I’m not one to use SoMe to complain. But @rogers provides truly terrible service. After a fraudulent purchase made on my account, I’ve spent 5 hrs waiting online and inexplicably an hour in the store and it still isn’t resolved. Looking for a new provider. @telus ?

@RogersHelps Our internet connection is intermittently going down for few seconds and longest was a minute or two. What’s going on? It just suck as we have ignite. Halting wifi, no tv, no wifi data since early this morning. We are also working g from home! What’s going on?

@Rogers Why do you contract out customer service work to companies like @SYKES_Global? Why don't you hire inhouse? Are you hiding behind these companies to avoid backlash from the disgruntled employees so "rogers" won't be blamed? Is this how you keep a good track record with regulators?
