@RogersHelps Neither of our TVs is connecting properly to Ignite. It will navigate to channels we were on yesterday or earlier today. Once there the channel is not available at that time & when you cancel, it goes somewhere else. We've rebooted everything.

@RogersHelps Well, I certainly expect you'll pick up the mobile data tab if I exceed my Rogers mobile data limit. I have to resort to use LTE only because of your own outage.

@Rogers how pathetic is Roger's customer service can be gauged from the fact that it's CS associates are always in a rush to get off the chat and none of the chats ever get sent to the email entered after finishing the interaction.
