    @RogersHelps it’s been 8 hours now since I lost phone and data service! I’ve missed calls from work and daycare for my kids! What in the F is going on?

    @RogersHelps Rogers is not being honest with its customers. This is definitely not intermittent and no updates as to the reason of the outage. There was no failsafe to use alternative networks when such a thing happens? Government should mandate accurate correspondence for failures like this.
