    @RogersHelps me again, we had a tech come like 2 days ago and they replaced the ignite box and then had someone offer faster internet to 'fix' the disconnecting but now we are disconnecting every like 30-60 minutes for 10-20 seconds...

    1) I had severe network issues. The connection would just drop. Getting a replacement from Google was not possible as it was purchased through a carrier (@Rogers) in my case. They made me hustle between @uBreakiFix. But they don't seem to have an agreement for phones in Canada.

    (2) issue due to privacy reasons. I trusted that they would resolve the issue. Today the SAME @Rogers employee parked his work can outside, came into my workplace, once again with his name tag on, and yelled at another employee. We told him he was banned @RogersHelps

    Greatly looking forward to shopping for a new provider after this experience, @RogersHelps. We don’t pay for top dollar service to be an afterthought.

    Have had the worst @RogersHelps service today. Needed a cable line repaired. We got a text that the repair person was on his way. Rep said they called to say they arrived, and left when there was no answer. They never called, didn’t come to the door to knock… nothing.

    @RogersHelps Shame on Rogers there was a black out Feb 8th which cause damage to Roger boxes in a LTC facility and Rogers still hasn't activated the boxes leaving residents without their only source of entertainment.

    @RogersHelps :( almost 2 hours later and over 3 hours since we had service. Still nothing ? How does this happen in todays day and age.
