    @joshsflickr @RogersHelps Rogers gave me incorrect bills that were very high, services were terrible, had to switch to bell due to absolutely no customer service to resolve billing errors, my mother had exactly same experience, we a bell customers now and have much faster services for less

    @RogersHelps Good for you. On Northwest Ontario 8 hrs to Winnipeg, MB. Our area Bell Wireless and Telus for SmartHome Security no affect during interruption. Telus use on Bell Wireless Network no issues for security home.

    @RogersHelps can you please get my Sportsnet Now Premium that I paid for over a week ago to work?? There’s no clear SN phone number to call for help. Live Chat just makes you wait forever over an hour) until you give up. The people emailing me simply disappeared.

    @Rogers My case - C181229484 - The crew that replaced the fibre did a **** job of not testing the cable, and the signal stops on the floor below mine. The technician took a photo and said that whoever did that, did not finish properly and he can install my modem. IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME.

    @RogersHelps @ClintPhilp How many times do you recommend that I delete and reinstall the app before this issue is resolved? Is several dozen times over the last year enough? Am I getting close??

    @RogersHelps Yesterday the whole day the internet was not working and I was working from home. Do not trust Rogers anymore. The 2nd time happened. Need to change to another provider.
