The customer service line is over 3 hours and your online tech support is unavailable. Can you provide an update?

IF Celluar/Internet is mission critical of you or your business you should have redundancy.. If you carrier is Rogers, your Home internet should be Bell/Telus. Outages happen and you should be prepared for it.
