    @RogersHelps Any ETA on a fix for Ignite TV? Pretty ridiculous to pay almost 200 dollars a month and have it be down half the time.

    @Sharonandrew3 Maybe they will turn the customer service back on, I will believe that they just shut it off when they realized there was a major outage @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps Hi guys - Ignite is MIA on one tv but fine on another - have tried unplugging and replugging the box but no luck - even recorded shows won’t play - weird that service is only disrupted to the one? Don’t really want to stand in my kitchen all evening 🤪thx!

    @RogersHelps Ignite TV is out. When I call I just get a message about high call volume and you aren't taking calls THEN YOU HANG UP ON ME!!! Unacceptable!!!
