So over a year ago @RogersHelps wrapped out cable around a tree to connect our internet. The tree had been scheduled to be removed by the city. We asked them to deal with it then but nothing happened. Today, the city cut the tree down giving us no internet, phone, or TV.

@RogersHelps That community forums area is terrible. It only lists a post from 2019. Why do you make it so difficult? Just list the service interruptions here. Is there a service interruption in the Scarlett Road/Eglinton area? That is all I need to know. Rogers Ignite not working for the TV.

I've moved into a new house and I've had multiple issues with @Rogers @RogersHelps . Once the internet issue was resolved, now I've had outage after outage. 2 times in the past week I've lost internet during work hours. I can't keep using this excuse at work. This is ridiculous

@RogersHelps My issue isn't necessarily the lack of availability, it's the fact that the wires were out on a tree that was scheduled to be removed and we confirmed Rogers about that over a year ago and nothing came from it combined with not coming to fix it immediately

@JimJohannsson @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps Nothing confusing here at all! We always take the responsibility to do right by our customers. I wish the incumbents would treat our customers with that same respect, yet they continuously hide behind "this is what's mandated, and that's where we end." 1/2

You’re right, we need to take care of credits since we’re the provider but hope one day incumbents take ownership of their problems.
