@RogersHelps I have ignite internet at 500Mbps down, and right now it's 12kbps - this is not the first time, and the speed is always awful. And I have ignite pods, of which one doesn't work at all. I'm getting tired of this.

@Fidomobile @Rogers @FidoSolutions lost a full day of work last week due to rogers/fido outage and fido's only solution is to throw a few dollars my way and tell me I should have had business insurance. Hmm, should have had a different phone provider. #Telus
