@AboutRogers @Rogers I appreciate the letter, but a day’s fees is not compensation, that’s just a refund for services not provided. Compensation is something of value to “compensate” for the inconvenience caused, and we all deserve something! Your outage was unacceptable, as is your response.

@KittyJerkface @Rogers @RogersHelps Sadly this is a problem created by governments. Unfortunately Rogers is only accountable to thier customers. That's the issue here. Also it's a fact that no technology can be up 100% of the time. There needs to be redundancy. Obviously this situation needs to be fixed.

@RogersHelps Things STILL are not functioning properly!! Intermittent service is affecting E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G (incl. things like Google, Play store, Galaxy Store, apps, etc. etc. PLUS it forced use of data and what about those who DON'T have data plan at all (ie: seniors, due to cost!)!😡

@CTVToronto @rogers system is NOT back online to the full extent. Internet is slow and most HD TV channels are showing “unavailable- please try again later.” And the HD channels with a signal are pixelating so bad as to be unwatchable. Bring in the American providers.

@RogersHelps Rogers can SMM/email and billing information, and everything else that benefits the Rogers corporation. The resources to provide services updates on many platforms! With more services being readily available, pay attention to the customer. Look up, I see a satellite in my future.
