@RogersHelps We waited 2 days for a Rogers technician to check into our wifi issues. The technician came and left before I had a chance to answer my door! Under 1 minute! Is this the kind of patience Rogers has for customers with mobility issues, or seniors who move slowly?

@rogers the tech came yesterday and even changed the modem. But I am still having intermittent signals issues. The modem has lost signals 3 times in the last 30 mins. It's been happening for months. Not a good thing especially during exams times.

Guess what, I still did! I woke up completely soaked in milk with a crying baby at 2am (because we couldn’t do one last night feed) all because @rogers told me to be patient for 90 minutes straight, but did nothing to help me
