I was wondering when it would be my turn to have no cell service. Thought I was lucky earlier that my @Rogers signal hadn’t dropped yet but alas, it’s gone now. Thank goodness for my wifi!

The dumbest question people ask during outages like today's disastrous @Rogers one is "When will service be restored?". The answer is the same almost every time - when the problem is fixed.

@RogersHelps @Rogers This is affecting my ability to conduct business. I cannot contact clients, or log in to half of my accounts. I cannot call customer service and your automated services online are just crashing. I like many expect compensation.
