    @The_Rae_Girl @Rogers I had the same problem. They ended sending tech to replace the "splitter" box that was chirping when signal got too low. You are not the only one. Trust me. I lost Cable and Internet for over a day.

    Hi @RogersHelps what’s the best way to follow up on a service call form Mom. I sent a chat message. No reply. No cable or phone service for customer, 84 years of age, since Wednesday at noon, now Friday at 6pm. Please advise best communication path to get status?

    @callmecaiti902 @RogersHelps Face ID sucks, and is not ideal during a pandemic. It doesn’t work when you’re wearing a mask, and is hugely inconvenient when you have to pull your mask down to be able to log in to anything. I miss being able to use TouchID on my iPhone.

    @RogersHelps I've been feeling like I'm pushing a boulder uphill with you guys trying to diagnose and figure out what is going on with the internet connection which inhibits my ability to use and enjoy the service that I pay for. Lack of clarity and communication has made me sour.

    Stupid morons @rogers asked me to remove my mask and look at a camera before buzzing me in to a store. Like wtf are you on about ? Switched to @bell right away.

    @RogersHelps I already called. You guys are going to take 4 days to rectify the issue. Tech guy said that it was problem with a Node in our neighborhood affecting 30 homes. We're switching to @Bell

    @RogersHelps is there an outage in L8T Hamilton? Have error code ref S0600 on digital cable and no internet. Can’t call or do anything to get in touch. Is there an outage?
