1/. The @CRTC is a disgusting organization who just threw the average Canadian under the bus in order to cater to the Big Telcos BCE, @Rogers, and @TELUS and reducing competition. We'll all keep having to pay more. How about you do your job and help the average person. #CRTC

My s/o & I are on calls all day, working on large network servers & connecting with dozens of people for our jobs. Everything in our condo is connected to our @TekSavvyBuzz WiFi. Our TV, our work, my cell phone (b/c w/o using @Rogers WiFi calling, every call I make drops).

I cannot open a document on my work computer w/o being connected to the internet. We still haven't heard about when @TekSavvyBuzz/@Rogers will send a technician (& I get it, pandemic protocols are critical). Going into the weekend unsure whether we can work BAU come Monday. WTF?

@DrVivianS @Rogers At least they had a security guard something I have rarely seen in NS. However, the same issue arose for me and both the store and govt told me not their issue . I advised I had the right of self defense and they should send an ambulance for the guard as I am old and rusty

@RogersHelps thanks for ruining my weekend by keeping me to wait for 2.5 hour's overcharging me 106.5 dollars and not solving the problem. This is the 3rd time you guy's made this mistake. Show's how you treat a loyal customer..... I will move from Rogers. Worst customer service

@RogersHelps if this Twitter account is as useless as your phone operation I don’t expect a resolution here either Your operators are good people doing their best with the ****** system you set up for them to use
