    @Rogers is unreliable, expensive, and has horrible customer service. @BellMediaPR is also expensive and clearly questionable in their intentions. What options do consumers have in Canada for service when these 2 monopolies have lost public support? 🤔

    @RogersHelps thank you Please also share how frustrated I am with the unreliable services and how seriously I am planning to change the service provider as soon as my phone line works without a disruption, of course my 1st day in the conference is ruined. Not acceptable

    @RogersHelps Today I had one of the worst experiences using your services. I recently lost my job and couldn’t make the payment on time and you suspended my account. I contacted you asking for time till 15th of this month but your agent was adamant of me making the payment.
