    @RogersHelps The tutorial you have online says that I should be able to do it without visiting a store. Old phone won't respond to to one... eSIMs are convenient at first but this is garbage trying to change to a new phone.

    @NicoletteFuller @Rogers My mom had Telus for a bit had the same sort of issue. Think she went to telus and talked to them about going to the US go visit me, i will ask her and let you know. Her bill wasn't much if anything due to wifi everywhere

    @RogersHelps can you please get your equipment fixed. Having lengthy outages every few days is not acceptable. Keep being told “there’s on outage in your area” without any clarity as to what is happening.

    @RogersHelps This number is not picking up with me as am outside Canada and the one for international calls no one is responding and I need to contact customer services to stop my mobile line as it is charging on me new bills every month and your app and website are not helpful

    @RogersHelps I cannot access my account, I’m Thailand and locked me out because it’s saying a suspicious log in, when I told them I was going to be in Thailand, and when I call, the recording says I high number of calls and hangs up on me. HORRIBLE!!!!
