    @Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for more than a decade. My family, co-workers and friends who are all on your network have all noticed the same thing. Your service sucks badly right now. Across the board for weeks now. It’s shameful you won’t tell anyone what’s going on.

    @RogersHelps Yes. Flashes green for a couple mins and then solid white but it happens intermittently all day. Working from home and it’s very inconvenient. Currently on hold again with your tech support for 1 hr 8 mins

    @RogersHelps Good morning, I am still trying to get through to arrange a move. I called right at 9am this morning. After on hold for 2 hours and 11 minutes, they told me to hang up and try again!! How is it possible I could not have my call answered when calling at 9am???
