    @Rogers your ignite service is a joke why is it every two weeks I have issues with your service!? Spent 3 hrs on the phone last weekend and looks like I’ll be doing it again today. Very likely I’ll cancel my service with you and go to your competitor.

    I called @Rogers and said wait time 8 minutes and asked for a call back, I did and before I hang up I got a call back from saying that I'm next!!!!!

    @Rogers Someone with some sense of customer service can take care of my case ? Moved Oct 14 to a new condo in Cambridge, Ontario, scheduled technician in advance (3 weeks before moving) and he could not install wifi because some cable connection. My case - C181229484

    On Wednesday all of my Ignite TV Recorded and Scheduled shows disappeared, it won't let me record anything new, dealing with @RogersHelps support 3 times has been painful and still unresolved. Worse: when you enter your email for a chat transcript it is never delivered. 1/5 stars

    Is it just me or does the @NHL seem like they are desperate to make money with the digital changing board ads that screw up watching the game, jersey ads and the fact they see tv rights to companies like @RogersBiz for the money despite @Sportsnet has the worst streaming app?

    @RogersHelps Still no internet service in leslieville. Been out since Thursday night, it was supposed to be back up within 24 hours according to your tech support. What the heck is going on lol. This had made for a very boring weekend off.
