    Never buy into Rogers protection plan, it’s a scam! Spent 3 hours of my time on hold , only to pay from my own pocket to get a screen replaced …took 30 min…. Yet they gave me the run around until I gave up…. Nobody knew what they were doing, but they kept saying sorry @rogers

    @david_figs @RogersHelps Rogers: Seems clear that there are service issues in London (since -3 pm here in NW). Why can't you post updates/information without asking people to jump through hoops. Just a general statement (easily found) about service issues ...

    @Rogers what is your problem with customer service. Been on hold for over one hour. My ignite remote will not pair with my tv. I have tried several times over that last 2 weeks. You don’t seem to care.

    @Rogers So dissatisfied with the service from Rogers. Doesn’t seem anyone is listening to our complaints. Remotes missing from new install boxes for Ignite, stores will sell remotes. TV boxes useless without them yet we still pay for poor service @bellcanada can you do better?

    I love how @RogersHelps harassed me with emails asking for my feedback and when I gave it I’ve received no follow up to any of the issues I am experiencing. Not sure why you wanted it so bad when you’re not going to do anything with it?
