@Rogers total dishonesty.They sold me the ignite package saying that I will be saving. In return I lost a lot of features including my home phone. Sales person never tell you everything, when you call they arrogantly tells me that’s the way it is cannot go back to my old service

@RogersHelps @BrookieBoo01 The fact you're not seeing issues is troublesome as I've received information 45 minutes ago from a live agent chat that there are issues in Maple.. Please be consistent with your messaging and help figure the root of the issue. 90% of us are working from home. We need internet.

@Rogers I am so disappointed. Rogers increased my monthly bill by $60 on my TV and internet package. I called customer service today to see what can be done to no help. Tomorrow I may have to cancel my cable.

@RogersHelps It's not even only about notifications set up anymore - I'm now seeing some new gateway issues from Rogers which I've never seen before so I'm completely locked out of accessing and managing my internet service. Confused & overwhelmed over here

We haven't had any internet service for almost 4 hours now. This really impacts our ability to take online orders. Spent some time with @Rogers on the phone, we were told there was an outage in downtown Kitchener, but that was it. Any updates, @Rogershelp?
