Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ynnwise Yves Ngounou (@ynnwise) reported

@RogersHelps This is a complete disaster from an engineering point of view in the 21st century. It is a shame for a critical service to be down for more than 24hours.

  • TorontoLonny Lonny (@TorontoLonny) reported

@katiewatt1992 @Faweezy @RogersHelps People probably died because of no emergency services and Katie over here saying "NBD guys" Rogers is a total disgrace

  • MEGGMM_FIT Megg Markettos (@MEGGMM_FIT) reported

@Iseabail90 @RogersHelps @Rogers That’s worse than the outage. I cannot believe with an issue like this they are not at very least being inclusive in their messaging.

  • TrumpetTree Echo McCall (@TrumpetTree) reported

@CityNewsTO The root cause is @Rogers built it’s system cheaply, with no redundancies, while charging customers the highest service rates in the world, to maximize shareholder profits. And they can get away with it because the government has given them a monopoly on telecommunications.

  • cryptocots Cnoteian (@cryptocots) reported

@MajSiddiqui @RogersHelps On your modem try using the secret code up up down down left right left right BA start.

  • 94pwrload Croathabstang (@94pwrload) reported

@Rogers This happens far too many times. You would have thought these issues would have been resolved. When it disrupts 911, you need to be held accountable. Address the situation with customers immediately, not leaving people, businesses in the dark. I'm done with Roger's

  • mars_in Martin (@mars_in) reported

@RogersHelps hey @RogersHelp, almost 25 hours later still no service. Woke up early and thought I could do some work I couldn’t do yesterday, but still no service. 25 hours and counting!!!

  • TorontoLonny Lonny (@TorontoLonny) reported

@RogersHelps Total and complete disgrace. Businesses lost millions in interac revenue. People probably died because they couldn't use emergency services. CEO should resign immediately 🤡🤡🤡
