@RogersHelps hm .... I honestly don't believe you This isn't a new problem & I am not the only one experiencing it. Rogers is already fully aware a DM won't do anything that many calls haven't FIX IT

My home internet’s back! Thanks to the very helpful person at @RogersHelps who came to the house & replaced the modem that apparently chose to die on Christmas morning. Now, @TELUSsupport…when are you going to fix the LTE issue in my neighbourhood?!

@Rogers and that maintenance would come out that day but never did or we were never notified and trying to get someone to check the lines has been impossible cause of the constant outages

@RogersHelps hey @RogersHelps going on 4 DAYS of no INTERNET in North York. You haven't Tweeted Anything about the Issue in 2 days. You say it is a cut Fiber Cable and your having trouble splicing it (4DAYS!) I have seen video of a Ship Splicing a Fiber Cable in Ocean in 1 Hour.

@RogersHelps Most everything dealt with, now just 1 outstanding question regarding Ignite TV. Everyone I’ve spoken with today from a Rogers retail rep to customer service has said to subscribe to Ignite TV I need to get it bundled with Internet. But your website says otherwise:

@internet_fukboi @RogersHelps Ironically, this time it really WAS the modem, which apparently died yesterday morning. The Rogers person who just came ended up replacing it and the problem was fixed. I can’t believe that after 20+ times or so of it NOT being the modem, this time it actually was!

@Bell_Support @TELUS could we connect for your internet packages? I’m sick of @Rogers and their never ending outages.
