@RogersHelps trying to watch TV these past few days is a joke. 1 minute of sound with broken video to frozen pictures with sound or frozen screen and no sound. Enjoy about 1 minute of TV for every 10 minutes of viewing. Netflix runs with no problem on same wifi signal. Refund!!!

Seriously thinking of abandoning Rogers services. Clipping and cutting out of IPTV is terrible. Outage Friday was miserable. Was clipping badly in the past before the big outage as well. Complained previously. Somethings just never change. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps Been four days and tv still glitches, picture freezes, sound stops and screen goes black. Can’t even watch PVR. Called a few times and either a 3 hour wait or you hang up as there are too many customers holding. I pay $600 monthly to Rogers for what???

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps How do I find out if my problems are related to the outage and will eventually be resolved? My Ignite TV is pausing, going to black screen, recordings not playing. I have unplugged, restarted, reset and it's actually worse.
