    @RogersHelps @DistributelHelp A ping test shows about 25% packet loss on a clean router boot in N5W (no, I'm not going to rewire my whole house to call support! lol)

    @RogersHelps being billed for a pay per view that I didn’t watch is not good customer service. Your agents are nice but couldn’t do anything for me #notimpressed

    @Rogers should send connection disruption warnings every time there is a wind warning in Toronto. Very unreliable service provider. Disruptions happen when there is snow, rain, wind.. Perfect weather doesn’t exist in Toronto and neither does perfect Rogers network exist

    @youngster1015 @Rogers @BlueJays Haven’t been to Houston yet. The other two are great, probably top-5. Had a poor experience in St. Louis because of a backpack, so it makes it drop a bit in my ranking.

    @RogersHelps hey Rogers helps!! Any issues with Ignite and PlayStation 4?? I have to restart my modem every time to connect the console. Any advice besides restart-move closer-use a cable ??

    Lmao I was on the phone with @Rogers to try to get my bill reduced (it was hiked up 50% due to an ending promo). Of course during the call my internet cut out and I was using WiFi calling because I have **** reception in my apartment so the call got cut off. Canada sucks.
