Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New BrunswickDear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

Patrick Buick (@pdbuick) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@RogersHelps DNS is broken again. I can't resolve some sites using the Rogers servers, but if I force a different DNS server in nslookup, it resolves just fine. Usually, they end up scheduling a reboot I believe.
