@wilmot786 @mack3636 @Rogers I complained about the wait time and they suggested that the schedule a call back feature or using the web chat are the quickest ways to get service.

@Rogers Reconciliation is great. Now if only you had cell service in my living room in a close-in suburb of Canada’s third largest city I wouldn’t have fired you.

Been with @Rogers for years. They couldn’t give me the same deal I’ve had for my internet. Being a loyal customer doesn’t mean anything anymore. That’s fine. I cancelled my services. Good riddance.

The worst part of getting a new phone is having to check @Rogers work to make sure I'm getting what they said I would get. I've never had to not call them to straighten things out. On the plus side, I eventually get what I was promised.

@Rogers hey folks I realize you have a region outage since last night and are ‘on it’ but gotta tell ya, an aerospace student in the midst of exams is going to have a breakdown. We’ve lived with spotty service the entire pandemic, but there is no other option for uni students atm

Wow… @RogersHelps Once my term is up, I am taking my business elsewhere. I defended the company and remained a customer for 12 years. And this is what happens? Absolutely pathetic. Can’t get with the times. That’s your fault. Maybe Bell or Telus will be better options?
