Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported@Rogers About 2PM yesterday. My service is STILL down, and I have now lost count at the number of service restoration times your website has given me now. It changes every hour. I can't do business with no internet.
-
WeTheNorth (@deeprathi) reported@Rogers The problem is that your network is having enough speed to browse that portal 😡 and it’s not today. It’s ever green. I loggged a ticket a year or so ago and is still open but no one bothered to even close the ticket ; leave aside resolve
-
Deny Sullivan 🇨🇦 (@DenySully) reportedTrying to cancel @Rogers plan and the agents keep dropping the call before it can be completed. Always after they pitch counter-offers. Extremely shady

name can't be blank (@J0hnHaw3s) reported@RogersHelps YES!! One of our TV boxes went kaput..as they've done previously. The poor guy on the phone did everything he could to fix it, but like times previous, it failed. Now we have to go through the same routine on the phone, to get what we should have in the first place, a visit from a tech to replace the box!!! Rogers makes it as DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING AS POSSIBLE to get service..why don't you have a call back feature? This is 2026, you're a communicatins company..I don't get it.

Andres Franco P (@jahbessingss) reported@Rogers Rogers Communications, I live in Edmonton, in the Stillwater neighborhood. The area has been without internet for more than 48 hours—we have no internet! No one is telling us when the service will be restored. We need the internet back as soon as possible; this situation

Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedThanks @Rogers... Your website said that service would be back by 7 PM... 7 PM comes around, and now it's saying 8 PM. Seriously, you need to do better. I'm sick of the constant false advertising from your company! #CRTC

Ann (@Yvrscribe) reported@RogersHelps my elderly mother's landline doesn't work nor does her TV. Her phone is literally her lifeline. We called and said a technician would come by Tuesday. This is not acceptable. Please help us.

Shreyas S (@Shreyas87139893) reported@Rogers your live chat is equally pathetic. I am always queue number 50 and above. Do I have to wait 2 hours every time to resolve my network issues ? Cant reach an agent. On call since morning, wait times 2 hours already.
