    @RogersHelps When hydro goes down, they notify us immediately. When the gas company is shut off, they notify us immediately. When their is an issue in the water, the utility notifies us immediately. @Rogers DOES'NT CARE ABOUT CANADIANS and for a comms company THEY FAIL AT COMMUNICATION

    How is @Rogers only compensating for lost service? What about the day of work many had to miss, the gas that had to be spent by many to find wifi, the events that had to be cancelled, the companies that lost on business, and much more. #rogersoutage #rogerscanada

    @RogersHelps My @rogers wifi disconnected at 9:10 today in the middle of work. VA Anna and every other step has not helped. On customer service call in line for 40 mins+.

    Not at all happy! Lost a whole day Friday and now it's super slow and lagging. Ugh!! @Rogers get your act together b/c I'm losing patience and had enough of this. Ps. You need to give your customers a month refund and 20% off for your ****** services for a year! #RogersOutage
