-
K. Schmidt (@marlowcam8) reported from Kingsclear, New Brunswick@RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.
-
ok boomer (@badnboujee69) reported from Fredericton, New BrunswickIf anyone is ever thinking about getting a phone with @Rogers DONT DO IT I’ve never had such poor customer service my whole life. Period.
-
Nikki L-Mac (@NicoleMac19) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.
-
Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.
-
Hboulter (@Hboulter78) reported from Fredericton, New BrunswickIs anyone else having issues with cell service with @RogersHelps today. Data works but cal make a phone call
-
Graham Neill (@Kingsclear) reported from Doak Settlement, New Brunswick@RogersHelps Service still unstable. Do you have a timeline when this issue will be fixed...now 3 days.
-
Chelsie (@chelsie) reported from Killarney Road, New Brunswick@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising
-
Lainie BOO! (@lainiebell73) reported from Maugerville, New BrunswickAny Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts haven’t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps @nickl007 I was watching the Knicks game last night on Xfinity tv and didn't see any issues with pixelating etc. but I was flipping between other games so it might have been happening but I didn't see it.
-
Sameera (@Empress_Sameera) reported@Rogers is such bull ****.. DO NOT SIGN WITH ROGERS OR RENEW YOUR CONTRACT. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! #CROOKS NO LOYALTY
-
big_fan2019 (@big_fan2019) reported@RogersHelps Better service outside
-
R@X (@RiseN_Guard) reported@Rogers You make it easy to sign up for CRAVE tv and impossible to get rid of it. I'm furious!!! There is no way that I can find to cancel the stinkin channel. FIX THIS.
-
MM (@mmahajan2019) reported@Rogers Your customer service has gone downhill and bricking the worst in Canada. I have been trying to place a move request but multiple 1 hour long calls and holds I am giving up. Looks like I need to go to someone else
-
The Toilet Trader 💙 (@SWSniper07) reported@RogersHelps Nope bell says thats on you and they took the proper numbers over. Rogers was the one to add 2 random phantom numbers and then started charging me month after month i called. Customer service never ended up even cancelling after 6-7 calls 4-5 months
-
Josh (@Goatzel) reported@RogersHelps We’ve had the account for almost 5 years. We moved 2 weeks ago. And the issue started. Seems to be when they changed our address.
-
Jeremy M (@JeremyM74626730) reported@AmanRattanpalX @Rogers Never believe them. Was paying close to $200 a month for internet (no cable) as an existing customer - no reductions. Switched and when I called to cancel, they offered me $65 a month if I signed a locking in contract for 3 years, where they could increase it back at will
-
TRG (@TRG_1867) reported@MaahirMomtaz12 @Garnet_2203 @Rogers Are you dense? An early retirement offer isn't a forced retirement. They did the same thing with the federal public service this year and barely anyone left. You must be young, you don't really understand how things work as you age.
-
White Morpheus (@_slime_man) reported@RogersHelps Following these steps didn't seem to fix the issues on my phone or my friend's phone, which is funny cause that would lead me to believe there's a service disruption that isn't listed on your website. Some transparency would be good on that imo
