Don’t even bother calling @Rogers about continuing issues with cable. They’re not taking calls at the moment. The recording simply says they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes and to call back at a later time. Good bye! GREAT CUSTOMER CARE!

@RogersHelps ignite tv is glitching again. Cutting in and out and freezing. Get this fixed, started at 6:30pm in Whitby Ontario. Your bandwidth has become trash. Fix it. You better be crediting an entire month

@RogersHelps You say service is restored but how do you expect anyone to watch TV when it pauses every 30seconds. Pauses and starts every 30 seconds. This is frustrating and not acceptable. It’s been 4 days now. I’m expecting a full refund for each day this goes on. Get your act together!😡

@RogersHelps IgniteTV is garbage! Since Friday, half the channels won’t load. When they do the sound cuts out all the time, or (even worse) the video just freezes. I reset the ignite box everyday, restoring your subpar service. Thx for the rebate for Friday though! #rogersoutage
