@RogersHelps Yes there has been an issue since November 9th, the various tickets logged with Rogers since then. Most recent 6 calls with customer service today with the outage / on and off internet / being down since 10am. How does one work from home?

Ive been on hold with @Rogers for 1 hr & 20 mins & i havent even spoken to a damn human being yet this dumb robot keeps repeating the same ****..the worst provider EVER! I keep paying **** load of $$ for absolute garbage service😣

Always amazed how companies won't match competing service offers if you are an existing customer. @RogersBiz I spend $5k/yr and you are throwing it away because "that offer is not for existing cust's" - dinosaurs

@RogersHelps You treat your loyal customers like garbage!I had to call you out twitter to get a response. After spending 3 hours on the phone with support today I was promised that my issue, created by you, will get fixed within 48hours. If that doesn’t happen you will hear from me again!

@RogersHelps I am overseas having an emergency and trying to use roam like home service but it is not working. I called your support and kept holding for almost 2 hours. Talked to 2 specialist but they are not able to help. They keep telling me that there is nothing wrong.

@RogersHelps Hi there - I ordered a new phone as my current one was dying & received an email a day later saying that there is a backlog and I won't receive one for a month. I totally understand the supply issue. The only problem is the UI on my current phone died today.

. @RogersHelps Are you able to look into the infrastructure tickets open in the area? I'm wondering if you've even begun to fix the issue in our area that I reported several months ago. I'm tired of the noise on my line affecting my connection quality.
