    @ChemicalHolly @Rogers Oh a hundred percent. We were ****** around for 4 days on an issue they told us could be resolved if we did abc. Do abc and call back. Start all over again being told issue couldn’t be resolved unless we do efg. Call back, start over sorry we can’t help you.

    @tobi @Rogers Set apn: mobile.apn this should fix tethering on Rogers but seems to kill tethering on US carriers fyi. Remember to switch back if you’re travelling.

    @RogersHelps I’m done chasing Roger’s and if I get harassed about a balance owing not only will the issue be escalated , but a lawsuit will follow

    @RogersHelps Yes I've factory reset it. Even got a brand new one from you guys. Issue still happens

    @RogersHelps @Wtimbers It's even parts of ottawa that says the internet is online. South Keys area is offline despite your own outage map saying otherwise.

    @RogersHelps I've been trying to do this since May 14. Instead my plan automatically changed and my new bill is over 100$ more. Its not working and when I try and contact someone to make the change the chat ends or drops just as they are about to change it. Funny coincidence
