    @RogersHelps Tech support has been contacted and their reply was has nothing to do with the connections in the building it has to do with your network output And they hoped to get it fixed asap

    @RogersHelps I’ve rebooted my router about 100 times in the past few months. These kind of issues I expected in the advent of wireless services. Not in the present day. Prior to your takeover of Shaw I had to reboot my router almost never.

    @RogersHelps I need to speak with Customer service. I was on waiting for 2 hours on different days. It is exhausting

    @Rogers so actually got to speak to someone at Rogers. There is an issue with phones being able to connect to the extended networks. A team has been working on this for a while and it could take up to a month to fix. Absolutely unacceptable #DoBetter

    @RogersHelps Can you please correct the issue with the Golf Channel feed? The description says it's the Open Championship but I am seeing an instructional show. This is crucial to fix as it's the final major of the year.

    @Rogers I just got hung up on while trying to buy from you. Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Must be nice to have that much business. @Bell are you busy?
