    @Rogers I have now been waiting for 1 hour 17 minutes just to look at changing my mobile plan and get a new phone for one of the numbers. If you don't fix this 100%, basically kiss my ***, then I am walking away form you and pray that you go under....

    @Rogers Great to see Rogers cheering on Team Canada. 🇨🇦 It would also be great if loyal customers trying to cancel a line didn’t have to sit on hold for over an hour. Customer service should be as strong as our team. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have already contacted technical support multiple times. I waited for over 2 hours on the phone, and a ticket was created. Today I also waited over an hour in the Anna online chat queue. I started at around 95 people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the system suddenly ended the chat without connecting me to an agent. That was extremely frustrating. My internet has now been down for 2 days, I had to take leave from work because I work from home, and the earliest technician appointment I was offered is Monday. I don’t think this level of service is acceptable. Please escalate my case and advise what Rogers will do regarding compensation for the service outage and the loss it has caused.     @Rogers @RogersHelps I have called companies that have 10 fold the customer base you have and never have I heard "we have too many calls, call back another time". There is no another time. You've made my decision that much more clear

    @RogersHelps I am a new customer. The QR code I received didn’t connect properly. My account from my previous carrier is disconnected so I can’t make or receive calls or texts. The salesman who set up my account with my nickname and not Patricia (my legal first name. /1

    @RogersHelps I've called twice today to help set up move for my mom who's a senior and both times saying too busy that I call back later. Thats ridiculous- ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. FYI - I do have a life and having to call back & go thru the upteem prompts to only get hung up on..
