Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ElCanaco El Canaco (@ElCanaco) reported

@ConsumerSOS Here in BC we have internet but no SMS. I understand there in Toronto it's the opposite, phone but no internet. I'm not the @CRTCeng, but I'm guessing they probably wouldn't agree with @Rogers that restoring half of the service can be classified "restored".

  • pessimism101 Chris Hoey (@pessimism101) reported

@RogersHelps Ignite TV and internet are still down so that's a lie

  • ScriptDoctorPHD Script Doctor (@ScriptDoctorPHD) reported

@thevivafrei @Rogers That, and the incompetence of the service providers removing traditional non-power dependent land lines from service in favour of Voice of IP.

  • kraekerc Cliff Kraeker (@kraekerc) reported

@RevivalCare @gator_gum They (@RogersBiz) claim it's not but how does a total national outage happen? Has to be a cyberattack in one key area and before the virus spread they pulled the plug on the whole network and then slowly cleaned their systems. Pure speculation however pls then explain why?

  • Youmaynotagree1 petpeeves (@Youmaynotagree1) reported

@CRTCeng so what's going to happen with @Rogers? Are they going to get fined for the mess they created yesterday and the hundreds of thousands of dollars they cost their customers? Something needs to be done about this. Canadians paying premium prices for such unreliable service.

@yarrowbby @RogersHelps @AboutRogers damn get a grip and worry about yourself maybe? 🤠🤭 like did i ask

  • SuperCryptoBro Imper Johnson (@SuperCryptoBro) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers WHAT WAS THE ISSUE CAUSED BY?????

  • DaveMur29659605 Dave Murray (@DaveMur29659605) reported

@RogersHelps Probably “vast majority” means 51 percent which would likely mean still millions of customers without service. Still have NO tv, NO home internet, and NO home phone. Way to put lipstick on a pig Rogers. 30 hours and counting…….

  • 416HabFan GMacD (@416HabFan) reported

@NotitiaSophos @Rogers Yeah it is not good for anyone. Wish they had a tongue in cheek emoji. Damn!

  • chanpatr Patrick Chan (陳偉雄) (@chanpatr) reported

@BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps Corporate clients pay more for guaranteed in service levels and Rogers get penalized for failing to meet those obligations in their contracts. You can’t expect to be paying residential rates yet demand guaranteed service levels paid by corporate clients.
