    Yet again on hold with @siriusxmcanada customer service! this is my 2nd-3rd calls on a radio signal issue in a month! Promised a reset signal to fix & calls from supervisors to chat about issue but to no avail of callbacks! They are worst than @Bell_Support /@RogersHelps !

    Boyfriend has been on the phone with @Rogers/@RogersHelps for OVER TWO HOURS. We aren't even trying to cancel, just want to transfer existing service to the new apartment. what ********?

    @RogersHelps 1+ month to resolve a double billing issue by Rogers with no rspsibility on their side They kept charging interest & penalty Who will penalize Rogers for doing this ? Innumerous hrs spent on phone & chat just to fix a mistake by Rogers @CRTCeng @CanadianPM
