    @internet_fukboi @RogersHelps Ironically, this time it really WAS the modem, which apparently died yesterday morning. The Rogers person who just came ended up replacing it and the problem was fixed. I can’t believe that after 20+ times or so of it NOT being the modem, this time it actually was!

    @Rogers partly but my problems have been since there was infrastructure upgrades in my area ever since then my connection has been spotty to non existent. a technician came out during an outage to tell us it was the outage's fault that we had a weak signal

    @RogersHelps hm .... I honestly don't believe you This isn't a new problem & I am not the only one experiencing it. Rogers is already fully aware a DM won't do anything that many calls haven't FIX IT

    It’s always nice to be on hold with @RogersHelps for over an hour and forty minutes, only to be hung up on. Chat and message options are no help (no replies back). Making me second guess my activation. #Rogers #customersupport

    @Rogers can kiss my ***, literally the WORST phone company to be with. Definitely switching companies today cause I can’t deal with their scamming selves .

    @RogersHelps Any issue in Angus Ontario with mobile wireless? As of a couple hours ago there appears to be no signal at all - it's like the area cell site (s) are not broadcasting? Problem is noted on a BB Key2, and wi-fi works fine, no SIM error indicated, just 'no service' indicated.
