    @EmersonByy @Rogers Think of how many people have to work remotely and can’t today because of their **** up.. so we have to give a days wage but they can’t give us a free month?

    @michaelcoren @Rogers If you call their customer service number and sit on hold for an hour and a half, they will (eventually) give you a credit.
