@Rogers another outage it seems, this is like a daily chore, get into a call with tech support, wait for 1 hour in the queue, then they say they cant help, pathetic. intermittent internet issues for past 3 months with no resolution

@RogersHelps @cogeco @Bell_Support so which one of you guys came months ago and had your third party contractor dig up around the boxes around Wildan Estates in Flamborough ONT ,do locates TWICE with little flags then never come back ?? PS the flags and spray paint are gone……..

@heatherbambrick @Rogers Hi there. We ditched Bell & Rogers for Shaw Tv but it is a satellite service so can have outage in thunderstorms. But they are cheaper. They use Kelcom for internet service that has been good & Freedom for cell service. We saved well over $100 bucks a month. Kelcom has a web site

@ctvottawa @CBCOttawa you should do another investigation into the fraud company that is @Rogers. Rude staff who lie, don’t give their names, shout at customers and when asked for a manager they cut you off. #fraud #overpriced #monopoly needs breaking!

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers I have been Rogers for the past 5 years,but the past 3 months have been the worst of those 5 years with intermittent issues every other day. I am on the Ignite service but that doesn’t help, how can i get compensated for the back to back outages in last 2days

@Rogers @RogersHelps my internet since morning, I contacted them and was told that technician need to physically come on Wednesday and examine the issue and that will take them 3 days. Really? Never get Rogers internet!

@RogersHelps internets been down for the past hour and people in my community also using Fido internet (which is Rogers) are experiencing no internet. It has been coming on and offline randomly these couple of weeks. It’s ridiculous.
