-
Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

Matt Leblanc (@Matt_Leblanc_) reported@RogersHelps Beyond unacceptable service. This company clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. Spent 1 hour on the phone yesterday and 1 hour on the phone today and we’re still at square one! I’m a new customer trying to give them business! @Bell here i come!
-
Nathan Rehm (@ohtownrehm) reported@RogersHelps This CBC story sums up what I’m dealing with. I’ve been trying to get an unactivated order removed from my account. The equipment was returned via FedEx. Phone support takes hours, chat disconnects, and nobody is resolving it.

bc_2027 (@bc_2025_vision) reported@Shawhelp We really need wait times & callback from Rogers with Shaw support. We had this for > 10 years before it was stopped. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟
-
fixme (@surrsurrburbur) reported@RogersHelps This is sooooo frustrating!!!! Now I know why @Bell has better customer retention. SMH
-
Vijay Sapps (@VJsapps) reporteddear @Rogers been on hold for 2:15:45 hours for business support. How long is the wait time for business customers who want to add more services ? @Bell if you can do better, we will switch our business phones, internet, services to you. DM me
-
Chechimartinez (@chechimartinez) reported@Fidomobile @Rogers It has been impossible to contact a Customer Service person for either company Please DM as soon as possible
-
Jason A Keenan (@JasonAKeenan) reportedI sure wish @RogersHelps but in fact if you make a simple mistake like I did and call immediately for support that answer is there is no way for Rogers to help...you are screwed and we will take your money. I think they are run by @Bell pr @TELUSsupport
-
Howard Bailey (@howardruns) reported@Rogers @Fidomobile I called close to opening time at 9 am, when @RogersHelps agents are available, so there was no hold time. The last #CSR and supervisor, with whom I spoke, were both extremely helpful. She resolved one major issue. The supervisor even called me back, when I accidentally hung up, whilst switching to my Bluetooth headset. Here are my challenges: 1. I needed to escalate to her manager, when what I needed accomplished, was out of her scope. Your policy, does not permit that level of management to interface directly within users. 2. I am not a fan of self service options, for customer support issues. Additionally, my reasonable adjustment request requires a managers override. If it wasn’t available option in your system, the supervisor with whom I spoke, would have made the changes. 3. Your company’s policies placed me in this situation, in the first place. If you renewed the notes for the two interaction numbers that I provided, and all of my interactions with your CSR‘s during the past two months, you were able to confirm this.

Dtw🇨🇦 (@DerekWilliams82) reportedFunny @Rogers runs most of Canadas telecom services, they CONTROL phone services but yet they can’t even operate their call centre officially. How can you service a whole country when you can’t service a call centre. This goes for @Bell and @TELUS too!! #canada #telecom #Rogers

CONSTANTINE VALDOR (@kami_007x) reported@FreedomMobile has the wordt home wifi network in Canada. absolutely useless. Just give the company to @Bell or @Rogers
