Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported@Rogers: It's bad enough that I had to wait over an hour on hold to speak to a rep, but when I finally got to the rep, their Indian accent was so thick they were hard to understand. Also, they didn't seem proficient with their job, often resulting in several minutes of dead air.

JQP (@JohnQPublic100) reported@Rogers I just got hung up on while trying to buy from you. Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Must be nice to have that much business. @Bell are you busy?
-
Johan Huynh (@johanhuynhh) reported@Rogers Can we have a feature that I hang up 10 times in a row, there would never be a sales call ever from you? Do better!!!
-
Medeiros M (@Medeiro34452245) reported@RogersHelps Everything is fine, it's your techs who don't know if they are doing, I live in the car Longwood area nothing wrong with the building it has something to do with your network, if you don't fix it soon I am cancelling rogers and going with bell

Lovenya Jain (@lovenyajain) reported@Rogers - the plan was to be cancelled 16th July EOD, as discussed. You cancelled as soon as the 16th started. I have a flight back, and now I have no SIM network, data, nothing. Can't reach out to you guys, because you don't provide any email id, support page loops into signin
-
vish (@vishy1978) reported@RogersHelps Checked to make sure it’s right and hung up as I’ve been on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. You guys need to sort that out. Can’t expect people to wait so long to get help
-
Your choice may not be mine & that's ok! 💙💚🌬 (@jmw52) reported@RogersHelps Again I am not a tech person or tech support I have no idea what the equipment is you've provided me with. Pretty sure the little pucks or receivers or whatever they are or just connected HDMI and then a small pin for power
-
C (@ConorCPaterson) reported@RogersHelps my home internet keeps going out at least once a week and no one can tell me what the issue is! Chats aren’t responsive. Can someone please help?

Brockus (@BrockWarkentin) reported@mattsekeres @Rogers @CorusPR They don't see it, they never saw it & I am sure the unfortunate people being laid off some how accept their sacrifice for their more Enlighted Toronto comrades. The irony is Brian Mulroney's talk show is probably the last thing left that gives Corus any relevance.
