    1 of 2: Could not be more frustrated with @Rogers. With cable, satellite and 2 phones, we spend a lot of money with them. Yet after my wife spent more than half an hour on phone to talk about consolidating our accounts, they said they couldn't help her.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Your Customer Support representative clearly told me that the extra $80.40 CAD charge, supposedly related to a “dishonoured cheque,” would be disputed and removed. I checked my bank transactions for the past 6 months and there has been no bounced or returned payment.

    I need assistance and I literally called 13 times within the past 2 hours, only to be given the runaround and get hung up on. I don't call Roger's for this exact reason. I need one simple question answered and your AI cannot help. What's going on over there? @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps @Rogers How can your representative promise that this would be disputed, but now no one is taking responsibility ? WHAT A SCAM I’ve already spent almost an hour dealing with this and don’t have another hour to repeat the same issue.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Been with Rogers for over 20 years. Never seen it this bad. It’s sad and pathetic. Been trying for 3 days to speak directly to a customer service rep to go over a few things on my account. This AI agent system is a joke. I want to cancel my service!
