@rogers @rogershelps I've been without voice and data since I woke up this morning and it's severely limited my ability to perform my job from home. A 1-2hr outage is one thing, but an entire business day? Will you be issuing some form of a credit for impacted users?

@RogersHelps Not some.All of Rogers customers don’t have any wireless and voice services. I really hope Rogers will give everyone a kickback for this. The amount of businesses and individuals that rely on your service is insane. I haven’t even mentioned the ridiculous pricing for these.

@RogersHelps “Some” wireless customers? It’s millions! Just say it how it is Rogers. It’s very unfortunate that Rogers doesn’t know the cause and also can’t give an update on when service will resume. A complete circus!
