    @globebusiness @globeandmail So @Rogers has plenty of money to reimburse their 10,000,000 clients who were out of service for a whole day. Glad they made money, while so many self employed could not conduct their business.

    @RogersHelps I have no cellphone service once again. I have turned off my phone and turned it back on. It says I have no sim card and can only make emergency calls. This caused me great problems Monday and didnt complain although you had two of my children freaking out.

    @Rogers @aredlight1 Crediting a day's worth of service doesn't nearly make up for the stress, inconvenience, millions of hours of lost productivity & imperilling access to vaccinations, reaching emergency services & online classrooms.     @RogersHelps What I’m not hearing, or seeing my inbox, is any kind of apology or credit offer for your customers? So you are indicating that the 3 Rogers cellular accounts in my household will NOT be reimbursed in anyway for the day long outage?
