@Rogers with it being announced that there is a stand alone 5G network. Is there anything that needs to be done on 5G phones? Will there be a new logo on our phones like 5GSA or will we not notice a difference as consumers

@rogers is like the tinder swindler, they agree on a friendly disconnect with credit due to them not wanting to pay other towers to give us service/coverage in our area. Then disappears and takes you through a rabbit hole when you try and contact them.

Your agents NEED to take ownership of the issue and try and solve it instead of tossing the customer around for TWO hours, triggering an upset customer that decides to cancel FOUR JUICY NEW ACCOUNTS @Rogers

@RogersHelps Its a sad day when you just sign up and get a modem dropped off at your door. A tech stating plug it in and place cable in the back. Then when you do you find out the service is down on day one of the service. LOL WOW. Not looking good.

@WithForethought Got ready for a never ending period of outages. If you are on @Rogers Ignite you will never be able to watch TV, work from home or stay connected for work as the internet will always be down. Don’t plan to watch any major sport or entertainment events-the network can’t handle it.
