    @RogersHelps I spent 2.5 hours on hold with your Accounts Payable team, only for someone to finally answer and tell me the department was closed. I’ve been trying multiple ways to resolve an issue with my account and haven’t been able to get anywhere. Can someone please help me?

    @RogersHelps 4 hours later, mostly on hold, I have been bounced around to people who engage long enough to figure out they need to send me somewhere else where I end up on hold AGAIN. I have a service booking They made an error on the day. I was told tomorrow a.m.; the notice is for JUNE 3!🤬

    @RogersHelps I did, and they sided with merchants TOS ( terms of service) and said I don’t have a dispute as the merchant doesn’t offer refunds.. if the merchant offered refunds then why was I disputing the charge

    @RogersHelps It turns out it was a planned upgrade work June 1-4, but none of the 4 people I talked to until just now knew that. There was no advance notice and no info in online outage map that it was likely to continue or for how long. That is failing customer service.

    @Rogers extremely poor service. Internet down at 16 Cindy Ave Cambridge N3C3J2. Customer care is extremely unhelpful.

    Seriously, @RogersBiz @RogersHelps, three hours on the phone with 4 reps, and even a call to a Rogers Store, and NO one can help me with an email I received from Rogers Business today about my account! @CRTCeng Does anyone know what they are doing at your company?
