    @RogersHelps Telling a customer one thing and then adding to the cost of a bill is not a good business practice. A long time customer that you are willing to lose may work for you but if doesn't work for me

    @dhewlett @Rogers I have big problems I have found here in Poland guy who can shapes shift etc and changing colour of eyes. I guess that Goulds and entire sci - fi saga is somehow true and this sick action about goulds too.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers need help. Employee travelling and only way to contact them is by cell and we are getting a message saying the numbers not assigned but support says they can’t fix it without talking to the employee I can’t contact. #makeitmakesense

    @RogersHelps Outage at 90 Waller St. in Whitby again where there are many vulnerable disabled people. Since 1:30 AM. Second time in a week. For what we pay for your service you need to do better Rogers. Last time it was out for over four hours and you offered us $2 credit!

    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

    @RogersHelps @TheKarltopia Karl, what their AI bot is really saying, is that this basic feature has existed for a decade, but our systems and tech teams are too old, stupid, or stubborn to implement it, so please PLEASE choose another provider. Just wait until you have to call their business support....

    My @Shawhelp @RogersHelps cable boxes are not working. I don't think the internet is consistent either. Ever since the forced 'upgrade' from Shaw to Rogers hardware. I need a service tech on site to fix this problem. Loyal customer for over 20 years.
