    @RogersHelps The tutorial you have online says that I should be able to do it without visiting a store. Old phone won't respond to to one... eSIMs are convenient at first but this is garbage trying to change to a new phone.

    What is happening with @Rogers right now? Havent been able to get through to the help desk for 10 days and log-in authentication is on a loop. Insane.

    @UnpluggedRetro @RogersHelps Just tell her to tether Wi-Fi to her phone. It's easy. No problem. There's no reason to lose Internet

    As much as people are relying on AI for help for customer success. Anytime you ask a question AI is like sorry we can’t help. And people are reducing front line staff Case in point @Rogers. Took me 5 hours to get in touch with a human. I tried live chat and I just got moved around 3 times and I am still waiting. AI simply isn’t there yet. Hire more people and train them or at least train your AI better please

    @FidoSolutions Dozens of times. Leaving to no service area the back to Lima where it works. Don’t understand why @RogersHelps called me.

    @RogersHelps Can you explain why we are suddenly having huge issues w/ our cell service at our cottage? For years we used our phones without issue. Coinciding with the launch of Roger’s Satellite, now we regularly and sporadically see “SOS” where our bars should be. What gives?
