Was getting 200-250mbps down on a Saturday night back in February or March ish.... Even better on Sunday nights like 400mbps now this.... Only 50 down... I did get tech support earlier via chat very early this morning they said you need a new SIM. I said ok please send me one. On no, they don't do that you have to call customer support. Go through the whole exercise again for customer service to say you have to contact tech and they will send you one. Honestly, I am ready to turf the phone in the fire pit and cancel Rogers.
