@RogersHelps thanks for making yesterday just a little bit worse for me. I was nice in my last tweets but it took you 14 hours to resolve the issue?? Wtf man, had to leave my data on all night to watch something on my phone pretty cringe man

  • badgyalwonwon Wonique Duncan (@badgyalwonwon) reported

@RogersHelps I don’t want a credit caz I still have no service. At this point give me a month free lemme save 100

  • TsarKasim Damien D. (@TsarKasim) reported

Yesterday's @Rogers outage was so bad, "Avengers: Infinity War" got a new edit. On Wakanda, when Groot says "I am Groot," Captain America now says "I am Steve."

  • judithamc ocmcskid (@judithamc) reported

@itsajadams @Rogers People have a choice of provider and there are others available. Rogers offer cheaper service so I guess in some cases you really do get what you pay for, at least for the first year until the bargain expires and they increase rates once they have you hooked.

@RogersHelps April 2021 outage July 2022 you bullshit us that it’s the best total bullshit. Now stop your bullshit and be honest. We can’t handle the data dumps because we waited far to long to update your network. It’s the worst in Canada. Only you have had outages..

  • BookofCrusty Archie Sanford - Support Dutch 🚜 (@BookofCrusty) reported

@RogersHelps Lessons: - Do NOT bundle internet & cell with same carrier - Do always have an ample amount of cash - Canada duopoly is a serious security concern - Rogers Shaw merger can not be approved - Canada banks/gov having 1 provider is STUPID - Canada is nowhere ready for digital $

  • kennedyyann_ Kennedy ann (@kennedyyann_) reported

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers are u forgetting that 911 is down? it’s been down for 30 hours as if they’re not doing anything to fix it.. imagine the people who were in serious emergencies and couldn’t contact anyone because of this outage.. they say “majority” of users is back up but they’re not..

  • LouttitSchad Kendra Louttit-Schad (@LouttitSchad) reported

@LadyEvalle @RogersHelps I wasn’t effected with my phone or internet but my bank account is another thing if I can’t pay for things cause their payment system is down due to the outage obviously we need to have some stores have 2 different systems for paying just in case something like this happens again

  • maureen20shawc1 maureen (@maureen20shawc1) reported

@greasypanda22 @pollyhfx46 @RogersHelps 1) Frustrating to me is there is no safety net, no backups to these systems if they go down. Imo that is a big problem! If Rogers network goes down or any other of the other networks go down, there needs to be a way they can switch their networks to another for backup.

@RogersHelps “were hero’s and we fixed it” isn’t going to cut it this time. You single-handedly shut down more than 25% of the Internet traffic in this country. You shut down businesses, you put peoples lives in peril, The word “prorated discount“ is not what you should say 1/2
