@NeelPat29757715 @Rogers Same with L6Y since Thurday Aug 18 at 8am - no answers from Rogers - still out now. Multiple calls to tech support gets no answers. As of last night they claimed it was fixed but we still have NOTHING.

  • DDLCTR Pale Child (@DDLCTR) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers I’m literally out here trying to entertain myself while my internet is down - my nuisance is a product of your own ineptitude. Who’s getting paid to make me wait for even a modicum of user attention? My DM hasn’t even been read yet. What goes on behind those closed doors?!

  • Mattyleg1 Matthew Legault back from the Cottage (@Mattyleg1) reported

Hey @RogersHelps , is your telephone/text service down AGAIN?? In Montreal and can’t make phone calls or send texts.

  • DDLCTR Pale Child (@DDLCTR) reported

@RogersHelps is this deliberate ignorance or have things just gotten that bad over there? FIX. THE. ISSUES Stop apologizing. Stop wasting money. Invest in the solution and APPLY YOURSELVES. Absolutely despicable.

@NeelPat29757715 @Rogers Down for me as well for over 12 hours now. Support quotes “maintenance”… like really? Maintenance Monday morning when people who WFH need to log into work but can’t because they don’t have service. Cancelled my services today.. rogers really dropped the ball this year. shame

  • animootion 🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑sheepy🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑 (@animootion) reported

@RogersHelps Are there service inturruptions in Barhaven Ontario? Because right now internet is extremely slow, spotty, and is cutting in and out :(

  • DDLCTR Pale Child (@DDLCTR) reported

@Rogers yawn. Thanks for the day off again. Pay me more for trying to use your service please. All you’re good for is reimbursements and credits. 🤙🏻👌🏻

  • DaveP32250 Dave P🇨🇦 (@DaveP32250) reported

@RogersHelps Give us back CBS. I don’t want to watch CityLine. Damn communist state - can’t watch what we want

  • Musaic2 Musaic2 (@Musaic2) reported

If @Bell saves that much money by shipping jobs overseas, why are their plans around the same price as @Rogers? Because they pocket the difference. Don’t be a Bell customer, but definitely be a shareholder, with that math.

  • HockeyBusiness HockeyBusiness (@HockeyBusiness) reported

Get this… not only did @RogersHelps not include the promised credit for the recent outage on my latest bill, they had the gall to ask me “what was the expected credit for?” when I reached out to them! @CRTCeng I thought this was being rectified?
