@Rogers @RogersHelps w.r.t my reference no. I1582032974 I have been double-billed for my ignite internet service. I have promised that the extra amount will be credited by 28Nov2020. I my not getting any support from your customer service. Please look into this.

@RogersHelps I’m told my older rental modem I have is the cause of my internet issues. I have to pay for the “self install” option for a new modem to resolve these issues. So I have to pay to do the work myself to allow me to continue to pay you for a service that “kinda” works?

@RogersHelps Spoke to the ignite team yesterday and they confirmed my bundle included Canada wide calling and I could use it right away but my service agreement says local calls only. I have the ref number. Would appreciate it in writing.

@karlromanowski @RogersHelps Nah. Awful music. Looped through their whole track selection dozens of times. I had it on low volume while I worked. Forgot about it most of the time though, TBH.
