If you’re into disappointment, or wasting your money, sign up for a cell phone with @rogers and business internet with @Bell_Aliant. No signal anywhere outside of any community ever and 18mps upload speeds. 🤘🏼

  • tedrobak Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

  • NicoleMac19 Nikki L-Mac (@NicoleMac19) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.

  • commentator3 Eric Fagen (@commentator3) reported

@RogersHelps Chatted with an agent already. She said the signal is weak because there is an “outage in our area”(Markham Hwy 48 and 16th). Said I will receive a text msg when problem is resolved. Has been going on for 3 hours now.

  • pcreight88s PC (@pcreight88s) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps We called two weeks ago about service. We were advised there were community issues affecting service; you would investigate and correct. received text past three days all had been addressed. Service tonight says otherwise NOT GOOD

Has anyone found @RogersBiz cell service completely terrible the last 6 months?

  • GBroughtonC Giorgio Broughton (@GBroughtonC) reported

@Rogers - your MyRogers app and online portal don’t work anymore. No agent is responding about this. Fix it.

  • BrentM246 BM (@BrentM246) reported

@RogersHelps The sad part is I knew this would happen. I left it to the end because I knew it would be the most frustrating part of moving. You guys are a total waste of time. There needs to be a top down firing.

  • wils_vancouver Wil Boucher (@wils_vancouver) reported

@RogersHelps is live chat down? Been waiting over 30 mins

  • BrentM246 BM (@BrentM246) reported

@RogersHelps My initial call was at 7:30pm. One call back, one call disconnection, three different operators and I still haven't been able to fix the issue. Now on hold again. The issue? A ******* ADDRESS CHANGE.

  • BrentM246 BM (@BrentM246) reported

@RogersHelps Then why is the experience we all get. I'm back on hold because when I requested a call back from the 'move team' a regular customer service person who cannot help me called back? WTF? Another 3 hours will be wasted for an ADDRESS CHANGE.

  • ElynArscott Elyn Kirby Arscott (@ElynArscott) reported

@RogersHelps I’m curious - why don’t you dm me? It’s weird to make me ask for “help” when your service person did a totally bunk job and drilled holes into my house where they shouldn’t be
