  @Loveataurus @Rogers Drives me nuts. If I block a number why would they let it still leave a vm? Like make it make sense. So aggravating. Im thinking of changing carriers. I have 3 phones with "unlimited" data. The highest internet which seriously sucks *** goes out more than its on 1/2

  @Rogers customer service is a joke. Their agents have zero clue how to handle calls anymore. They hang up, transfer your call to another agent without any warning. It’s honestly embarrassing.

  @Rogers @RogersHelps But @Rogers tells me this morning, despite emailing me the channel lineup that I am supposed to have, that I dont have the channels I was promised (in writing by the way), and they won’t do anything for me unless I pay more. I have 3 days left to cancel in my 10 day period… 3/n

  @Rogers-My Mom is upset as she waited 37 minutes to find out what channel the ladies US Open tennis is on. Nobody answered. This is entertainment for her. We had a Rogers outage for a full day last week-Internet, cable, phone; the guide button hasn't worked since. Pls help.

  @Rogers @Fidomobile WHY IS YOUR CUSTOMER/TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM SO BAD!? NOBODY SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH AND IT TAKES DAYS TO GET A CALL BACK. Ridiculous. Slap in the face to customers who have been with you for years. I'm switching.

  @RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; their/your offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow home phone service; if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need/want)
