    @RogersHelps another internet outage at our home in Newmarket. Been spotty since yesterday and now just simply offline today. No modem reset to simply fix the issue anymore. Is this the stage I just give up and switch providers or will be get some consistency again one day?

    @Bell #bellinternet #bellsupport. I am shocked by the service thay bell provides here in Kitchener. My @Rogers ignite had better consistency at 100 than your 500 plan. I hope you can do something about it, else I'm happily changing back to Rogers

    @RogersHelps I've been waiting for my iPhone 13 since September 13 when your online store. I've called twice now and no one can help. Can't pick up in store and compensation doesn't pay for my bills as a personal delivery shopper!! No customer loyalty and sub par customer service

    @Rogers just witnessed my elderly father spent 2 hours and 11 minutes over a never ordered “Super Sports Package”, u couldn’t say who and why and agreed to removed it, yet you are too greedy to credit the account 😡. #Shame Mark my words you lost more than 1 customer!
