    @RogersHelps live downtown Toronto haven’t had service since 10:30 am this morning. What is going on and when can we expect to have it back? Received a call that the tech is no longer coming as it is a bigger issue?

    @sneakakween @Rogers No, it's Rogers. I'm missing work right now due to this outage and their support is making jokes about it when I talk to them. Second outage since Friday.

    @RogersHelps Appreciate it but the complaint is concerning the rolling brownouts we’ve had for years. Usually the internet would quickly drop at 11pm but now it’s a free for all. No matter the tech, the answer is “i don’t see the issue”. Not something that’s a quick fix unfortunately 🙃
