    @RogersHelps Saturday night one day after at 10:07pm and Ignite TV is dead, internet is still very spotty with some webites timing out, apps timing out, online banking still timing out. It is awful. Definitely not fully restored.

    @RogersHelps @JocylovesNico My Home Service is not restored. As a CS major with 30+ years exp. with startups to big conglomerates, I know small things may fall through the cracks sometimes despite adhering to best practices, but 2 successive major fowl-ups shows a cultural failure that will repeat.
