@RogersHelps @mwbernhardt I am in Eastbridge too. I spoke with tech support 35 minutes ago. A ticket has been escalated upwards at Rogers. Tech support told me that The more customers who call in and report the issue the faster it will be dealt with

@RogersHelps $120 a month for internet. You would think for charging pricing like that plus all the government help you guys get you would manage to hire enough techs to service somewhere all the way out in the boonies(Mississauga)

@Rogers Why is it that it's too much to ask when I ask for my internet to consistently function AT THE SPEED THAT I PAY FOR, instead of this watered down and heavily throttled speed you DELIBERATELY throttle me to? You're hands down the WORST provider IN THE WORLD!

I stg I never had problems with @TELUS. As soon as I switched to @RogersHelps problems after problems. I hate it. I’m going back to Telus.
