@NickGerz14 @RogersHelps Yeah I'm equally frustrated. I'm spending a considerable amount more as I also have my two university kids on my plan as well. Rogers overall is just going downhill with their service and that includes Ignite.

@RogersHelps I spent a good half hour thinking I did something wrong with the settings while walking the dog. Based on all the responses, it's not intermittent and wow I didn't realize it was an issue for hours. I'm just waiting for this Covid situation to settle down, then onto Bell I go.
