Every time we watch a Leafs game, we put on the 4K channel that we pay for and it's always crap. Sound cuts (3x while tweeting), the visual lags and it's always in & out of blurriness. Is this a @RogersHelps issue or a SN broadcast issue? It's only ever when watching sports.

It’s been more than 3 full days since my internet went down and I still haven’t hear from a @Bell_Support technician. At one point they told me “too bad you don’t have a cellphone with us, we would have given you 50GB of data for your troubles”… 😳 @RogersHelps, your move.

@Rogers Thank you! It was resolved; it just took two hours out of my short enough weekend. May I make a suggestion? Keeping people on hold for about 90+ minutes whilst trying to fix an error that is clearly Rogers fault, seems really foolish, and not customer focused in the least.
