@musgrove_mark @RogersHelps Yeah $10 a day I can deal with. The problem we had was 4 of us all down there with phones that unbeknownst to us were hopping off WiFi and firing texts. Dinged us 18 damned times at $15. Rogers if course doesn't want us to understand that could happen until after the bill comes.

@RogersHelps sort your God damn internet services out. For over 3 weeks it's been patchy and constantly slow and disconnecting. Yet I bet you refuse to show any of your customers any sort of compensation.

@RogersHelps Thanks but after devoting 60 mins to a simple issue with no resolution, I am reluctant to start again from scratch. My suggestion: don't worry about the exact issue, look at the broad issue that interactions with Rogers tend to be difficult and disappointing.

Two weeks trying to cancel a @Rogers account for my demented FIL. They signed for my express delivery of Power of Attorney & then conveniently ‘lost’ it. Emailed them another & still no ack. 3-5 business days & you do that enough you can steal more coppers from a dead man’s eyes.

@RogersHelps Rogers internet is down again. This is day 2 of the service being down. It went down 5-6 times yesterday and this morning is off to the same start. I dont see any outage information for the area or any alert/update on when this is going to be fixed. #RogersWFHFail
