@RogersHelps When I go into downtown Moncton with my new iPhone 12 it switches to 5G but I can’t seem to load any data when I’m on that network. Do I need a new SIM card or something?

Dear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

Good thing I switched to @VMediaTV which runs on the @RogersHelps infrastructure, now I'm paying 65.00/mo for no service instead of 120.00/mo for no service.

@rogershelps @RogersHelps there is constant pixelating on Channel 7 Citytv. I've reported it before. You refresh my signal, restart my modems etc. helps for a few days and then its back. Obviously its a Rogers issue which is funny since Rogers owns Citytv!

@RogersHelps I tried canceling my plan online & it made me call your company. I was transferred to someone after 45 min. She tried selling me on other services & when I told her I wasn't interested she said to call back in the morning to cancel. How do I leave ur crooked company? #rogers

@Rogers I have been on hold with you for 1.5 hours to only be told that I would be transferred to another department, then to have them hang up on me. Now, I'm on hold for another 1 hour after told to hold for up to 3 minutes. What terrible service. @CP24

@amadeusrock @Rogers My advice? Look elsewhere. Been having connection issues ever since the huge outage in the summer. Has currently been for over 5 hours now, running on mobile data again.

@JordanaK @Rogers You can can get rogers Canada us plan I would get bell I had bell and the service barely ever worked neither did data ever work I’m the USA I couldn’t even call even when I left the country so far rogers has worked better
