@RogersHelps Nope. They just not it in my file and say there was nothing they can do. Trying to add/removing channels and packages. Its insane that if I wanted to cancel everything right now I can’t! It’s like my account is being held hostage

  • thakkerjay Jay Thakker (@thakkerjay) reported

@RogersHelps I have spent almost 10+ hours on the phone with Rogers Customer Service since July trying to set up a bulk account. Your team seems to be inefficient in getting an account setup properly which is causing a lot of inconvenience. Still waiting for someone to fix this.

@linwood_barclay @Rogers We dumped Rogers a few years ago. Went over to Bell & have never had a problem. Both my wife and I work from home and I am a heavy data user. When my son lived at home, we would have three people online, no lag, no problems.

  • Kannadaian Kannadian (@Kannadaian) reported

@RogersHelps hey hey heyyy, seems like Rogers is taking me on a Deja Vu ride again. No internet service for me in here in Ajax. My modem stopped broadcasting 5G SSID almost a week ago and now 2.4 also died. When will Rogers learn from their past f**** up’s or do you really want2?

  • Kaarthikkovai Kaarthik Sankaranarayanan (@Kaarthikkovai) reported

  • BassStewart Bass Stewart (@BassStewart) reported

  • madgoat ☠️ Ian ☠️ (@madgoat) reported

@RogersHelps Any issues with slow internet that I've been noticing since at least yesterday K4A area? I'm barely breaking 100Mbps on my Gbps service. Before you send a canned response to DM you, just answer the question truthfully, so I don't have to wait an hour on hold.

  • RobRichRdson RobRichardson (@RobRichRdson) reported

@FatrdlaLisa @Rogers They're full of bs. They were at my building and spent 3 hours doing nothing and finally decided that the issue was 350m away from our building. Which it apparently wasn't. These guys are terrible and I don't see any good change on the horizon. Just more outages....

  • RUBALSINGHDHAL1 algo0099 (@RUBALSINGHDHAL1) reported

@RogersHelps Facing slow speed issues since yesterday in Brampton

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

Welcome to @Rogers... Canada's most unreliable network. Lately, I have been loosing sync at random for no apparent reason, and a lot of the time, to restore full speed I must reboot the modem not once, but TWICE! This is starting to get on my last nerve.
