It’s very frustrating when you decide not to call @RogersHelps to find out why your Internet is down but you go to their webpage that lists service disruptions. Lo and behold there’s nothing there about your area.

@DonnaPapacosta @RogersHelps FYI: They are using a loophole trick where they cancel your appointment and say it's an outage and when you call they say it's resolved and schedule for the next day. (Rinse and Repeat)

@RogersHelps We don't need tech support. We are unhappy that a technician cancelled an appointment at the last minute to set my father in law up with Internet and TV service because he didn't want to get rapid tested before entering the retirement home where my father in law lives.

@Rogers are you able to tell me if cable is down in postal code M1K4S4 zone? Ours is down and my neighbor too. Not sure if someone cut our cable wires in error or if area is down.
