    @RogersHelps We called two weeks ago about service. We were advised there were community issues affecting service; you would investigate and correct. received text past three days all had been addressed. Service tonight says otherwise NOT GOOD

    Does @rogers employ people capable of completing simple transactions? It seems like every time you need to change something through them there are at least 5 mistakes and 5 hours on hold. Get it together. Also your support stinks.
