Chris Knight (@ChrisKnightfilm) reportedSame. Opened a chat window. 50th in the queue. Took an hour to get to No. 4. Then the window said "Your chat session has ended." @Rogers @RogersHelps (Rogers doesn't help)
-
Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported@RogersHelps I have a tech visit scheduled for tomorrow, but I'm not sure I understand the reason. It's a simple issue... Bury the damn cable. I've been waiting for over 2 months already.
-
DC (@chakdan) reported@RogersHelps tried calling to set up a move request, spoke with your AI agent, never got a confirmation email. could I please get some support?
-
Paul R (@doonboy) reported@RogersHelps brutal experience with support. Hung up on me after being on hold for 2.30 hours.
-
J (@investwithjohny) reported@Rogers Why are wait times for tech support over an hour !? Do better or at least proactively notify customers that there are tech issues. 🫠
-
Reptoid - Independent Content Creator (@reptoid27) reported@RogersHelps No "special technical thing for the disabled" can FIX Alex's brain. Alex also then added "You NEED to work WITH us"! What a JERK! He has NO CALL BACK NUMBER, and expects disabled people to wait ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR just to say "Yes that's OK". Abusive!
-
Nomad Crypto (@Crypto1Nomad) reported@Rogers @zachnhso I have no internet for 15 hrs. Called the support line, on hold for 5 hrs. Gave up then called again after 8 hrs, now they don’t have a technician to send till tomorrow so I can’t work till then. What ******** service is this? Why is there a damn AI AGENT AND NO HUMAN?
-
SteveSteele 🇨🇦 (@Stevest48366771) reported@alancross @Rogers My sister has Rogers - TV, Internet, and home phone. Half my calls immediately go to voicemail and she never gets it. Then there's all the outages. What happens if there's a fire? She can't call 911 and her house burns because Rogers was down.

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reportedRevenue up 8%. EBITDA up just 3%. Wireless ARPU keeps sliding. Free cash flow looks better largely because capex was cut. Rogers is running harder just to stand still—and you can only squeeze investment for so long before the bill comes due. Reason why $RCI down 4.63% @Rogers

BrianM (@briangm11) reported@TorontoStar Such a bad team this year. No better next year, either as all responsible are on long contracts and @Rogers is laughing all the way to the bank with 41,000 tickets sold for every game!
