    Stream cancelled. You can blame @Rogers for it again. Upload is tanking and I contacted support, and they couldn't do anything other then send a tech out tomorrow. Couldn't even tell me what was wrong. I guess I only have myself to blame for sticking with them...

    @RogersHelps just reported an outage in Ottawa. Nice that I can get free data to use my cell phone as a hot spot until the techs fix the problem.

    Technical difficulties making it impossible to stream fluently without lag interruptions and skipping frames or dropping stream entirely for just a millisecond but just enough to grief a majority of gameplay. Really unmotivating and @rogers has pretty much done nothing to help

    @RogersHelps Then in late June...saw several Rogers installs happening in my area. So called back and asked why I was never called. Was told that agent should never have told me I was on a waiting list. Couldn't get an appointment for over a month.

    @RogersHelps is the worst internet provider with a terrible customer service. I won’t renew my contract even if they offer me a free internet for a year I called them today to fix a problem with payment. Not only they did not do it, they didn’t give an explanation

    @RogersHelps A 20+ year customer gets a competitive offer from one of the other wireless carriers. I call to see if you can match (or come close!) Was tsf to retention who said what I have is best they can do. Made no effort to keep me. Bye Rogers!
