@RogersHelps @liverpoolleafs This has been an issue for a lot of people since the beginning of 19-20 season. The 18-19 season worked perfect. It’s not our internet, it’s whatever you changed between those two seasons because it sucks now. Figure it out.

@RogersHelps Y’all should be able to know what’s the issue without getting phone numbers or postal codes. Unless your departments don’t communicate with each other. Which seems to be the case. If Bell didn’t suck as much I’d switch. Time for CRTC to open the market up.

@rogers you SERIOUSLY need to reevaluate your so called "customer service". harassing me when I cancelled my services almost 2 months ago, still trying to win be back? you won't accomplish that with representatives who yell at former/current customers and hang up on them #rogers

Internet still not working properly after 2 months of new modems and lines drilled into the side of my house. When I called for help tonight I was told the “wifi wasn’t getting through my house” and the answer was #rogersIgnite internet. An upsell that wouldn’t work @RogersHelps

@rogers your agents shouldn't have to resort to trash-talking your competitors either. if that's all you have, how are you the superior service? signing up with @bell was easy and their reps didn't once disparage your services. be better.

@RogersHelps It's fine. I finally talked to the person who was very polite and helpful, but found out Wifi Extenders I requested 6 weeks ago, order never was placed, so now I have to wait ANOTHER 6 weeks. Thank You.
