@RogersHelps @Rogers 12 hours and only 2 updates on outage… one to say “sorry there is problem”… then one about 11-12 hours later today you’ve found problem…and no clue if/when you’ll fix it… good thing I don’t work for hospital and on call!! oh… wait…

@RogersHelps Your CTO should resign. Only heard from him at the very end of outage. Terrible leadership and customer service. If Heads roll it should be his head first on the list. Also who does an upgrade of that proportion without a test set-up and confirmation first before doing it live?

@RogersHelps 12 freaking hours with no phone service. Thanks a lot. **** I had more service with virgin than here and I'm a new customer. Customer satisfaction so far has been 1 out of 10 you guys really need to step up

@RogersHelps The sad truth to all this is @Rogers @RogersHelps will only compensate $2 for the day & not care about all the lost wages of their CUSTOMERS who couldn’t work because of the outage!

@RogersHelps Locked out from all internet and text until just moments ago, finally internet but still no texting. I hope you give all customers a free month service MINIMUM for this brutal interruption on the day before a lock down in many provinces. Bad timing.
