    Is @Rogers internet unstable for anyone else tonight? I just logged on to watch some You Tube videos and I seem to loss connectivity and then it plays again. It’s very static connectivity. It drops and comes back on every few seconds. What’s going on?

    @Rogers It would be great customer service if you could text customers when there's a local outage, and tell them what's happened. Saying it'll be fixed soon doesn't fly after 12 hours. Being open and honest works wonders.

    @RogersHelps People don’t have the time or patience to contact you & fill out your security form, etc etc over & over again for problems with a product they’re paying a lot of money for. It should be consistent & reliable. My neighbor just switched to Starlink & I’m ready to follow her lead.

    The idea of @RogersHelps sending out an NPS survey is ******* madness. My dudes, you're a monopoly in the country with the worst internet and mobile prices on the planet and you put us all in a cone of silence for three days this summer. What kind of answers do you expect?

    @RogersHelps @Frogger2175 Any idea what's going on? Have spoken with a few others in our townhome complex (L5M) and they're having issues. Lost internet completely at 8:15 for about 10 minutes and it died again at 9:52 and has been dead since. WFH isn't possible! Any ETA?
