    Hello @RogersHelps, I've been down again for some time. Still waiting for an answer - you charge an arm and a leg for your service, I expect my bill to be discounted when you can't keep it online.

    @RogersHelps Well almost 9 hours and still not able to fix it ? I Hope your technical team is not on vacation ? Not able to sign important documents as to open the file passcode is coming through SMS.
