@RogersHelps Unable to get any on demand service. Rebooted unit a number of times. Your service keeps leaving much to be desired. Why don’t you simply announce outages? It would save so much aggravation.

@Rogers That’s fantastic. Thanks for the clarification. Although one does wonder why they weren’t simply applied to all accounts shortly after the announcement. Is there a reason that customers have to wait TWO billing cycles AFTER the network failure and subsequent announcement?

@RogersHelps WHY is the Rogers cell service in Sauble Beach ON SO terrible? Everyone complains that their data is slower than the slowest Wi-Fi & I concur. Bell cell users have high speed as one would expect from a National provider. In my experience the issue is getting worse.
