@RogersHelps Oh, Ive called many times. And discussed this many times. Yet the problem remains. All you have to do is send a tech to the house to replace the receivers. Thats it. Alas, apparently your online department cant contact a tech crew to send them to me... too bad. Dont use @Rogers

@RogersHelps Just answer this: are your employees supposed to refuse to cancel service until we raise our voices? Cause that’s what it took. We made it clear we did not need services and your employee refused to listen until we wanted a supervisor. Only then did she finally transfer to cancel
