@RogersHelps Are you going to help me? Or just keep giving me the run around I’ve been hearing for three years?

  • scoutkayaker Penny Baldwin-French ☮️ (@scoutkayaker) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Mmhmm. Well, Tony, we’ve had the same problem for three years. By your own admission a “known issue”. No ETA on when will be fixed. Nobody at either FIdo or Rogers willing to help. Just repugnant customer service.

  • arctic_rene René Ritter 💙💛 (@arctic_rene) reported

Trying to get a quote on @Rogers Internet bundle for a new home and, ironically, their site is down. How is your experience? Any suggestions for providers in #StJohns #NewfoundlandandLabrador?

  • starkinly Sara (@starkinly) reported

@Rogers I thought we were receiving a credit for that outage we had on July 8th? My bill is still for the full amount.

  • scoutkayaker Penny Baldwin-French ☮️ (@scoutkayaker) reported

@RogersHelps Well, that tweet didn’t age well. Asked me to fill in an online form AFTER being told we had weak and sporadic connectivity. Then attempted to refer me BACK to FIDO despite it being a Rogers network issue. That they have multiple open tickets on.

  • NicoleTanguay2 nicole (@NicoleTanguay2) reported

@RogersHelps rogers down again for the third time in less than a week. Come on some of us work from home.

  • ThatDaveMcG Dave? (@ThatDaveMcG) reported

@RogersHelps Your MasterCard service is atrocious. I was sent a letter asking me to call customer service, and now that I have, I've been left on hold for 20 minutes. What's the point in that? Why am I waiting for someone to tell me why I'm calling at all?
