    @RogersHelps Ok I did not realize the severity of the outage. My cell phone has been down all day so far but that was manageable. What is not possible is dispatching a fleet of 40+ trucks without radios or gps due to the outage. I am working blind

    Hey @TD_Canada maybe today is the wake up call you needed. Currently locked out of my bank account because you force phone number 2fa. Unfortunately I'm locked out because of the @Rogers outage. Offer users real 2fa. @gfoster2010 You're not doing your job.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Where's the transparency and accountability here? You haven't even told your users what the problem is, an ETA for restored service, or reassured that customers will be credited for lost service/productivity.
