I did pay a fee to do that but it was half of the Rogers fee. So you lost a customer. Because you can't provide customer service.

Captain **** (@CaptainDick12) reported@Rogers sucks. I just spent 3 hours sitting on hold to chat with technical support. I got up to #2 in line when they ended the chat. When I logged back in I was 65th in line. The only thing worse than Rogers is Doug Ford's Health care. Seems like Ford and Rogers are related!

Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported@RogersHelps Yes, ordered on April 6th. My husband is unavailable and I cannot get any answers or even cancel our accounts because, you know, I’m a woman. You have all of our phones, they too shall be canceled as soon as I can. Your customer service is awful.
