@RogersHelps I am livid and hate Rogers but it’s who bought Shaw communications and that’s what I have to deal with even after leaving them for Shaw, Can I get some support that’s not coming from your call center in India?

@RogersHelps Went into a Rogers location yesterday- no help could be given so I am filing with CRTC and canceling my contract. Support with Roger's has become abysmal.

@RogersHelps Your phone manual changed. The key pad option is gone, & just AI generated replies. After jumping through hoops to be connected to a live agent, the recording said "sorry, too busy, call back", & hung up. You really don't want to speak to a customer, do you? 🤨

@RogersHelps No, not a review. You used to be able to get customer service help for any subject on social media messr (ie fb) Now you are sent thru a rabbit hole of the Rogers website. I want to talk to a human not AI bot about being permitted to pay on the due date of my bill as I have been

@RogersHelps Yeah, I don’t want to get charged for the save and return without having the phone, and not looking forward to have a credit because at the end I will paying. I had this previously and it went really bad.

Hey some decency from a large corporate entity that historically has been absolutely awful to its customers. This isn't publicity or anything. Nope. Continue this behaviour, and I might change my mind @Rogers

@sameo416 @Rogers ******* gross of Rogers for trying to make the customer responsible for replacing equipment destroyed by a wildfire, the eqpt should be written-off by Rogers for all impacted. You're right, CRTC doesn't allow companies to charge a fee past when the service was accessible.
