    @RogersHelps Had an Ignite internet move scheduled for yesterday 6-8pm, no one showed, chatted with support for an hour giving details only to find out they can't do anything, have to call, called the number he gave me and after wasting another 30min found out the number was for

    @22mellie @RogersHelps I had the same problem in Oshawa, and so did others I know and I was blown off by fb messenger support that there was "no outage"

    LOL at @RogersHelps tech support bot when telling them my internet is slow as **** "Keep in mind: a single device isn't capable of showing you the true speed of Gigabit packages."
