The area has been without internet for more than 48 hours—we have no internet! No one is telling us when the service will be restored. We need the internet back as soon possible

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps I disconnected my tv from my wifi network and reconnected it. The signal is apparently better according to my app from Rogers so we'll see if this issue stops happening. It has happened a few times during baseball games in 4K!

The new system moves to a standby screen at 5 hours if it thinks no one is watching it. My old mom does not know know how to channel the move the remote to stop this from happening. It has ruined TV for her.
