    @RogersHelps Nope - not at all. I get appointments fill up fast but to simply cancel my appointment because my “modem reset it’s self an hour before the service call” is unacceptable. Especially because there was no call to see if we actually had functioning wifi.

    @Rogers why did you change my mom (senior) bill from 170 to 200 out of the blue? Bad customer service when new customers get better treatment then lifers. Breaking promises … Tell me whats your experience with #Rogers
