@Rogers I'm okay keeping this in the public eye, can't imagine why you're not. I spoke to a call centre in Moncton this AM, was advised a same day service call was likely as we reside in mid-town Toronto. Was also told an area problem didn't exist. Lucky us! Alas nobody has shown.

Attention @Rogers customers who have switched to 'Ignite' you may be unaware that when your internet is down, your cable TV & streaming services go down too. We've been without any since whatsoever since early this morning. WTF @Rogers? #upsetcustomer
