Third home @rogers internet “service interruption” this week. When u talk to 1st level tech support they lie to you and say it’s “scheduled maintenance”. When u escalate to a manager they finally fess up that something is wrong and they’re trying to fix it. 1/

@Rogers @RogersHelps worst provider and customer service in the country. I’m a business customer and could not work on July 8th because of the outage. You gave me only a $9 bill credit. And your customer service thinks it’s generous because of more than 3 times of daily cost.

@marketwizardimg @Rogers there was a huge DNS issue this morning. Could not work from 4am until 10:15am. File transfer and apps were fine, anything in the cloud was unreachable. My neighbours had the same issue.

@rogers I gotta hand it to you… Not every internet provider can excel in keeping you on the phone like you! 2 hours and going! Well done! I have been a customer for 5 effing minutes and want to cancel already.

@RogersHelps Most frustrating move process ever. Impossible. Have been disconnected multiple times on phone after waiting 1hr+. Or “system issue” for agent and will call you right back and no call. Chat doesn’t work and also disconnected after hours of waiting. @Bell- send a deal

@Rogers Worst experience with @Rogers . I am with Rogers since 2012 but they don’t value the customer. They cancelled the appointment without even telling the customer that they are going to do it and if call them to ask about reason to cancel they don’t have answer(1)
