    @meaghantalks @Rogers it is infuriating how every call center is just filling seats to answer calls and not actually training people to handle them. i say this as someone working in a call center where i’m watching our customer service plummet.

    @RogersHelps services in newmarket still down since 5pm yesterday. Rogers services vehicles on street last night till late. But you still remain silent. Terrible customer service.

    @KodikaraSanath @RogersHelps They are doing service maintenance everywhere and pick peak times to do it. Can’t do it during the morning or late at night when people are at work or in bed sleeping. Seems to be a lot of outages lately unexplained
