    @RogersHelps I signed up to receive a notification when internet was restored, but it says it will only notify me during business hours. Why would an automated notification only happen during business hours? Will they stop trying to fix my internet at the end of the work day?

    @Rogers The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got a new connect from Rogers 3 months ago and they plan included a free tablet, which I never received till date. Even after many emails and phone conversations there is no one who is willing to help.

    @RogersHelps Well 5 1/2 hours on hold waiting for a tech support manager to pick up the phone. I listened to crappy elevator music & repeated message not to verbally abuse works until I couldn't any longer. I think @Rogers got hacked. Others having issues too. Server Maintenance, BS!

    @RogersHelps Did the bot thing online, did the human agent online, told to call tech support so I did that. Talked to TS agent who said they couldn't help but the manager could. Put me on hold for a TS manager.. 4.5 hours ago.. still on hold for said manager.
