    @RogersHelps Rogers cancelled the service call today and now pretends they will send someone tomorrow. 4 days with no cable. You couldn't care less what I'm going through dealing with such horrendous treatment. You treat me like a piece of garbage.

    @RogersHelps I have sent you another DM. This billing issue is not resolved. I am still being charged for the internet and tv cancelled in June and am being called daily being asked to pay it. Equipment was returned in June. I have a receipt. Please stop the fraudulent billing.

    @RogersHelps Hopefully the appointment scheduled for tomorrow solves the problem! Prior to this week, we were pretty happy with our plan. Fingers crossed tomorrow works out 🤞

    @RogersHelps I really hope you get the internet working for everyone. It's been extremely spotty since Nov 17th for all your customers in Southern Ontario. It's especially bad right now. I can't work from home like this.

    Did you know that @RogersHelps owns fifty five radio stations across the country? Don't feel bad if you didn't know. I don't think they do either. Their hold music library consists of three songs.

    @RogersHelps trying to speak to an agent about my Smart home monitoring service but there is a wait between 46 mins and 1 hr 10 mins??? Are you serious? At this time of the day????
