I lost my home internet connection few hours ago, thanks to @Rogers. I called the support @RogersHelps and they're going to send a technician in 2 days. Fun part is I'm working from home. Rogers struggles to provide reliable service and support.

Been on and off the phone with @RogersBiz for over 2 hours for them to treat me like I haven’t been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. They are literally asking me to move to @Bell_Support at this point.

If you call @rogers you will get a call center in #Canada. @bell and @Bell_Support is in the Philippines. Even the National Channel Support (NCS) team is located overseas. You can not get help from a #bellcanada rep in Canada. #fail

@Rogers isn’t the best, of course, but at least there are conversational agents in Canada who can generally help with issues beyond explaining how call waiting works. @bell scripted and untrained agents at the overseas BPO offer little assistance to customers.

@Musaic2 @Bell @Rogers I'm moving soon so then. Never in my life have I had this poor of service. They lie to cover their asses as well.

@WillFlynn94 @Rogers They should give you a discount or a couple free months or something for the amount of trouble you’ve gone through
