    @MobileSyrup Thought I'd take a Look at @Bell since I've been with @Rogers for so long, but Bells website makes it so difficult to build out a comparable service to see if it is even worth looking.

    @RogersHelps I'm not angry at your customer service agents either, or your techs. Its the fact you can charge so much but cant provide any solutions to paying customers losing 70-80% download speeds of 900Mb down on a regular basis. This is thievery and horrible service providing

    @RogersHelps nearly 2.5 hours of me holding with you & counting. Why? Because you showed up on my credit report for an account for my ex wife. Using my credit info without my knowledge & consent and now telling me you can’t fix it and sending me in circles. #Rogers #FixIt #Answer

    @RogersHelps why? 10 months you havent fixed this ****, new modem replacement, your tests dont detect it, your technicians cant find anything. You literally do nothing but repeat the same things with no answers. So what would a DM do if you cant answer the problem?

    @RogersHelps that has been the same 10 months, and the same answer, no records were saved. That is not an answer and deep down if you knew what the problem was it would have been found months ago. Help someone YOU CAN help
