Lobster (@jaetay147) reported@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for more than a decade. My family, co-workers and friends who are all on your network have all noticed the same thing. Your service sucks badly right now. Across the board for weeks now. It’s shameful you won’t tell anyone what’s going on.

John Homan (@_JBH8) reportedIn case you're wondering about your Internet, phone service or TV service not working, flooding has created issues for @TELUS customers in the downtown area and for @Rogers customers, in the Greisbach, Londonderry and Beaumaris lake areas. Check their websites for more details #Yeg

John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps I should have never switched from Bell Fibe. Sometimes it’s not worth saving a few bucks to get an inferior product. The salesperson that came to my door assured me that Rogers had upgraded their product. Obviously that’s bull$hit

Korona Brophy (@KoronaB5899) reported@RogersHelps It’s useless to call. No one has an answer Ridiculous service

frankee cutlass (@frankeecutlass) reported@RogersHelps Thats great but can I not wait on hold for 2 hrs? Ive had this service for less than 2 months and already ive spent almost 5 hrs on hold. This is unacceptable for a huge company like Rogers. It tells me everyone is having problems and also not enough people to answer calls.
