I’m a 30+ year @Rogers (business) customer and they txt me that my cell (or I sometimes) connects too frequently to the Rogers-EXT service (new @Bell antenna across the lake) and threatens me with restrictions to that service….smart marketing move Rogers. 🙄🤔

Beware. Just upgraded to @Rogers Ignite which is really a service downgrade. My old Hitrun router was rock solid. Now I'm getting 4-8 outages a day with each outage lasting 3-5minutes. Rogers has been looking at the problem for over a week with no resolution.

@matthewp83 @Rogers We had the slightly slower speed service with 150/10 megabits download/upload speeds. Now 300/15 in speed tests, which is higher, but the increased speed is not noticeable. Outages are making gaming/zoom/browsing painful. Ping seems slower as well but anecdotal.

@gamerhales @RogersHelps Company is swindling money. They are gonna lie and say a wire was cut but it happens every week. Disconnect your service with rogers and try bell. They are faster and dont swindle money while lying

@Luciferine @Rogers Its rogers. They're always down every week. Change providers. I suggest everyone else does the same. A company like this should not be in service. They have way too many techincal issues and they are so lazy to work on them
