@RogersHelps It will be nice to let customers know that there's a system wide email issue affecting some customers with @rogers.com emails so that we don't keep calling and staying on the line for 3 hours wondering if our email has been hacked.

@Rogers fix your internet. Don't tell me to unplug and plug it back in. This issue has been going on for 3 months, and I replaced my modem, too.

@RogersHelps @CTVNews @CP24 So hundreds (maybe more) of your email users suddenly "lost" their email access due to passwords "changing" and this is not an issue? But, we haven't been hacked? Have you tried turning the system off and then on again?

Hey @Rogers My bill is gonna increase by $70.00 a month come the end of April. What are we going to do about it? A customer since the mid 90's that will be forced to go elsewhere if that can't be fixed.

Hey @rogers thanks for proactively calling and sending a tech out to fix out our internet Thursday! cable tv no longer works but internet is solid. Sigh
