    If only service providers were forced@to provide a way of canceling services online without having to speak to someone… instead I’ve spend 3 hours waiting for @Rogers to cancel my services….

    @Rogers Hello. I just found out that you guys have been charging me for four years for a Huawei tablet that I have never even seen, let alone used. I never use tablets. Who do I speak with to get a full refund. Interest also please. I have never seen this on my bill anywhere.

    @Rogers strategic method of dropping customer service calls when things aren’t going to their liking is disgusting if not criminal. Nothing more than a conglomerate of money hungry villains.

    @RogersHelps Ya, a few more hours apparently. Tech department tells me to contact billing about a refund & billing dept. says they have no record of an outage in my area! 😡#frustration! Waste of time! Using other telecom’s wifi at gym! #MondayMorning
