Any Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts haven’t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps

If you’re into disappointment, or wasting your money, sign up for a cell phone with @rogers and business internet with @Bell_Aliant. No signal anywhere outside of any community ever and 18mps upload speeds. 🤘🏼

Hboulter (@Hboulter78) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick

Is anyone else having issues with cell service with @RogersHelps today. Data works but cal make a phone call

  • NicoleMac19
Nikki L-Mac (@NicoleMac19) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick

@Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.

Haley Bungay (@HaleyBungay) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick

@RogersHelps any word on an internet outage in Fredericton, NB?

@Rogers do you have confirmed outages in Fredericton NB? Wifi and cable has been down since the thunderstorm last night.

  • tedrobak
Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick

@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

  • badnboujee69
ok boomer (@badnboujee69) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick

If anyone is ever thinking about getting a phone with @Rogers DONT DO IT I’ve never had such poor customer service my whole life. Period.

  • Werdnah
    Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported

@Rogers It’s absolutely inexcusable how LITTLE your company actually gives a **** about customer experience outside of anything related to the Jays. Just take your customers’ money & provide ZERO “give a ****” when a customer has an issue or opts to leave for another company.

  • CrescendoCove
    Greg Weir (@CrescendoCove) reported

You know who sucks? Frickin @Rogers. I canceled my mom's cable because she passed away. Was told there was no balance owing and that I should ignore all future bills. Now their Collections department is hounding me saying the first person spoke in error. Stellar work, folks.

  • RSDCDN
    The Handlebar Gamer (@RSDCDN) reported

@Garnet_2203 @Rogers It’s too slow. Both are ****. This sucks.

  • jeffster1970
    Jeff W (@jeffster1970) reported

@RogersHelps @MaretJaks Not just women though. I had a Rogers rep come to my house and start complimenting me in a way that women typically don't complaint "older men" (she was in her 20's). Very awkward. VERY awkward. But I guess whatever gets you the sale.

  • JustCanadianGal
Old Woman’s Chair (Grandma ZZ) (@JustCanadianGal) reported

Oh @Rogers, not at home; can’t get customer service direct you to the web that cannot help the telephone system -no one’s home… did machine hang up on you? Yes. Every time in the past three months.

  • IMPEACHpedoNOW
    IMPEACH-Now (@IMPEACHpedoNOW) reported

@Garnet_2203 @Rogers No no it isn’t Elon can get ****** and we don’t want anything to do with him in Canada no matter how much Rodger’s sucks

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@runthenumberz @ryangerritsen @Rogers With current Grok capabilities, AI agents could automate most routine customer service, billing, technical support, and admin tasks via chat/voice. Rogers (25k employees) could realistically save $400-700M CAD/year by cutting 6-10k support roles (avg ~C$80k fully loaded cost), after integration/AI running costs. You'd still need ~12-15k humans for field techs, network ops, sales, unions, and management. Full replacement isn't there yet—agents augment fast.

  • Comfortcove
    Ward Pike (@Comfortcove) reported

@brar_drs @MelissaLMRogers @Rogers Rogers has gone down the toilet… Whoever is in charge now should be fired immediately and whoever is in charge of Canada’s version of securities and exchange commission should be looking at press charges against the current management regime! They have lost me as a customer, when they used to be the best example of a good telecom company that put customers first! Now they are just as bad as Bell

  • sotiredsotired
    tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported

@RogersHelps I tried sending a dm and got an auto reply, sending me to rogers general help. lol.

  • peggyfulcherxx
    Mary Fulcher (@peggyfulcherxx) reported

@RogersHelps 2.5 hours on the phone today. The agent says she will get someone to help as there does seem to be an issue, comes back and says..we are very busy today, call back tomorrow. HANGS UP!!! TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!! FIX YOUR SYSTEM
