@ReportRogers @Rogers Same. Modem lost connectivity and then comes back with slow 200mbps speed of supposed to be a 1Gbps highspeed.

@Rogers You decide to cancel my internet service for no reason after I just paid my bill. Called for the ignite team to investigate no one pick up the phone on hold for 1/2 hours keep on getting cut off with no one to help solve the problem
