Hey @rogers how many times do I have to call to get a simple account and phone upgrade? It's now two weeks and a dozen calls and still no resolution. What more do I need to do to give you my money? By far the worst customer experience I've had with a mobile provider.

  • fostersarah Sarah Foster (@fostersarah) reported

@RogersHelps Hey there! Don’t know if you can help me. The data on my phone doesn’t work when I’m in Downtown Kincardine (Ontario). I didn’t have this problem when I was with Bell. I may have to switch back if there’s no fix. I tried turning off WiFi and disabling 5G

  • ajaxgolfer Roland Schlichting (@ajaxgolfer) reported from Ajax, Ontario

@RogersHelps my internet bill just went up 32% (+$30) month over month. This is not cool. My service has not change. Can you please help. I’ve been a customer for 30 years.

Found out that Rogers has been stealing our money for 7 months. Charging me for a service which we terminated long ago. I'm owed close to $800 & I'm jumping through hoops to get my money back?! What's wrong with this picture? @Rogers @RogersHelps Are we needing to hire a lawyer?

  • DavidCamham1 David_Cam_ham (@DavidCamham1) reported

@godless_mom @jwesthora @Rogers Wow. I always assumed Australia was expensive for mobiles. I'm paying $55 a month for unlimited calls, texts and 40G a month. That's on Telstra, the most expensive network but with best coverage. Prices only go down from there.

  • emrmrose Emily Rose (@emrmrose) reported

@Rogers Rogers is known for the worst connection in the province. We make fun of your clients. I might switch, if I didn’t have to stand on my roof for 1 bar.

@Rogers Jesus Christ rogers 6 hours off and I'm going in and out now with no help. Get it together this is why people prefer bell. This is a monthly occurrence for me

  • MoSaliem Mo (@MoSaliem) reported

@RogersHelps Why are you responding on here while messaging me? At least wait until the issue is resolved please
