I have to give credit where credit is due: @RogersHelps lived up to its name tonight. Got confirmation that the issue I encountered is an actual issue (as opposed to me being bad at tech haha), set up w/ temp solution + plan moving forward. 11/10 on customer service tonight.

@RogersHelps I was with Fido then I switched the Carrier. I think Fido is owned by Rogers. Someone from your sales team from Montreal reached out to me with an exclusive offer. I was skeptical due to scams happening nowadays. But I confirm by calling your customer care if it was legit call.

@RogersHelps It was the call from rogers. Woah was not expecting this from you guys. You did not even ask me about my mobile number and redirected me to Fido🤦. What should I expect if you can not give support to the guy you are selling.

@Rogers your virtual assistant Anna isn’t helpful; was transferred to customer service & have been waiting for 25 minutes for a rep to come online. At the same time my husband has been on hold for 1.25hours without anyone picking up the line. Horrible service. So disappointed.
