@RogersHelps I live in Ontario near Toronto. Ive been having lag spikes where the internet is intermittent up to full speed, down to really slow speed and its been happening over the past week. I just upgraded from 150-15 to 1000-30 and the problem still persists...

@JeffreyLuscombe @Rogers I've been having intermittent progers roblems for about 8 months now. Starts with sound cutting out briefly, then screen freezes, then it gets worse so tv is unwatchable. Usually lasts about 45 mins then it's like nothing happened at all. They know there's a problem but wont fix

@Rogers You have the worst customer service. Period. Nothing better then holding forever and then getting bounced around from department to department because no one knows how to do their job 🤬
