@Rogers after 4 phones calls, 3 hang ups, and an hour and a half on hold, by way of this tweet, i am informing you that i will be moving and all services must be canceled. @RogersHelps I never got a notification any discounts were expiring. I just got a new bill that went from $60 to $153. Unacceptable Why can’t I speak to a person about this? I’ve waited on the phone for 5 hours last 3 days. I don’t have time to waste my entire day to fix your error

@RogersHelps So I was told my service was fixed. It is not. And the first available time for someone to come is July 31. Fantastic service Rogers. But keep calling me several times per week to upsell for service you dont provide.

@Rogers @chatrmobile where is your support??? I checked my account history, autopay was applied on Jul 16th, confirmed on credit card statement and your website, yet no service?? So I open a ticket...NOTHING back within a single day? Can't make calls, or texts?

@RogersHelps Not true. When I called before I was told that it was not Roger's issue and I needed to go to a Samsung store. I was told Roger's only sells the products and the 1 year warranty is to be honored by Samsung. So, i went to Samsung and said they will not fix or replace hardware.
