As a CS major with 30+ years exp. with startups to big conglomerates, I know small things may fall through the cracks sometimes despite adhering to best practices, but 2 successive major fowl-ups shows a cultural failure that will repeat.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers If your wireless works and is slow please don’t F in unplug and plug it in thinking the wifi would be fast. The fkin wifi stopped working altogether. Moving to 🔔 Soon.

    I don't know why @Rogers is saying things are fixed because it isn't. I can only access certain things, connection is slow, and can't connect to any games. It's been almost 2 whole days now, FIX IT. #RogersOutage

    @AboutRogers @Rogers I appreciate your effort, but my family and I still can't connect to Internet by using cellular data. We have to stay at home most of the day because your service is too unstable to keep us connected. We really need your service fully restored ASAP. Get the things done.
