  @RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ How about some updates as to when service will be restored? I've gotta tell you, i have work closing shift tonight and it's real uncomfortable having to leave my wife and 2 young children at home with no way to contact me if something goes wrong.

  @Rogers any word when this issue will be resolved? We have had zero service since early am. Kinda need cell data while locked down with kids trying to homeschool and no data and intermittent wifi

Nationwide outage by a major courier who raises rates constantly with no benefit to the customer and totes itself as number one in reliability....No phone in/out nor can I access my voicemail. I am an emergency contact for elderly people in a pandemic.

  @RogersHelps @Rogers @Fidomobile anyone know when the heck this is going to be fixed? Over 13 hours without service or an answer as to when this is going to be fixed is completely absurd. Give your customers an answer
