If anyone is ever thinking about getting a phone with @Rogers DONT DO IT I’ve never had such poor customer service my whole life. Period.

@imgrund @RogersHelps Do you have their ignite garbage TV that they force long term customers into or their legacy digital (non modem) based cable? I'm guessing it is their legacy cable since everyone I have heard about with Ignite went down

@RogersHelps @AboutRogers The problem isn't fixed completely in Scarborough the picture freezes the sound is in and out and the picture disappears every 10 to 20 seconds. So can we get an eta on when this will be fixed completely ?

@AboutRogers Fix the IGNITE TV voice cutting in and out/stuttering & Freezing @Rogers @AboutRogers stop messing with customers!!!!!!!!! Enough is enough, This is 2 years in a row your IT have messed things up maybe its time you be investigated for poor services.

@RogersHelps Oh boy cant wait for a $3 credit. ******* internet still down. Im tethering my phones internet but my **** I only have 20GB and that **** is going to go by FAST. Canadian telecomm is a joke. I hope we get bell fibre optic here soon, surely they cant be any worse
