Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Onthegrand Denise Craig (@Onthegrand) reported

@RogersHelps Denise Craig @Onthegrand Received my July Rogers Bill & a single penny of credit to compensate for loss of service during the massive nationwide outage. Not able to communicate with nor provide services to my clients, resulting in lost revenue. Another Rogers fail!

  • RyanMG519 RyanMG519 (@RyanMG519) reported

@RogersHelps Shame on your company. My neighbourhood has been down since 2pm Saturday and your company has lied to us all. “It will be fixed Sunday night”. Nope. “Oh it will be fixed 9am this morning”. Nope. “It will be fixed by 7:42pm tonight!”. Nope. NOW YOU ARE SAYING 245AM!!!

  • ennerut Will not go quietly. (@ennerut) reported

@Rogers What difference will it make? Still get billed for no service.

  • karencwv Karen Verbeek (@karencwv) reported

@craselrau @Fidomobile @Rogers Having to buy the extra data because of the outage at our data is such an insult. Here customers, pay for our mistakes on the day of and again!

  • MikeCrichton54 Mike (@MikeCrichton54) reported

Almost 90min with @Rogers ‘customer service’. I can’t encourage enough people to take a hard look at other competitors. Rogers currently in a period of acting like Bell Canada and BlackBerry, before their fall. Arrogance and laziness - dangerous combo for a corporation.

  • RickFirth (((Rick Firth))) גבריאל חיים (@RickFirth) reported

@TrishM19 @RogersHelps I also live in Thornhill (Bathurst- Steeles area) and the internet has been out an hour already… restarted the box three times and keep getting the orange flash which means no signal from Rogers.

  • xUsagiTsukino UsagiTsukino (@xUsagiTsukino) reported

@RogersHelps My cell plan has been with you for years. It's unfortunate that you refuse service to those who don't want their credit affected by "soft inquiries" soft or not, it all reflects on the score. Major inconvenience honestly.

  • RickFirth (((Rick Firth))) גבריאל חיים (@RickFirth) reported

@RogersHelps PLEASE fix your internet… it’s already been out an hour (Bathurst/Steeles area) restarted the box 3 times and still getting flashing orange, which means no signal from Rogers.
