    @RogersHelps @MrsRBains Again—not “intermittent”, and by the comments perhaps not even “some” customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE 101: * Don’t lie to the people paying you. * Give paying customers useful info re: a problem & how you’re fixing it. * Prove that you value & appreciate your customers.

    @RogersHelps I have been not having service from morning and I’m unable to work from home , as my VPN is connected with one time passwords and the network which I have is Rogers .

    @RogersHelps I have been without service all day. Please advise on how much longer this is going to take. Working from home and trying to run a small business this is another challenge we don’t need.

    @RogersHelps - I understand there is a huge outtage. I like many am impacted - no cell service and in my case cannot turn on wifi calling unless I call Rogers. Since I have zero ability to call out and have a young child at home, this is huge safety concern.

    People probably think, at times like this, I wouldn't want to be the twitter support person for @rogers @rogershelps,. On the contrary, at times like this, it is actually a really easy job. All you have to do is cut and paste one, or two cookie cutter responses to everyone. :)
