    I don't like nor trust Keith Pelley. He's a corporate yes man, MLSE and ownership is more worried about the bottom line than winning a Cup. When the company I worked for 18+ years was bought out by @Rogers it was never the same afterwards, happy I got bought out. #leafs

    @RogersHelps I did that on my first call that took almost 3hrs. Then it was escalated on Sunday and there was a case number. All I know is right now, I am not paying my bill until this is resolved. BTW I am a 25yr customer.

    @RogersHelps All of this has been done and I’m back in Canada now. I raised the issue with your customer service so that there is some co sideration for a huge bill thrown at me but no one seems to care about the poor network and still want to charge for all the services

    @RogersHelps That's all be done twice! I've had tech support here twice and it was escalated because its a recurring problem. I just wish Rogers could fix this problem.
