@RogersHelps So I didn’t get a call at 3 PM from tech support. I can’t say that I am surprised. Who can help me? I’m not spending another 5 hours on the phone. Please DM me and I’ll give you my number.

@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @RogersHelps My Virgin Internet has a self diagnostic feature. I was using one of those self help chats for something else and it kept sending me in a circle without resolving anything.

@CCTS_CPRST @Rogers Their customer care lines are continuously busy. Nobody is responding on phone call or on chat. This is pure denial of service. Now as the communication network is up their customer care is facing as outage.

Dear Rogers. Unfortunately, as a customer for 15+ years with all services including tv, internet, security, 4 cells, and a tab account is not good enough to answer the phone and waste 3.5 hours of my day. Sadly, I am now looking elsewhere. You need to do better. @Rogers
