    @JanetWordsmith @RogersHelps GOOD GRAVY! Almost 2 yrs? No longer have cable (and don't miss it). IDK if they're in your area, but my Internet is through @startca. They'll use existing infrastructure, but the cost is less and the support is *infinitely* better (and the people are a hoot!).

    Third @Rogers outage during work & school hours in 8 weeks. Countless troubles with work and kids’ online post-secondary schooling. Minor in the big picture, a real pain in the butt in the moment.

    @JanetWordsmith @RogersHelps I'd say you sadly have to book an afternoon off of work in order to deal with their customer service about anything ... So frustrating. Go straight to Customer Retention.

    @cardamomaddict @RogersHelps Yup, I'm at the stage of doing exactly the same thing. Which provider did you go with? (It took Rogers 22 months a couple of years ago to fix my landline!)
