    So @Rogers I followed this instruction & was looped through automated services that will not connect me to a person bc I'm not the customer. I'd like an actual call telling me when you'll remove the cable running across the front of my home. Unbelievable you didn't ask permission

    @UberJumper @Rogers Might be faster to open a new line and then cancel the old one. This is one area they really need to improve.

    @Rogers why do i have to press buttons around for 6 minutes on the phone to get thru all the automated and ai assistance so i can speak to a real person?? and somehow after all this trouble there's "nobody to answer my call" so I gotta try again later?? ********???

    ya know where CANADA is in TROUBLE? Our MAJOR CANADIAN MEDIA GIANTS like @ROGERS @BELL rely on those people down south for 90% of their CONTENT. IF we stop being FREINDS it could COST these companies HUGE $$. So WHOSE SIDE are they on? They gonna EFF us UP to stay ALIVE????
