@RogersHelps I could not log into my mobile account today from either website or MyRogers app. Reset password online, logged in, but account online is blank. So logged in via MyRogers app but it’s not my account or cell number, and list of users are unknown to me. Help!?

@Rogers totally unacceptable. Your frequent outages are getting out of hand. This is the second outage in two weeks. Either refund or take responsibility to get things up and running. Be an actual competition to @Bell. @Bell, please get us a fibe connection in the area.

@linwood_barclay @RogersHelps Not any better Linwood! I’m with Bell. Stick with Rogers and put in an official complaint. Not worth your time and effort to change. They make it very difficult. They need more competition. CRTC needs to make massive changes. As Canadians we pay soooo much for so little.
