I have friends who buy minimum Roger's to get the internet service and then stream everything from someone else. If you had it to do over again, what would you do?

Gaslighting, trouble understanding and speaking English. Escalation leading nowhere. This take over did them no favours in my opinion.

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps It’s fine to empower your customers, but it’s extremely poor Customer Service when they cannot reach anyone on the phone without being on hold for an hour. There is no excuse for that. We are paying very high prices for the services you provide in Canada.
