    @RogersHelps Nah the promises never ceased and one of the last ones was that we would be notified ASAP when we are able to connect again but they didn't. When i called in 20 minutes after the tweets i was told the ticket was closed after 25 minutes on the line

    @RogersHelps I've spoken to countless of your tech support agents. I've tried everything you've asked me to do for well over 6 months, dm's, router resets, different configurations, I've replaced modems and cables, I've purchased a new $350 router... nothing works and no one there knows why

    @RogersHelps Not important. Knowing why it took a week to fix the backend issue related to a modem swap that the technician at our house said wasn't necessary

    @Rogers Your wireless SUCKS. I live near the Canadian border. I have 2 US cell phones, 1 on ATT and 1 on Cricket. Both allow me to roam in Canada on Rogers, Bell and Telus. Your tower often overpowers the others and while I get 4 bars, I can't even load a webpage. You SUUUUUCK.

    @RogersHelps I gave it 1 last call another 45 min later it was on. We were promised a lot, even a confirmation call when you had it done but that never happened turns out the ticket was closed about 30 minutes before my tweet storm. So about a week of unacceptable delays before i blew up here

    @RogersHelps @Rogers why is it when LTE data runs out and it’s reduced to lower speeds it’s extremely slow. You guys reduce the speeds so much that even Chatr and Bell doesn’t reduce the speed that much. I am planning on going over with another company unless I get help.

    @stayflyjess @RogersHelps Girl idek, I got mine to “ship to store” so that was prob my bad, I’m 132 in line 🙃🙃 (started at 180?) at the same time I called Rogers to send one for my brother, that came within 3 weeks I think? I called again to instead send me mine, that was like 2 weeks ago 😑
