    I’m starting to see @Rogers customer service practices for what they really are. Have someone wait on hold for an hour, tell them a “manager” will call back by end of day, then make sure the manager DOESN’T do that. Then wait for the client call back and start the process over.

    @RogersHelps On your VoLTE FAQs, you state select devices can use VoLTE, but after the 3G bands are taken down does that mean devices with VoLTE but in that list won't be able to make calls? What's the list of "select devices that can use VoLTE"?

    @RogersHelps After an hour and a half of being on hold I gave up. Again how is this acceptable? Horrible customer service.
