    @RogersHelps This is absolutely unbelievable. Its been down since 1am last night in Edmonton AB and it's almost been 12 hours since. I can't contact any family members because I can't get any service. I seriously hope you guys are going to give people credit on their accounts.

    @kathrynrachelw @Rogers I have literally unlimited phone service for 50$ a month - no data cap, no overage fees. If freedom mobile/shaw ends up selling to one of the big three I'm basically done owning a cell phone until competition comes back in canada. It's insane here.

    @RogersHelps My dad has been diagnosed with covid and spent his first night in the hospital last night with issues breathing. I've been trying to contact him to see how he's doing and an unable to. He's also with Rogers and can't let my family know how he's doing. This is insane.
