    @AboutRogers @Rogers Home internet is still down in Findlay Creek, Ottawa... I've been on the phone with Ana the virtual assistant, online chat is not available, and I've been on the phone for 1 hour, no avail. When is the service going to be restored?? #rogersoutage

    @babymama0drama @birgitomo @Rogers Thus the need for more options/choice/competition. Businesses that can’t provide good service are at risk of losing customers. Simple.

    @RogersHelps there r 30.5 days/ mth. So 2 day service disruption would be 6.6% service reduction. You r compensating $3.80 but thats half of what an acct should get based on $100. So, min it must be $6.6 dollars for every $100.
