Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been down for hours. And I've been having connection problems for weeks. So, I'm wondering how I'm going to meet my clients today, which I need to do to earn money, so that I can pay $142.37 every months for your premier "Ignite" bundle.

@jasonwagar @RogersHelps Don't bother with the business upgrade. I’ve had it for years and service is just as bad as regular. I'm only tweeting because it's down again and I can't work.

.@RogersHelps tech support: “Our home Internet connections aren’t good enough to support Zoom and working from home, so you need to switch to a Rogers business internet account.”

@jasonwagar @Rogers @Google What can you do? Bell's fastest service in my area is 50MBPS and costs $95 month. Any other cable provider will use Rogers' infrastructure, and I'll just have to get them to call a Rogers maintenance guy bc the problem will still be there. Duopoly nightmare.

Congratulations @RogersBiz and @SamsungMobile you have managed to make a Bell and Apple customer out of me. Worst service experience ever

@RogersHelps Yes, you are correct, 30 yes is a long lime for a customer to be loyal to a company that has treated them with no respect and like garbage!

@gmbutts @Rogers Not sure what your gripe is. Kind of vague. Been with Rogers (after Bell) for several years now with cell phone and home modem line. Excellent service/cost in my experience. Of course we are all paying too much in Canada for internet services but that’s a different issue.

@JeremyJohnstonK @Rogers Man alive. Rogers just told me their residential service wasn’t “strong enough” to support Zoom, so I should pay more for a business line. Then told me their service was not compatible with @Google Wifi mesh networks.
