@RogersHelps Is the problem fixed yet ?

  • Neverpatsy Neverpatsy (@Neverpatsy) reported

@RogersHelps Are you accepting invoices for sales lost because of the outage? Why didn't redundant network system kick in? Do you have one? A parallel system to take over if the main goes down? Seems pretty basic security for a huge monopoly that overcharges its customers on a daily basis.

  • Shali_nee Shalini (@Shali_nee) reported

@RogersHelps I was on hold technical support for over an hour and half, and then someone picked up the call and hung up the call. That's not fair. I called again and the message now is that the wait time is 2-3 hours.

  • Azifikare Alexa de Paris☔ (@Azifikare) reported

@RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 Day 2 and I still do not have service. I DM you.

@RogersHelps For **** sake @Rogers get it together. Over 24hrs and still no internet. Tired of having to ration my data to avoid paying extra despite already having paid for a fully functional home internet.probably gonna switch to Bell on my home internet as well. You guys are just pathetic.

@Rogers okay what is going on? I am trying to make up yesterday' work and I can not get to key websites I need. But I can easily access twitter or Facebook without a glitch? I hope you decide to do the right thing a credit every customer a month of service.

@RogersHelps @RogersMediaPR My internet down since yesterday Friday morning 5am. Kitchener areas. How do I get a credit for not having service. Please let me know.

  • Nora1968 Nora (Cassidy) Tyll (@Nora1968) reported

@RogersHelps So if I pay >$500/mo in Rogers services (which I do), all of which were down for at least 1 day, and you credit me for that day, 1 day/30 days in a month x $500 means you're going to give me....what? $16 credit for more than a day where I couldn't phone, text, surf or watch TV?

  • HenneburyKyle8 Kyle Hennebury (@HenneburyKyle8) reported

@RogersHelps Wondering when the horrendous latency issue will be fixed. Can’t even play games let alone load some of them..
