@RogersHelps Day 3 - some unusual internet behaviour on landline based internet e.g., some websites don’t load on Rogers Ignite Internet but do so over my cellular (other provider). Additional, Rogers Ignite TV sound Drops. @Rogers This is essentially a 3+ Day outage issue (spotty service)!

Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps get your **** fixed or I’m going back to Bell. Aside from my picture constantly glitching now I have this stuck on my screen and I can’t get it off or turn off my TV.

@RogersHelps Total lack of transparency. Poor communication. Second time in a year your entire network has crashed. No way the merger should happen as Rogers can't even manage the services they already have.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Nothing more frustrating than Rogers insisting most of their issues have been addressed and then going radio silent until the next day.

@og_woji @CityNewsKIT @Rogers Coincidentally Australia is having a major internet issue right after Canada did. 🤔

@RogersHelps @Rogers You are a terrible tech company! Should be sent back to the late 1990s so that you can learn how to set up your back up routers properly...

@petermorin123 @Rogers Unfortunately, there is a high probability that this is the truth.I had a peer experience this at a major retailer recently… sadly they went down because their maintenance/ upgrade exposed a bug.

@scottdagostino @RogersHelps I work in Telecom and yes, it feels like a bad upgrade. My Telecom friends were thinking to fix this they might of had to do it in person, no remote access, which extended the outage

@RogersHelps I am close to Day 4 starting with no internet. How can you claim that there are only intermittent issues when it's been fully down. That's false and misleading #rogersoutage #CRTCeng
