    Hey @RogersHelps TV service is still not restored in my area. My ignite TV is so choppy it’s unwatchable. Neighbours on Facebook community group are also having similar issues. Can’t call into technical support because it just hangs up on me saying no one can take my call. Help!

    @pinchrunner77 @CollingwoodJays Yup. I've been a very loyal @Rogers customer paying hundreds a month for all my services. If they can't even bother to update us on what's going on it may be time to switch. My tv was fine this morning and now completely out so the problem is worse? 🤯

    Hey @RogersHelps, what's going on with IgniteTV in Brampton? Received a new box today after the last one malfunctioned. It worked for less than two hours and now a blank screen. A hardware issue plus service disruption issues? Not cool, and that's putting it very nicely.

    @Rogers what kind of stupid **** is this....giving us back literally bus fare for the the inconvenience...yet we pay an arm and a leg for your services...do better Rogers...we all need to switch to a more reliable provider.
