Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when it’s your turn.

Chris (@chrischew) reported. @Rogers @RogersBiz on the phone on hold for over an hour for a plan change to fix a bug. No option to for call back. Thats the very definition of a bad service.

Jonathan Spivak (@jonsp01) reported@RogersHelps Once again Rogers Xfinity Streaming App (RXSA) doesn't play live TV nor plays back saved programs from the cloud PVR on Android 16 devices (cell & tablet). I have no problems with RXSA on my old S8 cell phone running Android 9. The issue was fixed now it's a problem?
