    @RogersHelps I would like a cell phone carrier to never have so many phone calls that they have an automated message saying We are too busy, Call back Another Time. I pay handsomely for your services that customer service should come to my house. Forget it. I've lost faith in Rogers

    @RogersHelps Cell/LTE in my area has been down for 18+ hours since the storm. When is the tower going to be fixed? With the amt we pay in services this should be no longer than a few hours to have it fixed.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers my Internet isn’t working, I checked the outage online and it says there’s none. I already restarted my modem and there are rogers truck in the area? So not sure what the issue is

    @RogersHelps We’ve waited hours on hold. This is a Rogers issue as it’s all customers with Rogers having these issues in our area what a joke
