  @RogersHelps Well the phone lines are going down in the technical support team. Being disconnected every 16 to 19 minutes and I’m 4 deep in queue on the chat. We need to declare this an outage on TV NOW!!!!! This has been a problem since 11am Central Time.

  @gfliverpool9966 @RogersHelps Progressively worse since Saturday full outage since Sunday 10pm. My original ticket was closed as resolved w no notice but new streetwide ticket created. Still ongoing check outages page every hour and see projected completion extend 1 more hour. Solidarity

I cancelled all my services after being a loyal 48year customer. For whatever reason they most recently say I owe over $3000 on fees and

  Despite requesting service disconnection and being assured by customer support that the SIM would be deactivated and charges adjusted, I continue to receive bills with additional charges. Please investigate and resolve this immediately. @Rogers @RogersHelps #rogersscam

  @Rogers Team, hello team, i lost my sim & wallet including my ids, debit-credit cards. Pls do needful to block my sim on priority. a scammer will try to re-issue my number with the help of their networks inside roger’s shop. Im not in canada now & i wont come back to canada.

  @Martyupnorth @Rogers gives more to their NEW customers then they do to people who have been with them for 20+ years. worst company in Canada.
