So this is very shocking and surprising of the turnaround time for the new phone I was quoted was 1 to 2 weeks. Shocked it arrived TODAY!!!!! WOW @Rogers and @RogersHelps have REALLY cleaned up there customer service act.

@The_IT_Nerd @Rogers That really, really sucks! Not that this is a solution for everyone and not that this ought to be necessary but the bright side is that with things like libraries and coffee shops open again it isn’t necessarily a total day ruiner (vs during the height of lockdowns)

@RogersHelps This doesn’t even seem like a real response. It seems like a bot. Yes I am “frustrated”. The status of the outage isn’t my problem. I KNOW the status of the outage since IM EXPERIENCING IT. The issue is you guys not doing ANYTHING about it.

@Rogers Fix your garbage service like holy. How are you gonna charge anybody monthly when it goes down for 3 out the 4 weeks of the month. If I had a choice, I’d leave this waste of money internet service if I had a choice. I hope rogers gets sued for fraud cause that’s what it is now.
