@RogersHelps I went for a 45 minute dog walk while I was on hold with the phone sitting on my desk…came back all relaxed to the sound of this depressing hold music on the phone still playing…YOU REALLY NEED TO DO MUCH BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

@xm_muva @RogersBiz BET was never owned by blacks. It was a problematic station at best. MTV (another Viacom product) has faced a similar demise, but relies on reality tv to keep it afloat (jersey shore)
