@KobiCasey @RogersHelps “Please DM us” = the scripted AI bot response loop. 5 months, no refund, endless hold times, and public replies pretending to care while the real support disappears in private DMs. If Rogers wanted to help, they’d call the customer directly. #Rogers

@RogersHelps This was as part of the call with the customer care. When they reviewed my account they mentioned that it was wrongly done. Hence I reached out to the store multiple times. This was mentioned against the notes too. I can provide my account no and other details if you need.

@RogersHelps Hello- I sent a private message. Would someone please help? I’ve tried every support avenue available without response, and in store and phone reps say they’ve submitted escalation tickets because they see the problem but can’t help. Thank you.

@RogersHelps All the same questions as the tech support person and it is very difficult to deal with a company who is unwilling to acknowledge their system is not working and blaming the customer device instead. Down detector is showing multiple issues but nil from Roger's website

Remember when Rogers offered buyouts to half their staff? Well, now, when Rogers customers call in to speak to support, you now get AI ASSISTANTS! Not even live agents! If it was an hour of frustration on the phone before, it's 10 times worse! UNACCEPTABLE! @Rogers

@Rogers outage in Richmond hill, ON for 2 days. Your outage tracker just updates the fix eta by one hour each hour. Useless without a proper eta

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I’m with @Rogers, great service but all Canadian phone companies are just too expensive- yup, Canadians are definitely getting ripped off in comparison

@lawandchocolate @bluejays @Rogers They need to get this jack *** to settle down. He’s very distracting while watching the game. 😡

@Rogers I accidentally exposed some rogers cables on my property in mississauga. Im not rogers customer and because of that it seems impossible to contact customer support and you chat bot is useless. How can I contact Rogers?

.@Rogers it takes your online agents to look up when my contract ends and if there is a fee that is associated to temporarily suspending my serivces? The CS has definitely gone down hill....my god.
