    @RogersHelps I was told by your staff that I did not have to resubmit info when I was planning my move. I was recently told by customer care on chat that I just need to resubmit my info (yet again). Why is this so hard? I also being charged PST on the new bills when it should only be GST.

    Hi @RogersHelps, I’ve been a customer since 2011 and when I moved I was told *multiple times* I did not need to resend in my tax exemption information in. I’ve been charged HST since moving. I submitted my form as instructed after calling about another issue and they only 1/2

    @Rogers Hey Rogers, I am outside 🇨🇦 and paying my bill in full for two cellular numbers i have. I did reached out to customer services and they told me there is no option to put it on hold of freeze it for the time i m outside the country. I think its completely not fair!!?

    Actual text message from @Rogers re a few channels that haven't worked SINCE NOV! "The Rogers Cable Television Service issue you contacted us about on March 30, 2022 may be resolved as we were unable to pinpoint the cause of it. We're sorry for any trouble you experienced. WTF
