  @RogersHelps what the heck is going on at Roger’s call centre. I’ve been calling multiple times per day since July 8 to advise of a move this Friday. I can’t ever get a person and the calls eventually after authenticating tell me to call back at a later date. Stores can’t help?

  @RogersHelps Your customer service is the worst of the worst. I was at a Roger's store yesterday and they helped me send an email to the complaints department. Said they would contact me in 24hrs. I was at the store yesterday morning and still no callback 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  @RogersHelps How can I? Most of the time you go through the verification and then it says that they are too busy and hangs up. I had to call the sales department and get her to put me through. After support answered, he wasn’t helpful at all. I asked to pass me on to the cancellations.
