Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.
-
Nikki L-Mac (@NicoleMac19) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.

-
Pcofwork (@pcofwork) reported@Rogers WiFi keeps going down. ZERO customer service. Fired Canadian workers so we could wait 3 hrs to talk to someone you can't understand. Even your AI Anna is slow. Third world internet, out of this world costs. Canadians deserve better.
-
🇨🇦 Shonna 💜TAEMate💎6v6🐥 (@shonna_74) reported@RogersHelps I have 2 serious charges on my bill I need to talk to a person about. Also tech outages in my area since Tuesday! Please call me directly as I refuse to attempt to call again. This is beyond unacceptable service levels.
-
Heather Foster (@eventidefarms) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Funny, I asked that question 8 weeks ago and got roasted for it. We have a job shortage in Canada, but Rogers has customer service all over the world and not here. Hmmmm.
-
Wake Turbulence (@Airwave_1_) reported@ChelseaBeach @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Acquiring Shaw put Rogers $26B in debt. To cut costs, they quietly scrapped their "100% Canadian" PR pledge, cut domestic support contracts, and pushed call center roles right back overseas to offshore vendors. PR promises don't survive a $26B debt load.
-
Wake Turbulence (@Airwave_1_) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They did, they used to be 100% Canadian support and marketed it that way. They just started offloading them in the last couple years. Sorry to say you missed the boat. It’s headed the other way now.
-
Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported@rodmickleburgh They’ll shove the Leafs down everybody’s throat whilst every other team gets the also-rans. Oh, & of course, you gotta pay a lot more to watch. Just when you think @Rogers can’t get worse they find ways to piss even more people off with each greedy TO centric decision
-
krukru137 (@krukru_137) reported@RogersHelps I have been trying for 3 days to reach customer support. The recording on every occasion indicated that Rogers is very busy and to try calling back again. This is not customer supports. It is impossible to speak to a live agent. Please help!!
-
ColtraneBlues (@ColtraneB37457) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because it’s cheaper! Would you notice the difference if it was out of Brampton? Did they provide good service? Were they professional? Do you think being in Canada woulda have been a quicker call? Will you pay higher prices if you knew the company only employed within Canada?
-
CptNash (@CptNash2) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because since 2008,many companies were offered outsourcing financial incentives and generous tax breaks. I personally was on a team that closed a contact centre in Canada to relocate to the Philippines. I can tell you that it has nothing to do with superior customer experiences.
-
Rob Rock (@TheRobertRock) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because we want cheap prices And because of stupid economic practices we've raised the minimum wage too high to sustain entry level positions like call centers. If we want Canadian call center agents we need to pay call center wages not inflated minimums that destroy the economy
