@provincesports 🇨🇦🏒We all agree that the people in charge at @Rogers & @RogersMediaPR are HORRIBLE people. Everyone should dump ROGERS in favor other providers , it is the only way to help.

@MathesonJMT @Rogers Rogers is useless. They don't give a **** about their customers in any capacity. It's so disappointing. But not unexpected **** them

My internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by a third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

@Rogers whats up with dead zones all over Sudbury? I have ZERO service in way too many areas. WTF am I paying for?? Rumor has it that you've stopped maintaining your towers... maintain the damn towers or charge ppl 10$/mo. Thats what its worth rn, max.

@RogersHelps NO. I’ve been without internet for 3 DAYS. On Sat I was told to plug it in and it’ll be fine. Didn’t work. I called back and they said nvm it’ll work Sun morn. Wake up, doesn’t work. I called back and they’re like sorry our system is down, call back Mon morn. This is disgusting.

@mwalker1533 @RogersHelps "If I understand correctly, your first invoice was alright, but the following two were problematic. Is that right?" At this point, no customer service would save me as a customer. Absolute disgrace.

@RogersHelps Left again after waiting. Again no service and a useless device. I can verify the account and my phone is on the account. I need access to this

@rodmickleburgh @Rogers the government allowed them to "diversify". and this is the predictable outcome. instead of saying no and insisting that they provide quality service at reasonable price, like anywhere else in the world, they were allowed to use their monopoly advantage to buy tv rights and teams
