@Rogers I started new line got extra charged on my account and after talking with CSR AND supervisor he hang up the phone rather than providing solution. I just want to know how to file complaint against @Rogers your supervisor and CSR

@RogersHelps Stop telling people that restarting your device will fix the problem the problem is not fixed I have restarted my device and still can't make or receive calls !!

@Rogers @amandazucaro I am unable to make or receive calls as well and I know people that are having the same issues. It’s not our phones, It’s an internal issue with you guys.

@sabucci_84 @RogersHelps It's down in #LdnOnt as well - so not just GTA ... it seems to be a southwestern ON outage. It'd be nice if @RogersHelps put out a proper tweet about it instead of telling everyone to DM their issues (and then saying to just reboot the phone - did that before looking for answers)
