staz (@zzleepyguy) reported@RogersHelps I got told to split my internet connections from 2.4 to 5g and that didn't help, It has to be a problem on your end especially with multiple people dealing with it. Especially on down detector there's plenty of reports of internet issues

Monday I got notice that the issue I had reported was closed as resolved, 2 days after it was closed & not resolved. Today (Wednesday) I got notice that it apparently has been fixed because techs couldn't find the cause. Not impressed.

It doesn't make any sense because a customer cannot say sorry for not paying your bills, even if the quality of services is poor. Unfortunately, there is no incentive for that.

Being disconnected every 16 to 19 minutes and Iβm 4 deep in queue on the chat. We need to declare this an outage on TV NOW!!!!! This has been a problem since 11am Central Time.
