    @RogersHelps I tried to do your chatbot but it says there’s no outage in my area but there is? No one in my building who uses Rogers has internet because of the storm. Any updates?

    @RogersHelps I called ur CS# multiple times, only be told that there is a high call volume and have the phone hung up, and the live chat repeatedly directs me in a circle without any resolution. The least I would expect is some sort of notice that the internet in my area is out
