@RogersHelps My rogers ignite went down so I don't have access to my land line, I was aware. My cell carrier Freedom associated with rogers no longer worked. I did not know that. So I had and probably others no access to a phone in a emergency. Not good. Got to switch one to another carrier

@RogersHelps Thank you for correcting the canada wide outage in, although frustrating time interval, within a reasonable time period. I have had Rogers as my cell provider for 29 years, but cover my basis by using another company for my laptop, therefore I am always on line.

@newfiebullet84 @RogersHelps People have kids in daycare, loved ones not in good health, people rely on the internet for school, work, some emergency coms were effected. It was bad because EVERYTHING was down, no communication whatsoever, certain banks were completely out of service, it was pretty serious.

@Rogers 90 days free service or I'm heading to Bell...second outage in 14 months....should we expect this twice a year now?

@Rogers @Fidomobile No need to reply but just so you know, a lot of us lost our work hours because of your outage. A lot of us rely on those hours to pay bills. How incredibly careless of your business.

@RogersHelps Your update should actually tell us what is still outstanding % of users which services if you do not have an outage map. This is not being transparent. These updates barely tell us what you're doing and what is remaining. I'm still out on internet service.

Yesterday, as @Rogers failed to provide internet and cell phone services to many Canadians, the #911 service in the country's largest city went down too.
