    When you call @RogersHelps to fix the issue, the Rogers agent asks you to provide them a password - which is not temporary because you cannot change the password immediately after. WHAT? What kind of security is this? What is going on? Are they serious?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers This has been ongoing since Feb 12. Several streets. Happens daily. No ignite tv internet or phone. Dozens of hours on chat/phone and techs at the house. You text saying the issue may be resolved as we were unable to pinpoint the cause of it. Now what?

    @RogersHelps I have to DM/call chat withyou every day for the last month. Today you send me this. It's my whole neighborhood .The Ignite TV issue you contacted us about on March 08, 2023 may be resolved as we were unable to pinpoint the cause of it. We're sorry for any trouble you experienced
