What difference does it make if they tell you YOU specifically don't have service....like someone else said if you don't have service use common sense and figure out that you are in the percentage that is still without service...

    @RogersHelps Because of your outage, as a delivery driver, I lost about 200$ because I couldn't work, on a Friday... I sure hope you will be compensating those who depend on your cellphone service for their work.
