Or is it a little more difficult and staff would have had to do it? Need to cancel ASAP. Can I get it turned off so it can’t be added again?

Unfortunately, as a customer for 15+ years with all services including tv, internet, security, 4 cells, and a tab account is not good enough to answer the phone and waste 3.5 hours of my day. Will it be as good as Prime this year? if no answer from either of you I do not think I will renew. as a NHL fan Rogers service for the app is(share and tag rogers)
