I switched to @Rogers Wireless on Oct 6 and paid $56.50 setup fee at 1025 Lake Shore Blvd Toronto but it didn't apply to my account. I see transaction to "LIFESTYLE COMMU" in my bank. I don't know if I received a receipt. I called store but they didn't call me back. Can you help?

@RogersBiz Thank you for hanging up on me while waiting more than 45 minutes on the phone. Anytime someone needs to cancel something you put them on hold and then hang up on them. You will be losing my business for this. Shame on you!!

Hey @Rogers my elderly Mom’s home phone isn’t working. I called for service and they kindly provided a call back option. But they called back I it to auto hold me again?

@RogersHelps I keep getting calls for Fibre deals but my neighbourhood doesn't have it yet. I get told how amazing it is and better than the old option only to be told I have to keep the crappy old service. I want this stopped but also to know when I'm getting Fibre!

@Rogers I can say in all honesty this is now the worst and shittiest service. Soon as I leave home, if anything happens on the road I'm screwed, their service is nil. Completely awful.
