    One hour and 45 minutes later someone from Customer Care is finally on the line. I have to start all over again with him. Ask me how much I hate @Rogers ... go ahead, ask me. 🤬

    @Rogers customer service is a joke. Their agents have zero clue how to handle calls anymore. They hang up, transfer your call to another agent without any warning. It’s honestly embarrassing.

    @Bell has some of the most disgusting customer service in the business. They do nothing to actually work with you, even long term customers are treated like absolute dog ****. Maybe it's time to look into @Rogers.

    Working at 24 hours to download a game on rogers, max down is like 10mbps, same setup on bell would be don’t in a couple hours, this is crazy @rogers fix get better hardware or finally install fibre ! #nogamingonrogers
