If you have elderly relatives, avoid @Rogers at all costs. This vile organization has repeatedly ****** around with my friend for 4 weeks now. He's 87 & in LTC, has vision problems. They ve missed multiple appointments. When they came, they didn't set it up properly. #FuckRogers

@RogersHelps How can you help? The last agent told me she would call to set up internet the new place. NoOne called. Today as well I have spoken to five different departments, wasted 40 mins of my morning and I am still on call.
