  @RogersHelps Option 1: Rogers corrects the billing error and charges me only the amount that was stated in the original offer and agreement. Option 2: Rogers refunds the incorrect charges, including the connection fee. I will then cancel the service and switch to a different service provider.

  @RogersHelps hey there, internet seems to be down in Calgary's Sunalta and at least one surrounding community. Has been since approx. 2:30 am. Any news regarding this?

  @RogersHelps - No phone, email or internet service since 3:01am this morning in SE Calgary. What a lousy start to a Monday. I’m sure you’ll be pro-rating everyone’s bill the eta for services being restored is 10pm? Right?

  Officially on hold with @Rogers for 1.5hours... for tech support.. because someone damaged a rogers line to a seniors residence. Good job Rogers!
