    @Rogers - it’s disappointing after waiting 100 minutes in chat support queue TWICE- chat got disconnected when my queue wait list was 1.. upsetting and appalling I would have not bothered and waited this long had it not been important and if virtual bot has answered my query.

    @RogersHelps what time is a human available if I call in regarding a tech support problem. Restarting my box doesn’t fi the problem.

    @RogersHelps This is a new one… After 2.5 hours on hold and multiple transfers between CSRs for a simple issue, the final CSR refused to escalate to a manager and refused to provide me a case number or his CSR number. I’m at a dead end. Awful customer “service”
