He was just reading a script. At the end I asked for a customer service survey. He said I would get it in the email. I have still not gotten it two days later. I ended up having to pay the $600 while @RogersBiz continues fooling people. I wouldn’t have given in but

So a @Rogers technician working on someone else apartment accidentally disconnects all our services, so no tv, no internet & they can't send a tech tonight to fix their stupid mistake. Have to wait till the morning. Thank you Rogers! What a joke!!!!

@Rogers @RogersHelps you are illegally overcharging me on my wireless bill. After accepting a winback deal with 2 lines via Rogers 7x, I get 2 bills of 2x of what we agreed upon. On hold for 3hr+ @Rogers billing rep told me it would be fix. Still getting overcharged. Pls fix.
