    @RogersHelps 8+ hours without phone service is unacceptable. That is NOT a small problem. That is a huge inconvenience. We are in a lockdown and people working from home need phone service! People waiting for covid results need phone service. We passed ridiculous hours ago!

    @RogersHelps I am not one of those experiencing "intermittent" service. Service has been completely dead for half the day now. no intermittent service at all.
