@Rogers pure comedy, @Rogers chat agent can't help me, but they called me to connect me with the proper team, and that redirect immediately gave me the same "currently closed" message and hung up. maybe they should reconsider mass layoffs?

When I was out tonight my cell must've been jostled—got home & internet access was disconnected. Called @Rogers for tech service. Spent 51 mins on hold, gave up, called back, waited another 44 mins. WASTE OF MY TIME. Inexcusable lack of tech service due to Rogers' mass layoffs.

@DaleDisill @MapleLeafs @Rogers That's never gonna happen and as I said they don't give a **** what you have to say about them

@RogersHelps I'll be sure to give that a go when I have cell service again

@AmanRattanpalX @Rogers Never believe them. Was paying close to $200 a month for internet (no cable) as an existing customer - no reductions. Switched and when I called to cancel, they offered me $65 a month if I signed a locking in contract for 3 years, where they could increase it back at will

Once again @Rogers @RogersHelps service appears to be down in my area

@RogersHelps The irony of a response 3 days later when service issues were impacting my connectivity is exactly the root of the problem I’m highlighting. Yes it’s figured out

@RogersHelps Doesn't matter though I've already had to come home and **** up my entire day for this, thanks!

@RogersHelps i was able to reach someone in sales, and they were kind enough to explain that your system routes support based on area code not based on the actual location of the customer account. because i have 604 mobile numbers and live in ontario, i can only call after 12pm...

I'm officially done with @rogers. I've had Xfinity cable service for a month out of the last five months. I was a Rogers cable subscriber for the last 16 yrs until my cable box died in Dec. When you order the Xfinity box, they don't tell you that you need their Internet, too. 🙄
