    @RogersHelps I have been on the phone trying to add a package for my mom’s TV service. Total incompetence. So frustrating. How is Roger’s in business still with the garbage support? Im trying to make money for them. Clown show.

    @Rogers what happened to your customer service? 20 year customer here and I cant reach anyone for help, you hang up saying youre busy and every chat disconnects. How am I supposed to get help? Its been a week of consistently trying. Ombudsman info please

    @Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

    Did you know that your calls get cut with @Rogers support when they go over 5 hours long? Going on 9 hours with @Rogers support over the last 2 days.

    25+ minutes on hold with @RogersHelps @Rogers After they NEVER cancelled a phone upgrade months ago when told to. ****** way to do business. 😡
