    @RogersHelps It has started buffering once again. This app is an absolute hot garbage. You need to ask Netflix or Amazon how they make their streaming effortless.

    @RogersHelps is anyone else having trouble with mobile internet? Currently 24hrs without internet on my phone. Customer support said they will escalate the issue but no help as yet.

    @RogersHelps worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Kept me on hold for over two hours to just hang up on me and tell me your closed and to call again tomorrow? After over 10 years of loyal service this is ridiculous..

    @RogersHelps Yes - the number says it’s not assigned. That has nothing to do with the phone. I worked in Telecom for a decade - this isn’t a phone issue. Why isn’t it assigned when I’m paying for the number since 2015?
