@RogersHelps 4 hours later and still... nothing. Going on 16hrs without service for some people. We deserve an actual explanation for what’s going on. Sorry isn’t going to do ****. Why’d I go the entire day without service for a service I am paying for??

@RogersHelps i really hope there will be a good explaination as to why it is taking so long for this issue to be fixed when we pay some of the highest rates in the world for cell plans. And you want to take over Shaw so there is less customer choice. I hope that doesnt happen!!
