Received my @Rogers bill w/ the credit for the outage. If 5 days of service = $16 then by their math, my monthly bill should be half the amount that it is🙄

@RogersHelps Ahhhh you're killing me. Multiple stores couldn't help and then phone girl said she couldn't help because her internet connection wasn't working. Transferred me and I've been on hold for over an hour. Trying hard not to be a Karen. 🆘
