    Dear @Rogers My home services is not working due to the modem need to be change which I can't get in the store I have to wait till tomorrow evening for a tech to come by .. why not have these equipment available at the stores

    @RogersHelps On phone for 1 hR 45 min with Maria in Brampton Ontario to ADD service. She quoted me a price, 3 times...then when generating work order, she said "oops" wrong price. Asked to speak to manager and after 1 3/4 hours on the phone I WAS DISCONNECTED #baitandswitch

    @RogersHelps Unfortunately that doesn’t resolve the issue!It’s not about waiting for the 📱 ! It’s about responsibility when u say it’s available & will be shipped in few hrs so I upgraded & sold my current phone then change availability ( FOR 4 weeks later) ! Sending feedback doesn’t help me

    @Videotron Well #Videotron needs to take a cue from #Rogers because they have the exact same remote and modem and we were able to ffwd with their service no problem. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers why isn’t your customer support number working? It just makes a loud beep every 30 seconds I need help.
