    @CRTCeng @Rogers @RogersMediaPR I would like to know how in 2022, Rogers is blatantly refusing to unlock older devices for non customers. In fact, if you call them, their managers refuse to speak to you and agents refuse to help you.

    @Rogers We've sat on tech support for several hours to no avail. When countless customers in the same area all experience the same issue, why haven't you tried to fix things at the source? We've been with rogers over 20 years, truly embarrassing the lack of support in the new year so far

    @RogersHelps what the latest on the Internet outage in the L6S area of Brampton? I called @Rogers at 8:19am and they confirm there was an outage but had no idea when it would be fixed. #Rogersbrampton internetoutage, #Rogersbrampton

    @Rogers I’m kinda glad that Rogers will no longer be providing Roadside Assistance. The service has become a joke and more costly.

    @RogersHelps can you please tweet and let us know when service (internet) is up and running in Brampton and surrounding areas? It’s exhausting waiting. It’s been out since 8 am today and I have missed at least a half day of work.
