@RogersHelps How are you going to credit non Rogers customers who also had their lives on hold due to banks, stores, etc all not able to accept our debit cards? You proved once again how this country is in bad need of competition. Enough with you idiots having a monopoly on it all.

@coraliew @RogersHelps Oh yes, they will nickel and dime us, make us languish waiting on customer ‘service’ 🙄, and try their utmost to blame the customer and reimburse zero.

@RogersHelps Wireless service has returned. However, still no home internet or ignite television. Having to tether my phone to get some work done that was missed yesterday isn’t great. Especially with the file sizes I need to move.

After yesterday's @Rogers outage I think a lot of risk managers will be rethinking their strategies and dependance on internet. We've gone so digital we have left traditional backup measures behind. #riskmanagement

@IronOmie @dm_tats @Rogers If this wasn't a cyberattack, someone screwed up. Whether it's a mistake in coding with a software update or some other issue, someone made an error that translated into what happened. The person fired maybe a scapegoat, but there's no way this went down without a firing.
