of direct line1/2

There was no failsafe to use alternative networks when such a thing happens? Government should mandate accurate correspondence for failures like this.
