@Rogers @Rogers another great technical experience... NOT! Took an hour to get someone on the phone, a rude dismissive person fron Montreal, now back on hold again waiting for a supervisor, then they hung up on me. Rogers service is feaking brutal!

Hey @rogers, thanks for having dogshit internet/ cell service/ cable. I really didnt want to watch the leafs and havs in OT. sad that AM radio is more reliable then your ‘service’. @bell how quick can you have cable set up?

@Rogers After being a loyal Rogers customer for more years than I am count & unable to transfer certain services to a new address I had to cancel. The harassment & colossal time suck during the process was ridiculous. Warning to others - spare yourself the headache - say NO to Rogers.

@Rogers not sure when it became acceptable 4 U leave a senior citizen who pays her bill without a phone& then proceed 2 pretend to look into fixing it but it’s NOT ACCEPTABLE! If something happens 2 her & she can’t call r help **** will fly! I have now been on hold for over 1H 😡
