  • sonrantos sonrantos (@sonrantos) reported

    @RogersHelps I was live chatting with one of your agents when I had a power outage. How do I get back on the chat without having to go on the queue again?

  • AimlessMatt Matthamatic 🇨🇦 (@AimlessMatt) reported

    @RogersHelps Can you direct me to someone who actually works with the ignite infrastructure? Someone who can at least understand the issue, and possibly even act on it. I get that you level one guys are non-technical. We need someone technical to look at this.

  • odmasada Goran (@odmasada) reported

    @rogers Thank you for giving my second long on hold experience of the afternoon a lame reggae soundtrack. Less irksome than the techno of the first on hold fail. I think if a human ever picks up, I will be less pissy than I was a half hour ago. I will just be broken.

  • odmasada Goran (@odmasada) reported

    @Rogers Do think it is good idea to play crap crankily techno music while I stay on hold for 20 to 30 min. to talk customer service about a billing issue? Did you not do call backs in the past? I will be in such a pissy mood when I talk to a human.

    @DeeJayMurph @RogersHelps Thats just plain rude. @RogersHelps #rogers

    @Wilnerness @Krasnopl @Rogers Goddamn you are insufferable. Equating robbing a bank to not having a mask on in a parking garage. Which rules?! Have you ever J-walked in your life? You cover baseball. The rules of the game are constantly being broken. It’s part of the game.

  • AimlessMatt Matthamatic 🇨🇦 (@AimlessMatt) reported

    @RogersHelps The thing is, I don’t need help with port forwarding, I need you to fix the broken ignite firmware so that I can port forward. This is not a me problem, this is a Rogers problem. You can’t help me, the forum can’t help me, open a ticket please.

  • mikelipsius Mike Lipsius (@mikelipsius) reported

    Hey @RogersHelps I signed up for Ignite and can't access the flex channels through the app or online because you allegedly are working to fix stuff. But It's been this way for awhile. When the hell's it getting fixed. Feeling bamboozled but I shouldve know better

  • floating06 Floating06 (@floating06) reported

    @RogersHelps internet randomly went out. Is there a outage right now?

  • Whassaabee Whassaabee (@Whassaabee) reported

    I truly do not recommend this new Ignite Wifi. Previously had the Gigabit modem without issues. This new modem resets on its own at random intervals. Have not had proper internet since I switched. @Rogers @RogersHelps
