@RogersHelps I was promised $250 prepaid card as winback customer within 2 weeks.Its 7th week now and I haven't rcvd it yet.When I am late paying bill I get charged late fee, shouldn't you compensate customers when u r late or not able to honor ur words.

hey @Rogers @Sportsnet channels 505 and 506 during the games last night and this afternoon is horrible. Its supposed to be HD but its blurry. ITs not just me, just spoke with other people and they have the same issue. I hear Bell doesn't have this issue, fix it for the $$ we pay.

@RogersHelps no service with ignite since 4pm, two adults WFH and the best your techs can do is send someone 24+hours later. Long list of connection issues with ignite. Will also be looking to change our 10+ business phones as well. You need to be better to service WFH & business
