    @gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

    If youโ€™re into disappointment, or wasting your money, sign up for a cell phone with @rogers and business internet with @Bell_Aliant. No signal anywhere outside of any community ever and 18mps upload speeds. ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿผ

    Any Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts havenโ€™t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.

    @RogersHelps Then I do now. And I never ever had an issue with speed. And then I switched to your $34.95 package and that speed is iffy and slow quite often. And then I convert to the $14.95 package which is exactly the same SPEED pkg I used 4 9 yrs w/o issue. So what's at the bottom of that?

    @Rogers on my 2nd day of over 1 hr on hold to talk to tech service. My texting isnโ€™t working and Iโ€™ve missed two important business meetings over them now getting text confirmation. Wtf

    @Rogers I opted for a temporary suspension of service for a month as Iโ€™m not in the country and now youโ€™re charging me for the suspension AND MY whole bill? Why is there even a temporary suspension option if that is the case. Your chatbots are useless. You canโ€™t be reached.
