@RogersHelps I had a Rogers house abt 3 yrs ago (TV, internet, 2x cells) no landline. After 36-48 hrs no house internet & no cell service (batteries charged in car), I looked for options. Next door neighbours had same power outage, but cell (not Rogers) worked. No more 2 cells on 1 network.

@Rogers Now i will never use this network. And i will recommend others to not use it. No compensation even after this big u convenience you caused.

@RogersHelps I'm roaming on att mobile which relies on Rogers and it just says no service emergency calls only. If it should be resolved by now what do I do? I can't make any calls or do anything

@RogersHelps I don’t need any compensation but I am using 4 lines it spoiled my day as I am on 45 gb plan only for my work it was first day for work after a weekend I had to buy another connection from telus to do my work today as there was no option but this is ridiculous I will never buy..
