@HotPopples @RogersHelps it sounds like the entire west end of Toronto is down. You can only imagine the volume of messages they're getting right now. Generally they only have a few people checking. They're doing their best right now. Remember too that they are not the ones who caused the issue too

@HotPopples @RogersHelps @champagneniece They won’t even tell us the issue or how long. Just that there’s a problem and they working to fix it. They have a nice monopoly over Canada and there’s no reason for them to get better. It’s a disgrace.

@LeafsLindsay After rebooting my computer and modem several times and then disconnecting a few times and even trying to connect via an Ethernet cable I stumbled on this thread. Damn it @RogersHelps what the hell?!

@JasonHodgson @RogersHelps Going by the last outage, I wouldn't rely on this service. They'll let you know a few days after the internet is restored.
