@RogersHelps I am waiting since last 2 days to know the rejected reason, if you have capability to find from @Likewize kindly provide to me. Otherwise please ask them without providing any reason to the customer why they are rejecting? Thanks for your help

  • teledyn mrG (@teledyn) reported

@David_Moscrop I feel so sorry for @Rogers, they worked so hard to get the top spot! What has @loblawco ever done to take down the economy? Small change compared to a #rogersoutrage!

  • Rizi31071359 Rizi (@Rizi31071359) reported

@markblei @andyboyce2404 @RogersHelps Respectfully ROGERS should have set up a fail over connection. Don't blame the consumer, they are paying for a service, it's the providers responsibility to provide what is promised "Canada's most reliable connection"

  • ProgressiveYow YOW Progressive (@ProgressiveYow) reported

Last weeks @Rogers outage was saved by @SpaceX Starlink, but @Ubiquiti dropped the ball as their UDM pro still only supports failover and NOT load balancing when using two ISPs. This was a launch feature, get on it!

  • JChed1 FatGandalf (@JChed1) reported

@DarikMaurice @Rogers This is a joke right? Someone I know lost out on 2.5K worth of work because of the outage. 🤯

  • wendellmom Wendellmom..CDN.Liberal damn proud! Human/Cat mom. (@wendellmom) reported

@TorontoMommie @Rob16921 @RogersHelps This is like the 4th time they’ve been here in the last 6 months. I have never had this many issues before. Damn damn!

  • BEVIH201 BEVIH20 (@BEVIH201) reported

@Rogers Just spoke to Rogers about compensation and retaining me as customer. One day credit (even though I was out for 3) and no attempt to retain me whatsoever. “Other companies have outages too” is what I was told. Last chance Rogers. Leaving for Bell store in 1 hour.

  • RubyDee74692069 Ruby Dee (@RubyDee74692069) reported

@Fido @Rogers And on the 5th day, my internet connection finally works. What kind of compensation are you planning to give your internet customers who suffered through slow and non-loading websites, zero information about what went wrong?
