@RogersHelps No there were a few of us Rogers customers, 3 bars LTE no data service. Just for your info in the event there are issues in the area

  • richuyulin richuyulin (@richuyulin) reported

@RogersHelps I was told there wouldn't be another outage... Now I completely regret signing my work phone with @FidoSolutions recently. Luckily my personal phone's contract ended. So time to look for another carrier that isn't an absolute **** show.

  • zaheerxabbas ZAHEER ABBAS (@zaheerxabbas) reported

@sterph18 @RogersHelps LTE/data is not working at this moment.

  • sarrahh011 sarrahh01 🇨🇦🌻 (@sarrahh011) reported

@RogersHelps Got my bill this morning, where is this credit that was promised? No one in my circle of acquaintances has it on their bill either. Were you not going to issue a credit? 🤨🤨🤨

  • liljenstolpe Christopher L 🇺🇦BZ! (@liljenstolpe) reported

@atoonk @Rogers Two, install max-prefix filters on peers. Set them to be fairly permissive, but to catch the downstream idiot who decides to disaggregate the DFZ to /24s before spraying it at you. Also set them to protect 'fragile' kit that shouldn't see scads of routes 4/

  • loopy_uwuf loopy (@loopy_uwuf) reported

@RogersHelps no it hasnt pls i need help

  • liljenstolpe Christopher L 🇺🇦BZ! (@liljenstolpe) reported

@atoonk @Rogers Lastly, for all that's holy, make sure your OOB management network is truly OOB. If your production network is somehow involved in the control of your transmission network your OOB is on, that's not good enough. Your wireless network as OOB, similarly a fail. 5/

  • bitaviani Bita (@bitaviani) reported

@Rogers i just got my bill and don't see *any* credit for that full day of internet outage. what gives?

  • msallyop AlexM (@msallyop) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers also your live chat system is glitchy and slow today and I keep getting disconnected so I can’t even order a new remote…

  • liljenstolpe Christopher L 🇺🇦BZ! (@liljenstolpe) reported

@atoonk @Rogers You are right, fiddling your route filters manually will eventually bite, and usually bite hard. The solution is to not do that manually. Use the IRDB tools (or local variants) to generate the filters automatically and audit and test the heck out of the mechanism. 2/
