@RogersHelps Yes, I’ve tried a re-install, network reset, cellular on/ff, roaming on/off, airplane on/off and anything else listed anywhere online including Apple’s guide. Nothing helped. Last remaining step is visiting an Apple store.

@noeljuliet @RogersHelps I would recommend making the switch to Bell immediately. My landlord made the switch from Bell to Rogers last month. I never had an issue with Bell or the internet in this unit. Since the switch, I’ve lost 6 entire days of internet connectivity. Never one issue with Bell.

@rogers @RogersHelps It’s been a really pathetic experience with your service overall. First I get a call from one of your 3rd party sales who missold a plan and I have been calling and visiting your store without success. That is after spending close to 90 min on call.#pathetic

@BrianG416 @Rogers And worst of all, Rogers had provided commercial software for running the 911 phone system and other critical govt phone systems…and that failed. So even if your neighbour with a landline tried to call 911, that (depending on location) failed.
