@Rogers It's back... just irritating to lose internet service in the middle of an important meeting. Reliability should be higher since we pay some of the highest prices in the world.

Absolutely brutal customer service from @Rogers today. Technician lied about attending our home for a service call, said he called but no call received. We’ve been up since 6AM waiting. Next available time is tomorrow when nobody is home. Is this how you treat customers?

@CRTCeng @Rogers @RogersHelps I am curious to understand why when I search for a show or movie on Roger's ignite even if I subscribe to a streaming service that offers the movie for free, I am prompted with a pay option, rent or buy. The example I can use today is Snowden. 🫣😬
