If the power is out, no wifi obvs, why are my data/5G and LTE feeds not working or updating? Why can i use the internet like normal all of a sudden just when i need it? @rogershelps @rogers This post may not even go as its not showing me much.

@tobi @Rogers This appears to be the best place to get support. I know someone who was on hold for about 2 hrs the other day. Apparently this is normal.

@tobi @Rogers Set apn: mobile.apn this should fix tethering on Rogers but seems to kill tethering on US carriers fyi. Remember to switch back if you’re travelling.

@Rogers @Shawhelp Why does your crap router keep thinking its in Calgary ???, PITA effin hassle as google, etc think I am in that **** hole town instead of Cobble Hill, BC VANCOUVER ISLAND ... No matter the device in our home it thinks it is Calgary, PROGRAM BETTER...

@islgalwrites @Rogers Who are you with now? Some people are going with smaller companies. I have friends who buy minimum Roger's to get the internet service and then stream everything from someone else. If you had it to do over again, what would you do?

I hate you @rogers you are terrible a tornado comes by for the first time in 30 years and you shutdown for 6 hours giving me automated phone call responses and than one of you’re employees cal me to ask if I wanna upgrade my plan or whatsoever

  • YouPulseX
    Paul Sant (@YouPulseX) reported

@tobi @Rogers If a carrier update can kill tethering in traffic, the rollout needs an owner and a rollback path, not a support ticket.

@Rogers always great to wait 45 mins to speak to a human and have them hang up
