    @RogersHelps Is there an outage in Orangeville? Landline/home phone not working (my mother's, not mine). Been on hold with Rogers for 35 min, also waiting for a live chat agent. Simple question, apparently not a simple answer. Horrible customer service!!

    @RogersHelps I got the alert today at 11 am I was part of a known outage issue what is going on it’s 7pm and still no service when will this be fixed
