    @Rogers Internet out hours per day. CSR says multiple modems in area "way out of spec". Tickets closed "no fault found." Do you not understand "intermittent"? You have to investigate WHILE THE PROBLEM IS HAPPENING.

    @Rogers Your customer service people suck, this girl, just totally disregarded everything we said, and talked over us and interrupted us. Just was extremely rude and had a huge attitude problem. Switching providers tmr, terrible service and customer service.

    People who pay for #cableTV @comcast @Rogers are idiots. You pay for a service where they force-feed you commercials AND charge you outrageous fees for trash! At least with a subscription based service you don't get commercials! So don't F this up #Netflix

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @RogersBiz I and my husband have been on call today for 6 hours to get as frivolous of a service as transferring internet connection to our next condo. I talked to 14 agents noone solved my problem and Infact disconnected my internet that I am still pying for

    @RogersHelps worst service ever. I cancelled tv and home phone. Still getting billed for a service I don’t have. Have called 6 times no one can help.

    @RogersHelps Got a good deal from @Bell they're coming Monday..Truth is you guys never upgraded anything for years never offered any deals to keep a long time customer... Let this be a warning to all TV companies if you don't offer your existing customers tv promos too.. they will leave!!!
