  @RogersHelps After waiting on hold 2 hours, we got disconnected and he never called me back. No service ticket number for me to check.

  Gotta say The new @RogersHelps technical support AI actually makes calling for help more difficult. A simple request to exchange equipment took me repeating the request 6 times

  @SturdyHugh @RogersHelps Spot on Hugh A communications company that makes it so frustrating to actually communicate with them. Frustrate the customer so much they just give up trying.
