If @RogersHelps isn't able to inform public what caused this outage was or assure us it won't happen again, part of their "compensation" for customers should be to allow us to void our current contracts (without penalty) & switch providers. Rather this than some measly discount.

  • kikithekrakra99 Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@RogersHelps is Ur 5G data wireless network service down? Only LTE in #SurreyBC

@RogersHelps you're claiming service has been restored, but I cannot receive SMS messages. As a result, I cannot log into my bank because @TD_Canada solely supports SMS MFA (which is also a joke). When will your services be fully restored including SMS? Thanks.

@fischer_catey @jtobinbartlett @RogersHelps I don’t have service still in wasaga beach. Spotty data.

  • kees_kaleido Kée (@kees_kaleido) reported

@RogersHelps Please credit customers exactly what you charge them PER DAY. The amortized proactive credit given out last year that amounted to ~$5 isn't going to cut it for this year's outage.

  • Coffee17663726 🇨🇦Coffee!🇨🇦 (@Coffee17663726) reported

@narchematics @Rogers 2 - Also, I pay handsomely for this service and expect it to be available at my convenience. I can understand a short outage (< 2hrs) but not the entire day. Why would I pay for a service that was not delivered?

  • DR_SSFS Dr. Shaun Sanders (@DR_SSFS) reported

@charllotteanne @Rogers lol my home internet is finally back up 30 hours later but still no cell service

  • RaptorsGirl99 Teresita, RN (Proudly Vaxxed X3) 🇨🇦 (@RaptorsGirl99) reported

We really need to have more mobile companies in 🇨🇦 like in the 🇺🇸. This market dominance is clearly a safety problem. 911 access issues yesterday & we couldn’t get patients over to my hospital for cardiac angioplasty as some hospitals didn’t have working phone lines. @RogersHelps

  • ShirinNoman ShirinNoman (@ShirinNoman) reported

@RogersHelps But we still out of service

  • NathalieGray I never finish anyth (@NathalieGray) reported

@RogersHelps If you're going to just slap an image on the tweet to inform people about a MASSIVE outage, use alt text. Come on, this is basic social media how-to.
