@RogersHelps: My complaint Reference Numbers are I1913589384, I1915139972, I1918963420.They are all the same. Your Technicians visited my condo 2 times in the past week and each time they got the wrong modem. This is unprofessional behavior and harassment by Rogers to a customer.

@RogersHelps hilarious name. I've been trying for months to get help. I hadn't heard anything back and then someone contacts me on the 9th and closed it on Nov 11th even though I cannot speak on the phone and closing it on Nov 11th! A problem 2 years old that someone closed

@RogersHelps closing it as 17'52 on Nov 11th which ignores not just that Nov 11th is a fairly key day but by that time at this time of year the sun has set so I would never have checked my email on time to stop him from doing what someone else had tried to do early on.
