Seriously @Rogers.... Ever since the mass outage, my connection has not been stable or reliable. We are going on day 3 now with unreliable internet. What is going on at #Rogers? @Bell is starting to look really good right about now.

@RogersHelps Yeah, phone is displaying LTE+ but won't load or do anything. Useless brick to me unless connected to WiFi. Your "bill credit" better include more than one day of disrupted service.

@Rogers your service is still having issues clearly. Not sure how a company so large can fail so miserably so often. #thismonthshouldbefree

@RogersHelps So far that's 3 days you owe us and counting. It shouldn't take so long to fix a technical issue.

@RogersHelps We are on day 3 and calls are dropping. Still not full service. Brutal. 3 days to fix an issue is unacceptable.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Mobile phone is working, but I have zero home internet or cable. Which is great when I work from home. Can’t connect with anyone in customer service.

@Drew20202020 @RogersHelps That never goes down, that is a whole different system funny how the service prices are not going down either not much of a deal either.

@RogersHelps Download capabilities that allow streaming and viewing even basic websites is down. Other ISP cannot call rogers landlines. Leaves them with an unavailable notice. This hinders medical clinics or emergency contact lists if those are on other ISPs. Need an ETA now.

@Rob16921 @2jehan @Rogers You may not want Bell either as my neighbour called them 7 times, a technician finally came but kept leaving and coming back with a Timmies coffee. 2 hours later, he said he couldn’t fix the problem and left! Executive office couldn’t believe it!
