@RogersHelps Like I said... I understand how it works. It is still stupid of them to do it. Especially during a Pandemic where people are stuck at home with nothing to do. For those of us that don't have cable TV, NHL Live is the only way to watch games.

@RogersHelps There is no internet in scarborough, 860 pharmacy. Last two days internet is down at this time and it keeps happening over and over again. Y'all need to hurry up fixing it or otherwise I'll cancel my policy with you guys.

@RogersHelps I finally got hold of an ignite person. What I would like you to do is send a memo to whomever does your website to adjust it. If an ignite customer asks to chat, it should be an ignite rep they get first... why on earth would I need to speak to a legacy rep first?

@RogersHelps #Rogers really needs to rethink their chat support. Why did I have to wait 30 mins for a chat representative, only to be connected to a legacy product (non-ignite) rep, then be transferred to ignite, and now waiting again for 30 mins?????
