@Rogers will you be offering customers a credit? Unable to call EI, doctors, credit card companies or use data was total bullshit. With the amount our bills are there better damn well be something coming.

@RogersHelps 2/ Im busy do my job and the last thing I want to do is sit on hold to wait for your less than fantastic customer service to tell me that "they can't do anything and are sorry for the inconvenience".

@RogersHelps What do we get? Any compensation ? If we donot pay our bill due to our personal service interruption, do we just apology and pay after 24 hour? No right? Huge fine or service discontinue ..You better provide us compensation ..Rogers, fido and chatrs all affected..
