K. Schmidt (@marlowcam8) reported from Kingsclear, New Brunswick@RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

Elizabeth J Duncan (@ElizabethDuncan) reported@Berniceness @Rogers I have spent over eight hours on the phone with @rogers trying to sort my problem. They tell you what you want to hear, and then nothing changes and the outrageous surcharges continue.
-
FancyOldLady (@FancyOldGal) reported@Rogers has done it again. Lost another load of emails - sent to byte heaven by Rogers. They don't answer the phone. Some BS about being too busy. No one can help recover my emails if they don't even know how to pick up a phone and speak in to it.
-
Jameson Armstrong (@JamesonCanada) reported@Baking_Biscuits @Berniceness @Rogers The company I currently work for fired around 100 Canadian and American developers and replaced them with Indians, who's code quality is horrible, they don't understand basic concepts of how computers work and constantly pump out AI slop that doesn't work.
-
Alexis Gee (@lexomatic) reported@RogersHelps @mzlovergirll Is this another planned upgrade you forgot to tell people about preventative expectations management is basic customer service
-
Mat 🇨🇦 (@DakRookie) reported@Berniceness @Rogers I agree, but for context, when Americans called Sprint/Nextel help line years ago they were actually calling me in Ontario Canada. These giant corporations just outsource everything to lowest bidder. Been going on for years.
-
Matthew Bartholomew (@mattgolftecss) reported@Canucks @Rogers If you haven’t been testing each draft as this important you’ve been letting the fans down. If you look at Canucks draft history then I’d be accurate.
-
Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported@RogersHelps I gave up after 2 hours on hold. Horrendous customer service.
-
Jim Elliott (@jelliott_to) reported@RogersHelps I am having major issues with my Rogers cell service. 5 times today my phone has gone to emergency calls only. Then it works but I only get <5 Mbps. At other times I get over 150 Mbps. The service is so inconsistent my phone has become unusable for work.
