    Any Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts haven’t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.

    @gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

    @RogersHelps Over 24 hour outage in Gander. I work from home and this is jeopardizing my job. Cancelled my subscription and I will not be returning. You can not have days long outages with most people working from home nowadays that is completely unacceptable.

    @RogersHelps @YCMDGaming Is 8+ hours considered to be ASAP. Hydro was up in 2 hours. It would seem you have challenges with prevention and crisis management strategies. At this point is it likely to be 18+ hours before anything is fixed? For a service business how is this acceptable?

    @rogers wifi is down in my area of Ottawa for an hour. It stayed on through the storm and for hours after so it isn’t the storm. Neighbour’s is out too. When will it be fixed?
