    @Rogers @RogersHelps 24 hrs since my last tweet. Day 4 and I just got the most upbeat message telling me there will be a further delay in setting up my internet/TV service and you appreciate my patience Tech in my house for hrs on Sunday, I've lost track of the hrs on the phone.

    @Rogers I have a cancelled account 907181457. I have been trying to get the a refund of the credit balance on this account for the last 3 months.. this finished a 2 hrs chat with an agent who refused to help or verify identity
