Goug Dilmour (@CanadasLeafs) reported@johnref59 @RogersHelps The government has let Bell and Rogers monopolize the market and these companies treat us like we are a bunch of donkeys.
-
Paul MacIntyre (@MacintyreP20931) reportedIt's not reasonable to be in line for over 60min to buy a coffee, clothes, vehicle etc. So why is it acceptable to be on hold for 60min plus waiting for someone from @Rogers to come on the line? If you sell a product, you should employ enough ppl to handle customer service.
-
That Guy (@winspa) reported@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers Once they had the monopoly you knew this would happen. From 249 a year (with blackouts) to 349? **** you sports net. I honestly think they’re driving ppl back to cable then the same thing will happen
-
RyanP (@TheRyanP74) reported@Talon_Jenkins94 @Rogers @NHL Can’t believe people pay that for Sportsnet. 5 or 6 different sports channels that show the same programming or blackout the games.
-
City of Love (@cityofluv2020) reported@galloots1313 @RogersHelps @Rogers I'll never do Bell again. Freedom who is now owned by Quebec's Videotron is offering internet too. Decent prices and service
-
Mark (@thesaleshole) reported@RogersHelps Actually almost 2 hours before I spoke with someone. It’s not professional for your customer service representative to say “yup” instead of “yes” or “correct.”
