    The @RogersHelps staff went on to say that there was also no choice but to change their phone number (which they have had for 40 years) to align with this new service. This is unacceptable and shameful. I wish to speak live with someone on this matter immediately.

    @Rogers @AboutRogers called to give new credit card info 3 wks ago. Took 3 ppl and about half an hour. Now getting msg that payment details needed. On hold 43 min. Cut off. Hold X 20min more. Arrrgghhh. Not connected. No time for this nonsense. HELP??

    @RogersHelps Twice today I tried contacting a CSR, and twice they put me through to retention. While on hold waiting for retention to pick up, I was disconnected. Can anyone on god's green earth who works at Rogers please help me??? I was told to call before next billing period!
