    @Rogers Happy to discuss in a public forum instead of DM’s, I was assured someone would fix the internet on Tuesday and your support agent just hung up, for no reason…explain why I shouldn’t cancel 4 cell phones, 1 cable package, and 2 Internet packages?

    @Rogers Shaw customer service is minimal at best. But I have to give credit to shaw for having a very competent tech staff and troubleashooting experts.

    @Rogers To be clear, no one has started any work or even visited the site to fix the problem, ITS BEEN 6 DAYS! Service address is 21 Spring Cress in Nepean Ontario, explain why no one has done anything to restore our service in 6 days

    @Rogers is it common practice to cancel someone’s email address that they had for 20 years because they cancel one of your services? I was told I will have to pay for a service I don’t need to get it back??!!!!!

    @RosieBrowning18 @Rogers Exactly. Like it says in the article: “@Rogers will fund a new youth scholarship program to support the development of future talent pipeline in emerging technologies”. Is anyone else feeling disturbed about this mandate?? How are you supporting Indigenous people again, Rogers??

    @RogersHelps @Rogers never use Rogers services, the customer support is the absolute worst, 6 days with no internet or tv and countless lies about when it will get fixed, also 6 hours of talking on the phone to people that don’t care #cancelrogers
