    @lizzyh_ @RogersHelps I had the same issue for over 5 years. Just switched to a bell fibe line on our phone line and there have been 0 speed or connection issues since switching.

    Hey @rogershelps. I find it interesting that as a new customer, you think that a $700 monthly bill is normal and that a mistake wasn’t made when I was being brought on board.
