    @AboutRogers @Rogers Do you seriously think a day of lost business can be made up by crediting accounts for 1 day? Seriously? That's how you show accountability? This is the 2nd time in 15 months we have witnessed a Rogers meltdown and subsequently heard about your commitment to do better. Crap.

    @wickdchiq @Rogers @RogersHelps Ask to speak to customer relations. They're a level above customer service and have more options. But last I knew, they weren't in on weekends.

    @RogersHelps The scams are starting. You might want to put out a public service notice that you are not sending out text messages requesting people to follow the link for a credit back due to the outage. Please before people start falling for it and lose more $$$$.

    @Michael_Brent55 @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Our landline was out all Friday as well. My elderly mother just got her landline service back today. No 911, no lifeline fall-detection service. Friend of my son who works at a retirement residence couldn’t call 911 when there was need for paramedics. Scary stuff.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers @AboutRogers hi still no internet, all attempts to contact for help. Just got the automatic reply message that service has been restored when is not the case. DM are not being read. Are you going to share an outage map? Or provide an actual update?

    @Spookylish @RogersHelps my mom’s tv was horrible yesterday. freezing every few seconds. internet was ok though so could watch streaming services.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Not good enough. One free day of service is total BS. We have 2 phones and 2 service plans that we pay a lot for. We pay more then anyone we know with different service providers then Rogers. Let us out of our contracts. Ya’ll 🤡 #RogersSucks

    We simply cannot exist without access to the internet or cell service today. Emergencies happen. There needs to be a better emergency procedure in place, because whatever plan there was, didn't work. If there wasn't one, I'm embarrassed for you @Rogers 3/3 @CanadianPM
