    @BlueJays and obviously Shapiro will never fire Atkins himaelf no matter how awful he is as the GM. @Rogers as a company need to realize fans won’t keep coming back to watch bad teams every year, and sponsors will then pull out and not spend their money on a bad product. TBC…

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Our home internet in Port Credit, Mississauga is completely dead — no loading, no surfing on any device. After 40+ min wait, your agent says “it’s working on our end, not our problem.” What kind of customer service is this? Absolutely pathetic support!

    Is @Rogers management unaware of how unbelievably terrible their customer service is, or is that the corporate culture that they are trying to develop. Exhaust, obfuscate, and frustrate their clients into submission. Truly awful.

    @RogersHelps It turns out it was a planned upgrade work June 1-4, but none of the 4 people I talked to until just now knew that. There was no advance notice and no info in online outage map that it was likely to continue or for how long. That is failing customer service.

    @Rogers Team, hello team, i lost my sim & wallet including my ids, debit-credit cards. Pls do needful to block my sim on priority. a scammer will try to re-issue my number with the help of their networks inside roger’s shop. Im not in canada now & i wont come back to canada.
