MO (@mkmaster0003) reported@hindsightjane @RogersHelps @Rogers I call 611 or 18887643771 that's the number I got off. The website, but every time you try calling now. They'll say that they're facing high call volumes right now. And then they'll just hang up the call. They say, call back at a later time. Very unprofessional, for a multi billion dollar company

π¨π¦ Shonna πTAEMateπ6v6π₯ (@shonna_74) reported@RogersHelps I have 2 serious charges on my bill I need to talk to a person about. Also tech outages in my area since Tuesday! Please call me directly as I refuse to attempt to call again. This is beyond unacceptable service levels.

Determined Canuck (@frenchlefty26) reported@georganneb @Rogers As much as I hate to admit it, Bell is far superior. It may be slightly more expensive, but their service is rock solid. YMMV.

MTF π¨π¦ (@EhmTEhf) reported@BobKinnear13 @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers a lot working from home. Mostly 3rd party rogers call centers though. I used to hear women on the phone and their kids shouting in the background. It was bad.

Trever π¨π¦ (@treverleblond) reported@RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Super dumb, though I blocked you and your never ending stream of bad takes.

Dugtheslug (@icecreampie58) reported@Rogers Loving the new virtual assistant 30 mins on hold to get to the overseas customer service....and start all over waiting...wow

Breeze (@chester43998848) reported@Ady_Co @RogersHelps Forget Roger's, they're useless. I have Starlink here in Windsor. I can take it anywhere! It's never been down. More expensive, but you get what you paid for!
