    @RogersHelps I certainly do not feel valued when you are offering no solutions to stay. I was told by the “customer service” rep there was nothing more to do. When I advised that I would take my business elsewhere, he replied that “maybe” someone could call me within 48 hours. What is that??

    @Sportsnet has THE worst service as a streaming platform for hockey. Never thought I’d say it but @Rogers NHL Live did a better job, tenfold.

    @Rogers I am paying for content on @Sportsnet and the app is down. Again. It also often throttles down to standard def on FIBE Internet and 4K streamer. Most companies would be out of business with your level of customer service.@CRTCeng Do you know about this?? #rippedoff

    @RogersHelps Also sent you guys a DM. Please advise perhaps the company should look into hiring where people to handle social media support since people shouldn't have to wait 20 to 40 minutes for an answer on Facebook when it says you typically reply instantly. Thank you

    @RogersHelps unreal, internet is out again, you have service vans dotted down the street, "planned maintenance" according them, but can Rogers notify customers? Nope. Keep up being the worst ISP in Canada.

    Hey @RogersHelps, you aren't stepping up, this is purely about making more money. Even if one Telco build the Montreal infrastructure, all can use it with no additional cost to providers or customers. You now have no issue with BAI tactics now that its you?

    @RogersHelps If you were really saddened you would have fixed the issues that people have been complaining about for over a year ! 24/7 support desk is meaningless if there is no follow up and resolution to reported issues. How do you think I found your contact?? Repeat issues
