@RogersHelps been transferred to the retention department internally 6 times this weekend and have not once had someone pick up. Either it was disconnected, or no one answered after waiting an hour and a half. This is for my mobile accounts. I have dm’d as well. Please support!

I was just on the phone with rogers for an hour, it's now 12 AM I was transferred multiple times and hung up on twice! And still no one seems to have the capacity to actually do their jobs and fix an issue that they caused Horrible way to treat loyal customers @Rogers #rogers

@RxHavoc @Rogers Same here. Rogers is possibly the worst company to ever exist. I've been on hold for 2 hours first hour they randomly cut My call and even cut my place in line on a chat room with support

FYI Because @Rogers @RogersHelps seems to be having some issues communicating aside for the wonderful lady who helped me after 3+hrs, the Channel that #AEWRevolution is on PPV with #RogersIgnite is down they are trying to fix it
