@RogersHelps I recently interacted with someone from Rogers regarding a bill payment issue. I have received my updated bank statement and it appears there wasn't any issue at all. Everything has been resolved just like that. Thank you again for your assistance.

@RogersHelps I want to cancel my smart home monitoring since my internet has been shutting off several times a day since December 2019. We have tried Ignite, high-speed, extenders, eero, 6 technicians, moving the routers yet, My only option is to pay $500 to cancel? Solution?
