I guess @Rogers will just opening up new accounts in your name at the same address for the same services. They will also tell you they can't cancel without an investigation as to why you have multiple accounts for the same service. The money grab has started.

@blurrnz @JayCanada10 @Rogers Overall, Canada actually has terrible phone plans. Like, some of the worst in the developed world. We only have a few major telecom companies and the government puts a lot of barriers in place for foreign companies to come in so we play pretty absurd prices here

@RogersHelps internet down in Etobicoke and your customer service is single handedly the worst I have ever experienced lol can't get a genuine answer whether they are on site or not... "Just that if they are on site they won't take long"

@RogersHelps is it proper for your online Tech support agent to ask for your personal myrogers account password when trying to troubleshoot? This does not seem proper from a security standpoint... Feel free to comment on this matter
