Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Augustlands Alphonse Williams (@Augustlands) reported

@Rogers Just so you know, it is only after someone has been in an accident or had some medical problem that they'd use their cell phones. More coverage therefore doesn't make them 'safer'.

  • KeithGlobal Keith Jolly (@KeithGlobal) reported

Just saved ~$150/month by calling @rogers to reconfigure our complete home/family TV/internet/phone/mobile package. No diminution of service. A1 #CustomerService from a diligent person. Customers need to call to fully review - pricing efficiencies are never advertised. #rogers

@cath22cath @Rogers Unfortunately our house is one of only two on the street and Bell didn't bother to update us to fiber. There's other ISP's but they all just contract service through Bell and Rogers infrastructure anyway so that's not a viable option.

@Rogers Perhaps if you invested in arts & humanities, you'd have better customer service and hr policies.

@RogersHelps There seems to be an internet outage on the Hamilton mountain in the Upper Wellington and Towecrest area. Could we please get a status update or an acknowledgement of the outage? Thx

@Rob16921 @Rogers That sucks! We have a fiber optics company in Windsor...they lay their own cables. As far as I know they are independent. We switched over to them about 3 years ago and have never had any problems. And our internet, the only time is was down there was a city-wide 1/

  • ananasingar Anas Ingar (@ananasingar) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks, I finally got a customer service supervisor to schedule another appointment through live chat. He was very understanding and nice. I'll send a DM if I get stood up again. Hoping for the best.

postal code was listed as a problem area. I’ve been in contact with Matthew a very pleasant Rogers representative who was nothing but terrific. Unfortunately, he told me @rogers cannot search PAST issues. They cannot look at my history. Of course they can track client history.
